People, Place and Food are all exceptional 🙏🏼 Highly recommend this place. When you drive 5 more minutes to get to them it will be worth it.

This particular location always has phenomenal customer service and food preparation is always top notch. I unfortunately did not catch the gentleman's name that prepared my bagel minis but I would love to let him know thank you for prepping these to perfection and it was quite nice to have them crispy.

Jeremiah is the best! We mostly order coffee drinks. We can always count on our order being right when he serves us. He is very friendly!

As a New Yorker traveling through who loves her DD cold brew, these guys were amazing. We roll around at 9:50p, 10 min before closing, and the 2 staff members were still so helpful, kind, and happy to get us what we wanted. They made both our coffees exactly how we wanted. I was super impressed by the service and quality. How lucky the residents are.

The general manager Jerry is phenomenal. He took his time and did his job very well. I absolutely love his energy. If every establishment had there own Jerry, businesses would posper. Thank you Jerry for a job well done. 👏

First time at this location since moving here. Lots of doughnuts even late and young man behind the counter seemed genuinely glad to serve me. The DD where I use to live would have barely any doughnuts left and service was lacking. This was not the case at this location and makes me want to go back.

The lady taking my order was great. My latte was perfect.

I just stopped in for my favorite caramel iced macchiato. They make the best ever. And the customer service was really really good. You could hear the joy in this person's voice. You could tell that she really loved her job and that she wanted to make the customer happy. So I'm grateful for businesses that hire people like this. A lot of us go through a lot of things in life and when we go out and spend our money instead of doing these things we could do at home I mean because anybody can go and prepare coffee. At home. But when we go out and we're paying money for people to make it and to take our order, we expect to be treated with kindness and that's exactly what this young lady did for me at the drive-thru and I was having a tough day but because of the great customer service she provided it put a smile on my face and for that I am thankful. Thank you for the great customer service young lady I hope that God truly blesses you for being such a positive influence at your job.

Awesome service! Cashiers were so nice and kind! The inside was really clean and the drinks and food were so so good!!! My boyfriend got the avocado bacon toast sandwich, and it had the right amount of everything!!!!

I usually always get the same thing, a medium frozen coffee with skin milk and mocha swirl, which I love! But the only problem is it seems like everytime it tastes different. I don't know if it depends on who actually makes it, but they really need to be more consistent, so the same drink always taste the same. But I still love DD.

Dunkin’ Donuts supercharges their coffee or something; it always hits a bit different for me. This location was fine.. The staff were a bit hot and cold with a manic dance between ignoring you and then being super friendly. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Donuts were fresh and soft. Burning cups now that corporate Dunk went ECO whacko on us. Use to be a twice a day guy. Now I rarely go to Dunk. Warm and friendly staff. Won't hesitate to visit this location again. Sadly it won't be often.

We visited a Dunkin Donuts on our way out of Lumberton after checking out of the KOA. The wife wasn't hungry so she only ordered a donut. I grabbed a mango lemonade refresher and tomato pesto grill sandwich. There were no complaints from either one of us. And the food was good. It distracted me long enough that I forgot to take pictures! LOL!

Dunkin is my treat everytime I go to Lumberton, which is about once a week. I agree that at certain times of the day the drive thru can be busy. I use my Dunkin app, order ahead, and walk in to pick up. No more long wait times for me. Problem solved. For months now I have had great experiences at this Dunkin. Staff is friendly and my drink orders have been correct.

Dunkin is good, but way overpriced!!! The cashier was not friendly. Did not address us, just took our order.

Visit for me was good. I have a lot of patience and understand that retail businesses are short staffed. It was a 15 minute wait to get 2 coffees. The staff was doing their best to keep up with the morning rush.

It's really cool. The workers were nice and helpful. You know that they will warm up your donuts? I did not!!! So good! I also tried the new Cosmic drink- Extra good!

Dunkin's service has improved dramatically since my first visit over a year ago. The customer service is warm and friendly and food/drinks are fresh and made to order. They usually have a morning rush around 7am, but that's to be expected.

This Dunkin has really gone down hill. They lock the door and offer no customer service. It's funny how I wanted to treat myself this morning but instead I was denied my order and still charged for it. Edit: glad I gave it a second chance. They have been managing better

Giving service a 5 stars because of Eve. She is my favorite batista along with one or two more but she stands out. She is always so sweet and so kind. She's also very professional and quick to help customers to make sure we always leave happy! That means alot! Thank you Eve!!!!

This Dunkin is clean and has the best tea for me so far. I also like their coffee it famous for a reason! There is a place to eat outside and an inside sit down area, Seems like okay place for sitting for a short period. Add plants or something though. Over positive experience. Manager is very good at knowing how service should be and works with his staff to keep them with this focus.

