Domino's

I tried their thin crust pizza. I have no idea what it is but it is literally the best pizza I've ever had. Take my advice and order two pizzas because you will wish you did!

I stopped at Domino’s Pizza in Lumberton, NC while driving up I-95 and had a great experience. This location is very conveniently located a little bit off the highway. The pizza was very good, better than a lot of Domino’s locations I have been to. I ordered carryout and it was ready when I arrived. When I asked for plates, they were happy to provide them. Overall a great Domino’s location!

The employee greeted me promptly and started digging in the computer trying to find my order (which, of course, was at a different store due to my apparent inability to correctly read search result addresses lol) I double checked the address on the app with him and he let me know this was not the correct location in a very polite way. Even though they were clearly very busy, he still took the time to help me and treat me with respect and friendliness. Next time I will make sure I order from this location!

The store manager always goes above and beyond to ensure our orders are filled on time and according to specifics we place. 40-50 pizzas at a time Everytime and is no easy task, yet this location handles it Everytime!!!

They don't deliver to my area, which was disappointing but their Customer service skills made up for that. The cashier was really nice and carried herself really professional. JAY you did a awesome job loved the cookie brownie I can't get enough of it. SEE Y'ALL SOON :)

Good service got the order correct not a bad domino's at all can be a bit slow at times.

Ordered stuffed cheesy bread, large meat lovers pizza and wings. Get the food home and it's no meat in the cheesy bread n the pizza they decided to put 2 toppings. Not a Happy customer

For the first year we lived here, this Domino's service and pizza was great. Now, for the last few months, every order has been wrong. Tonight was the last time. Over an hour for delivery, lied to when I called to check, and cold pizza when it finally arrived. Time to find a new pizza delivery service.

I don’t usually leave reviews especially not bad ones. I always feel like everybody has a bad day sometimes. I was traveling staying at a motel in Lumberton on Christmas Eve. Thought I’d treat myself to a marinara pasta and chicken wings from Domino’s. Ordered my food at 6o’clock it came as promised at 6:30 I felt generous it was Christmas Eve I gave the delivery woman seven dollars plus for a tip -she assured me The two sauces I asked for were in the bag- got ready to eat, sat down no sauce -I called they said they would bring them-35 minutes later I called back then got hung up on three times in a row. I finally got through and they assured me they would send the sauce-but were very particular about making sure that I knew that I owe them $.50 for each sauce. Really? Fast forward another 40 minutes -nobody. I called onceagain when I finally got through they assured me they were coming I don’t think that it’s too much to ask for the sauce that was promised me -I don’t like eating chicken wings without sauce I spent over $27 on this dinner that’s stone cold-additionally I don’t think I should have to wait the same amount of time as if I ordered my food all over again they are just down the street. In real time I’m still waiting for the sauce. They need to hire more people if that’s the problem, Ive waited for two hours- so I guess I will. Eat my cold food after spending over $25. Thanx Dominoes -i’ll make sure this hotel doesn’t recommend you anymore that’s for sure! Domino’s used to be good but now they just suck! This is unacceptable in so many ways! Update-they never came. 

I wish there was negative stars on here!! I have never had a bad experience with Domino's until I ordered here!! I called and ordered the guy that answered didn't ask if it was a hotel or house or apartment. He just hung up, didn't get my phone or anything!! I called back and I was on hold for over 10 minutes! Not even during luchtime!! I forgot to order ranch and cheese, so I called back and asked had the driver left. The same guy answered and "oh okay" and hung up! I had this BAD of an experience in years and I am HIGHLY disappointed because this place has workers like this! He told me 30-45 minutes and it's been an hour! I almost don't ever want to order dominoes ever again because this one left such a bad taste in my mouth!!!!

The worse customer service ever. Friend ordered a thin crust and wings, got the pizza in very short time, it was still cold and wings look as if the bbq sauce was drizzled not tossed. They called back to complain and see if maybe they could get accommodations, however, the guy on the phone was so rude and said, that they could send some more bbq sauce but would not bring another order of wings. Wow. When friend called to just get their money back and send wings back, the employee must have blew up and said no refund will be issued, and no further accommodations. This isn’t a clothing store, it’s a restaurant, and messing with peoples food and money is not ok. Will never Recommend this dominos to anyone, if you don’t want your order messed up and then pretty much told to deal with it.

Carside pickup took over 20 minutes. Rebecca, the manager on duty told me "we have other customers" after I told her I would not patronize that location again and then hung up on me. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I'll be in touch with corporate very soon about this young lady.

I normally order dominos at least once a week, tonight I ordered 8 piece mild wings and a 8 piece hot they screw up and put all of them hot so I called and told them I want bbq wings they sent the driver out to pick up the old order which they are not supposed to do I know I use to work there, and with the virus going on then they sent the bbq cold and just dumped the bbq all over the box the sauce ain’t even on all the wings, I will NEVER order again

Order is always wrong. After the last time I called to speak with the manager who told me all he could do was give me a credit for a later date when they were not as busy. Ill order from somewhere else.

And I have ordered buffalo sauce on my pizza on the regular and it never gets put on the pizza, used to have a delivery not to not forget it they still would. Recently I finally put in a customer care case. Spoke to the new general manager about this concern. Ordered tonight and same issue, got a remake, but this is beyond frustrating and exhausting to have this happen too often. I know me not ordering won’t cause a true loss in revenue. It’s infuriating when I raised my concern to the GM and he assured me he was going to speak with his team about it, and less than a week from that conversation it happens again.

Terrible wings half cooked and they throw the sauce(bbq) on them like they don't care,should be trained to toss before serving, pizza is garbage i can count on my hands the amount of meat on a single topping pizza, workers preparing food without gloves, never returning to this location or any other location, will not be disappointed again dealing with domino's,don't waste your money

Ordered pizza at 2:18 pizza didn't get entered in to the oven untill 252 almost 1 hour for one pizza on pick up gotta do better and the representative had the nastiest attitude

We are in a hotel after a very long road trip. Ordered a pizza and a salad. Pizza was delivered with 2 forks and salad dressing. No salad. Guy went back and got the salad. Came back - no plates, no napkins. He said they weren't on the order! They delivered this to a hotel but didn’t think yo give us napkins. So disgusted. Never order from Dominoes and never will again.

Worst franchise in the company. I am a retired soldier/ and travel a great deal and enjoy dominos pizza regularly. This store however is constantly messing up orders, canceling orders due to lack of staff. There have been enough times of robbed food from deliveries, that we are have even resorted to only pickups from this store. I have given this place enough “chances” and opportunities to succeed, and they fail me without fail. If you plan to order from this restaurant, do yourself a favor; take half set it on fire, then get a frozen pizza at the food lion directly behind the dominos.
