Whenever I visit Lubbock I never miss an opportunity to stop by, (purely for my palates pleasure), Happy's Shaved Ice! I can only speak to two of their products, bubble teas and shaved ice, but if the other drinks are as tasty and unique as these two are, you are in for quite a treat. They have a huge range of shaved ice flavors along with a decent menu of iced or frozen teas. The service is not very speedy, but that is because of the care and attention they take in preparing each drink. And those wonderful bubbles: well those are the surprise that makes everything worthwhile!

Such an awesome experience here tonight! I ordered an avocado boba and they were out but drove over to United and came back just to make me my smoothie. And when I didn't really like how it tasted they were so nice and so reasonable and compassionate. They offered to make it over and give me a new one but I said it was alright. The manager tried it and agreed it was made wrong, remade it himself, and gave me a free boba coupon. Literally the best experience ever, they really do care about their customers. Happy's keep their customers happy! :)

I went to Happy's with a friend of mine today, and over all my experience was amazing! When I got there the menu was a little intimidating, but the lady that worked there was amazing, and very helpful! The coconut with cherry bubbles is to die for!!! 10/10

Love this place and go often for my favorite drink. My only concern is the young people not wearing masks and going to take orders at cars and being very close to the customers. I want people to be safe and not get close to others and protect themselves. Can we get masks for the employees?

Great place wife and I frequent. We use to get the fiesta but found a new love, coconut avocado. My complaint is once they forgot to put ice cream in the avocado coconut. I was pretty sad drinking it but let times it's on point. I took in the fact they are going through new staff so. Now i taste it before I'm 5 miles away.

This is my family’s absolute favorite place for a sweet treat! We were so excited when they opened back up! There are still so many people that don’t know about this wonderful place and when I try to explain it, there’s just no better way than to take them!! The wait time was about five minutes, but the shaved ice was very good. I found out that I had hand, foot, and mouth disease and these shaved ices are pretty much the only thing that feel good on my throat. I will probably eat about 5 of these before the week is up!

I came with my mom and 4 sisters through the drive through, ordering drinks for us and family back home. Carly was helping us and was very patient and stayed in a good mood, even when things got confusing. The other employee that helped bring our drinks out to us was also very kind and nice. I've been to our southern location in town a couple of times now. You do have to wait in a long line usually, but the drinks are definitely worth the wait. They have have an amazing selection and it is very good. The staff seems friendly and are very courteous; they are very helpful with newcomers.

First time going yesterday and everyone was happy with what they got, blueberry and strawberry shaved ice with cream for my boys, pickle juice with everything on it (the girl there hooked it up, very nice) and my daughter got a strawberry something with kiwi bubble drink. everything was delicious! They also have some great snow cones too. I would recommend getting one of their smoothies, they are by far the best ones in Lubbock that I have tasted!

I always love to get the Jasmine iced tea with black tapioca bubbles and it's so amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and I strongly reccomend anyone amd everyone to visit, but it can be very annoying when I visit on smaller holidays and travel across Lubbock just to find out you're closed, I check the schedules and it hasn't been updated to really say it's closed on certain holidays, just that if it should be open or not, which is usually Monday's it ever shows it's closed

Awesome place my kids love going there. But when I asked for a regular Rootbeer float they said they couldn't make one. They had rootbeer and vanilla ice-cream. So why not?

I had a really good Thai Milk tea with near perfect tapioca peals. The service was nice and fairly quick. My only gripe is that they don’t serve non-frozen/blended beverages.

The shaved ice was awesome. I had a blue coconut with ice cream added in, it was nice. Only reason they lost a star is I found 2 big chunks of ice not shredded down enough in my shaved ice. Other than that it was perfect.

This place was really enjoyed by my kiddos. I received a gift card as a teacher gift so we decided to try it. It was a good treat. This is a great place to get a refreshing treat after a long hot day. I had the watermelon chiller. It was very refreshing. My kids both had shaved ice and loved it.

Happy's is the place to be. If it's winter - bring a jacket! 😅 lots of menu options, seating, and games!

I love Happy's and have been a loyal customer since they opened up on 50th and Ave Q, I however am a little disappointed at the service I received recently. My favorite item to order is a black cherry shaved ice with ice cream., & that is usually how I order it. On this visit I ordered a medium black cherry shaved ice "stuffed" (I thought I would order in their "lingo" because everytime I would order a "medium black cherry shaved ice with ice cream" I would be corrected by the order taker saying "oh you want a medium black cherry shaved ice stuffed" so I thought I would start ordering correctly. Well I get halfway through the shaved ice and their is no ice cream. So I called Happy's and the girl who answered just apologized and said bye. Didn't offer to refund what I paid extra or make it right. I understand its not much, but I still want what I paid for. Either way, I'll continue to come back because I love Happy's!