I tried the shop for the first time. I di initially have some issues with a clerk but, the manager was very responsive and helpful. I do really like their tea, make sure you ask for light ice. The coffee is also great, well I drink black coffee so, I try the flavored ones next time. The inside eating area could use some more ambiance for sure ( plants perhaps), but they also have a outside area to eat as well. over all I will give this shop a 4.5

First time ever having the Dunkin bacon snacks, delicious! Also the first time having the bacon egg mini omelets. They were very good. Will try them again for sure.

The cx service was okay. I ordered a chicken croissant and sausage croissant..was given a bacon croissant instead..i returned the sandwich and had to wait 8 min for the correct sandwich.. The sandwiches were sloppy hanging to the side and did not taste great.. The coco macchiato was delicious and the donuts were fresh!

Before I decided to reveiw this location I went there for a week getting the same thing every morning. The start was good and set a good benchmark for the store and from thursday on was bad. ( note I started going there on a Wensday) The coffee tasted different every day yet the order was the same a black hazelnut coffee. Being consistant is key for me and they were not. on my very last day of going there the were nearly out of stock on everything including the proper cups for the bevrages. In the end though every thing tasted good if not consistant, and if they can fix that they would be really great.

The coffee was well done, but the service was abysmally slow. I was the only inside customer and still had to wait 10 minutes for 3 coffees. This visit was a repeat of this morning's when mistakes and forgetfulness on my order had me waiting approx. 10 minutes. This store is only one convenient to hotel, so no choice. But, really, folks, a little more speed would be appreciated.

The coffee though.... It's PERFECT.... PERFECT EVERY TIME!! But it seems like.. every time I ask for.. A LARGE HOT BLACK WITH 4 SUGARS AND 3 CREAMS ON THE SIDE... THEY ALWAYS SAY... WE DONT HAVE CREAMERS.. ONE GIRL TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A SMALL CUP WITH A LIL BIT OF CREAM. . most of them have no idea what .. on the side means. One time I asked for my order and they gave me the sugar and the cream.. on the side. Every time I go in here there's always someone new working. But today I go there and I get my large hot black with four sugars and cream on the side and they told me once again that they didn't have any creamers and they wanted to put the cream inside of the coffee.. they do not know how much cream people like... That is why I asked for the cream on the side... And it's crazy that it seems like they have a problem with that.. they act like the cream is coming out of their pockets.. smdh

I swear, everytime I go into a Walmart, I have a specific list of a few things but then I end up checking out with 400+/-$$. There was actually some struggle finding the customer service rep to open the fitting rooms. I feel like that is a struggle with ALL Walmarts. It was hard finding incense. I still don't know where it is. But I prefer to go to the Walmart by the VA off Raeford.

Stopped here and went inside to get a large iced caramel macchiato. The service was fast. The staff was friendly. The drink tasted good. My only problem was if I order a large drink, and pay 6 dollars it should be full.

Just a pet peeve I have with all places of business post-COVID. It is fine to close your doors before you close, it is fine to now allow those on foot in the drive thru, but AT LEAST have your dine-in hours listed for those who don't have an automobile. I know walking is a foreign concept nowadays but jesus.

Customer Service has went down in these past few months. Mgmt has changed staff & it's almost like you're bothering them to get coffee. I will say if the employees attitude matched the coffee and donuts. This would be a great establishment. The lady serving me didn't speak, smile anything pleasant after waiting on her. Very disappointed. I've been drive-thru several times, never had a problem. Last night, a friend and I stopped for a hot drink, as it was 36° @ the time. He wanted a latte, I wanted an Americano, nothing complicated. It was 9:04pm by my phone, they close @ 10:00. The young lady informed my friend that she had already cleaned the "hot" machine, and therfore he could not get a hot latte, only cold & frozen drinks were available....on a Saturday night! It's 36° outside! I Don't Want Frozen Coffee! Management may need to review the "shutdown/cleanout" procedure. Very disappointed.

Slow and subpart. Customer service is ok but the coffee is below average. Ordered a dozed donuts and they were pretty good, but the coffee was pretty bad. Tasted watered down and just unpleasant.

Horrible that's past couple months. First they option for iced/frozen drinks were not available for a few day, the hash browns seemed to always be slightly frozen in the middle when we order them,and then yesterday, no food could be served. You could get doughnuts and coffee except that no one was there... at all! Lights were on and one car was in the parking lot but no one was serving at the esblisment and no notification that it had closed early was given with the notes on the drive threw screens. We sat there for 10 min , drove to the window and then left.What's going on Dunkin?

Went thru the drive thru. There was one car in front of us. When we pulled up to the speaker no one from inside said anything. We sat there for 2 or 3 mins before we said "Hello?" Then some said,"give me a minute". We ordered coffee and bagel bites. We had to repeat our order. Once at the window, again a wait, maybe about 6 or 7 minutes. Looking inside, it seemed to us that only one lady was working and the other just standing. We received order without any pleasantries, which was fine. She was neither rude or nice. Just kind of blah. Our begal bites where cold. After all that waiting, we had cold begal bites. We pulled around the front to go inside. There was only 2 customers in there, so we don't understand why it was taking so long and why we received cold food with no napkins. They seem kind of put out that we would come in to fix our food. Once back in the car and getting out our begal bites there were new ones and the one that we took a bite out of all nice and hot. I just hope they didn't take the one we bit into out of the bag when popping it I to the microwave. We will go back, but only because it is the only one in town.

