Freddy's

It was our first time at this fast food chain. April was so helpful. The double cheese hamburger will meet my cholesterol requirements (ha!) for the month but it was moist and very tasty. We rarely do fast food but this one we will do again .

I love Freddy's! Great food, great service great atmosphere! They have awesome people that work there. If you have any questions they are eager to help! Brought my custard out to me at my table. My family loves to eat here!! We would eat here everyday if we could!! The music the talking and laughter.

Freddys Rocks. Freaking awesome concretes and Tots. Most of these I come to got people working the front like Stephanie who was super sweet with a great smile. Love the customer service and Love IT

I went to Freddy’s down here for the first time and enjoyed it. I have been back several now and each time it has been amazing. I have noticed a girl working lobby most of the first few weeks and she did an amazing time. I finally got her name today it’s Alexis. She did amazing time with taking my order and maintaining the lobby area. When she took my order she made sure to repeat everything back to me as she took it to make sure it was correct and made my experience enjoyable.

It's a good affordable place to eat. The staff works hard to friendly and helpful. I like it and will go back often. I like the onion rings better than the fries. Now that they have tots I'm even happier. Vanilla concrete with M&Ms and Oreos isy go to.

Every time I go to Freddy’s I am amazed at how friendly all the employees are!! Vanessa and April provide top notch customer service and deserve recognition for their kindness!! Keep up the great work!!

We ate at Freddy’s today and had a wonderful experience. April took our order, and answered all our questions since we’ve only been to Freddy’s a few times. She was very nice, and told us all about the app along with the different offers you can earn. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. We would definitely visit here again.

It was the 4th of July and it was very busy. The drive through was backed up 3/4 around the building. We ate in and it was just as busy. That said the staff was working fast and the wait wasn't bad. The order was perfect and of course hot. Great store my only wish is the drive continued over to the Chili's restaurant parking area.

Ever since I visited this Freddy's restaurant for the first time a couple years ago, it has become my favorite. The food is delicious, the service is always great and the atmosphere is so pleasant and inviting. It's Freddy's forever for me now.

I've been enjoying the food at our local Freddy's. My favorite is the chicken tenders; they cook them up fresh to my order... and always tasty! I love dipping them in the fry sauce, which is good on the burgers, too (also get an order of cheese curds once in a while for a special treat... these are hard to find down here in the South... hope you'll keep them on the menu!). I've always been treated well by the staff, and I appreciate their commitment to cleanliness and prompt, friendly service. I usually come in & place my order "to go" so I can't comment on the rest rooms, but the dining area always appears clean & neat when I stop in. (I really dislike "drive-thru" lines & ordering on a speaker!) Thanks for making this "fast food" restaurant MUCH more pleasurable than most of the others in town...I definitely will be back for more!!

Burgers, dogs, curds, fries, shakes, concretes and custard always delicious. But, last 2 visits, decided to try chicken tenders and chicken club, and they are not up to Freddy's standard. Chicken tenders were so over-battered and over-fried they were hard. Not crunchy, not crispy, but hard. Also the flavor to me was like they'd been fried in really old oil that had a lot of food grease or something, I don't know. It just gross. The grilled chicken club on the other hand had great flavor, both the chicken itself and the whole sandwich, but the chicken seemed like if you left it on a griddle way too long and never flipped it. The bottom quarter inch of it was so tough I could not bite through it, had to pull the piece of meat out of the sandwich and gnaw off bites. Tasty, but not a pleasant experience. Because of Freddy's reputation. I will try the Grilled Chicken Club again and see if this was just a one-off outlier. But those chicken tenders never trying those things again. A cheap fry joint does better.

I love that they offer a bun free option and you can get the burgers/sandwiches as a wrap. The only downside was they got my husband's order wrong.

Really great experience here tonight. We hadn't been to a Freddy's before and appreciated they were open late. The restaurant was very clean. Food was made fresh and delicious. My only request is lighten up on the salt. Both the burgers and fries had so much salt it burned our mouths. But the burger was beautifully cooked and I really appreciate the lettuce wrap option. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our orders and experience. You can tell she values her job and is very dedicated. We look forward to going back when we're in town.

The tater tots were not great. The burgers were okay. The thin French fries were pretty tasty. All in all a mediocre if not somewhat subpar experience for fast food.

My order was missing one of the fries and my custard instead of being turtle that I ordered was strawberry which I can't eat. The fries are so skinny they are cold of you take them to go. The burgers are ok but nothing special and rather small. The staff was very nice when we came in for pick up but as much as we paid definitely not worth it.

Food was great! BUT..... it was rather Rude of the lady to be dusting the air vents right above us while eating . I'm all for a clean environment but That Should be done after hours.... NOT WHILE PEOPLE WERE EATING HAVING TO DEAL WITH KEEPING DUST OUT OF THEIR FOOD

Burger was way too salty, fries were cold and the milk shake was undrinkable due to large chunks of candy. The Drive thru lady was very helpful and pleasant, that's all I can say good of this experience. It will be awhile before I go back.

About 1/3 of our bill seemed to be the ice cream. When we pulled to the window, it took several minutes to receive our food despite being the only car in the drive-thru. I know Freddy's cooks to order, but our wait seemed to be extended by long periods of employees standing idly while conversing and handling their personal cell phones while making food. The latter was admittedly a little stomach-turning. The girl at the window was also handling her phone while taking credit cards, which is potentially problematic. The kitchen itself looked well stocked and reasonably clean from the window, but the fact that employees were handling phones that were touching their faces as they were making food without washing their hands was off-putting. When we arrived home with our three entrees—two fries, two waters because they were out of tea and certain soft drinks—and two ice creams for 50 dollars—we realized there was a strange smell emanating from the bag. It smelled like old grease. It is an almost fishy smell. I know they have fried fish sandwiches, and I thought they had cooked the fries in the same vat, but as we investigated, it seemed to be coming from one of the burgers. It didn't smell inedible, but it just wasn't the natural smell of the burger or what I am used to from Freddy's. Starving, I tried the burger, and it tasted about the same, but the smell was definitely from the griddle. To round out our issues, we didn't receive a receipt from our visit which may have been related to the employee's telephone use, and I'm almost certain that one of our burgers was wrong as it was much smaller and seemed to be missing some ingredients from what we received in the past. I suspect this because we tried to order other menu items and were told that they were out of stock. I would assume we would have been told that they were out of those ingredients as well. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was too much. I enjoy Freddy's and hope they'll do better.

Ordered cheese fries and barley got any cheese. The burger was over done and very small.

Last night, my wife and kids were craving some ice cream, so we decided to head to McDonald’s. But then I had the idea to go for something a bit more special—some creamy custard from Freddy’s. Freddy’s custard is incredibly creamy and delicious, which we were all excited about. However, I was really disappointed by the portion sizes. The mini size custard is the smallest dessert portion I’ve ever seen at any restaurant, and it costs a steep $3.69. I ended up paying $19.97 for five orders, and each cup looked like it contained just about a tablespoon of custard in what seemed like a 6-8 oz cup, barely filling it halfway. While the custard itself is great, the tiny portion isn’t worth the high price for a fast food place.

We love coming to Freddy’s but unfortunately we went today and waited at the register for over 5 minutes without being greeted, there was an employee making custards but she didn’t bother to even say we will be with you in a minute. She made 5 custards and then proceeded to stand in front of the register without saying a word. When my husband asked if she was going to help us she said apparently!

Not only is our order wrong every time we come here, this is supposed to be cheese curds. This is the only Freddy's I've been to where the food is bad constantly. We keeping hoping it will get better but it doesn't. Sad because we love Freddy's everywhere else.