I’d like to consider myself a HAPPY happys customer on MOST every visit. Today was exceptionally off though. I arrived there at 3:40 waited in line ordered at 3:57 when I pulled up to the window I asked if I happy hour pricing and someone in the back said no, the sweet girl at the window was even confused... SO customer service receives 3 stars us honoring a price when I was clearly there AND ordered before 4. Ps my receipt says 4:00 not even 4:01

If you're going to charge a service fee to use a debit or credit card, you need to post this. ADDENDUM: on WHAT windows? Drive - through? Didn't use it. Front door? Didn't stop to read anything with 45 mph winds. Looked all around the lobby after my daughter handed me her receipt.

Finding the newest Happy's was hard for me. They are not at 114th and Indiana Ave they are at 118th and Indiana Ave. They got one drink wrong and redid it when I noticed. But the lid was not sealed good. I got home to a strawberry leak on my cloth car seat and a cup carrier that collapsed when I picked it up out of the car. But drinks were good. Prices I think are a little high. Three 32oz blends were $22. Hello is this Starbucks? !

Products were great! Employees were confused and the system for taking orders outside seemed to be causing more problems than helping speed of service. They didn’t let us drive up to see the menu but handed us a menu from another customer (wasn’t sanitized before handing it to my car). The employees inside or outside didn’t wear gloves or masks when making products or interacting with guest. Easy could be a 5 if I wasn’t concerned on the sanitation.

Happys was an ironically unpleasant visit. I come with a pretty normal, beautiful day and a friend to enjoy a bubble blend and get cut in front of in the drive thru by 3 cars. I then resort to coming to the walk-up and order to a very incompetent employee who can’t enter my correct information. After waiting for 25 minutes, I grab BOTH of my drinks that are COMPLETELY wrong. Please do better, because this is unacceptable and frankly RUINED my day.

Sadly my first experience back since the old building burnt down was a total bust. Me and my family loved going to Happy's in the past. Came down to the new building and ordered the regular. Got the wrong bubbles in my smoothie and literally no one was wearing any gloves during a pandemic. :(

Had to repeat order 4 times then she gave up and got someone else. We only ordered 2 snow cones. Waited 20 minutes to get order and they still got the order wrong. 2 Hurricanes with vanilla ice cream, ummm order not that hard.... Not sure if we will try again.

Got out drinks melted. Shaved ice was melted. And one of our drink wasn’t even filled all the way. Very disappointed because I know people who work here and they serve awesome community service but don’t get the same in return.

Very rude customers, to start. They don’t know how to make a proper line. Next, I resulted to come to the walk-up line, the workers were sweet but several were lost and did not know how to enter in a discount. After waiting somewhere around 25 minutes, I get the drinks and BOTH were wrong..... out of respect we only exchanged one of the drinks for the correct one but I was highly disappointed because this was my first negative experience with Happys and it was highly negative. I don’t know if it was a matter of lack of training or the first rush-hour they’ve experienced but I hope they do better in the future, only time will tell.

We are normally huge fans of Happy's but both of our shaved ice and the chamoyada tasted like water today. I have no idea why the huge change in the quality of the drinks. Please address this problem or I don't see why anyone would continue to do business here. I gave a two star but was being generous since the workers were nice

Great snow comes, but bad customer service. Those employed care more about socializing than tending to customers. No one was monitoring their headset at 9pm on a Friday and missed our order. We ended up waiting for our order for 30min behind the establishment for it to be brought out to us. Still made us pay too. Not sure if we’ll be coming back or not.

i’ve given happys on indiana a couple of chances, but i’m disappointed. i ordered my drink with jellies, and the sticker on my cup even confirming this- but they gave me bubbles instead. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order like this. The first time, i let it slide, but now it seems like a recurring issue. Attention to detail matters, especially when customers are paying for specific add-ins. Definitely rethinking coming back!

$6.03 for a large lemonade… yikes! Great way to keep people from coming back. You couldn’t sell it for $3 and only make a 300% profit, you have to make a 600% profit?

Since when does a free item only give you $1.50 off your drink? This is crazy that I buy 20 drinks to get $1.50 off and not an actual free drink! This place is a joke!!!

Employees at this location are awful and rude. I bought my daughter and niece to this location and they forgot my daughter’s shaved ice. I nicely reminded them twice, my 10 year old niece even reminded them. (Keep in mind everyone is ignoring me, walking away with an attitude and me having to wave them down from only 3 feet away) went to ask for the 3rd time cause I didn’t think it took 30 mins for a shaved ice and everyone who came after us had their orders. They then had the audacity to question if I actually paid for the shaved ice. I showed them the receipt, then went to sit down. I could hear them in the back asking the girl who saw my receipt if I actually paid, they came from the side door asking to see my receipt AGAIN because “we need to make sure you paid for it”. I am not one to ever pull the race card but I never felt so out of place to be ignored and questioned about a 3$ shaved ice until today.

I just waited 7 mins and called 3 times while waiting in the store. I could hear the phone. I said hello 3 times out loud hoping someone would respond. I could see a brown haired girl in the back but she never came out. I had to leave because I was ordering for my 5th grade daughter’s lunch who wanted to try boba for the first time.

I went to happy’s November 15th 2024; and I found chunks in my avocado coconut bubble blend. Very disappointing.. I had to wait In line for almost 30 mins. Throw the rest in the trash because it tasted awful. I could taste the powder in the drink.