The coffee is the BEST when it is correct. Hardly ever get orders correct. Charges for sizes you don't get. Leaves food out. Online orders are never correct. Employee turn over rate is AWFUL!!. They need some corporate help...this is one of my fav places, but sadly my home store isn't up to par :( :( :(...and phone # for contact is someone's voicemail, probably changed due to all the complaints....SAD!! The staff are very rude. Should not be working with the public at all. This store will be gone as fast as it came if some serious changes aren't made.

The food & drinks are great but the management is sorry. I mean the manger & his assistant. They both look like they had bad attitudes. No smile just look at you & talk to you like the customers aren't nothing. I go there every week for over a year & the girl ast. Mag. With the tattoos just has a bad attitude all the time. I try to living things up but it's not working. She act like she dont want to be there, if that's the case go somewhere else. The man is no better. Just look & at mean. We'll this will be my last week going there.

Super slow, I have been there two time and they went so slow. I ordered a glazed donut and it was not even glazed, it was so dry and nasty. The workers are obviously deaf, I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar…they didn’t even make it, then me and my mom had to wait in like for another 20 mins TO MAKE A HAZELNUT COFFEE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR. Then i got my coffee and they didn’t put the cream and sugar in it. I had them put the sugar and cream in the coffee and it tasted exactly the same way as it did without the cream and sugar. I’m giving two stars only because one time I went there and the coffee was good. That’s it.

I went threw the drive threw on 12-26-25 and I got a strawberry dragon fruit refresher, and avocado toast with bacon. The drink tasted like water, barley had flavor. And the toast was practically burt, and when we pulled out the drive threw and opened the box with toast in it, there was no bacon. I went inside to ask them to put bacon on it (because i paid for it), and the maneger was very rude and so where the 2 other employees that were working. The maneger wispered cuss words under his breath, and the worker making the food was very rude and threw the toast box across the table at me. Everytime we go to this location the maneger that is a , African American man, is ALWAYS very rude, to the customers, and co-workers. I highley recommend they do someting about that man.

They no longer carry the lemon filled doughnuts and on my last visit they were out of Mocha I really don't understand that. I never run out of items I use regularly at home. ordered 2 lattes from this location this morning. When I got to the window the girl that gave me the drinks didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then I realized that neither drink was completely full. I paid for medium drinks and practically got smalls. Drinks were not hot either. We used to love this location but it’s going downhill. The inside of the establishment looks horrible too. Leaks all over the ceilings.

I ordered hash browns and they were completely burnt! They were so overcooked and hard that I couldn’t even eat them. It was honestly like biting into little rocks. I understand mistakes happen, but this shouldn’t have been served to a customer. This has happened twice!!

I m very upset! The store manager was nasty and unprofessional towards my elderly parents. The milk was spoiled so she asked for fresh milk and instead was met with aggression. In addition when she called the number to complain she got the nasty manager again amd said, you can complain if want with no remorae. My parents came out nervous- my moms hands were shaking. I am calling the NC health department about their bad millk. Shame on dunkin for allowing someone like her to work there

Although I love the coffee, I won’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. On numerous occasions over the past year employees have been rude and obnoxious. My orders are always simple but incorrect. Never again.

If I could give no stars I would, the manager is rude. The staff is rude. Once they said a lot of their employees had quit and that’s why they’re so slow, I knew something had to be up and I see why now. I wouldn’t want to work for a rude hypocritical manager either. My coffee had coffee grounds in it, my donuts were hard and felt like they were old.. Fire the manager and shut the place down 🥱

Update on review. 8-14-2021, figured we’d give them another chance. Saw they were open and had a line formed for the window four cars deep. Got in line and waited about a minute when a worker came out to tell us that the last customer was the one ahead of us and that they already tossed out their food and coffee! It was 250 pm and how does a manager allow that to happen? The owner of this franchise has got to be more hands on I suspect. Two thumbs down, not coming back. McDonald’s is now our “To Go” coffee shop in Lumberton. 08/05/2021. Don’t bother to visit this Dunkin today as there is no access to interior so no restrooms, PLUS ALL THEY HAVE IS DRINKS, NO FOOD!! Why? Appears they got shut down for lack of cleanliness according to the posting on the door. Don’t bother making a detour from the highway. Lumberton NC DD was the VERY worse service we’ve ever experienced at any DD’s. My husband and I walked in and were the only ones inside the Girl asked if we had our masks , we said yes, I told my husband what I wanted walked out , He had his mask on ordered and when they made our coffees they set them on the counter out of his eyesight and just turned around. He stood there waiting and not one employee told him the coffee was ready and He finally said something since it was taking so long and the Girl just pointed rudely at coffees out of his reach. When we got down the road the Tall coffees were only half full and I was nervous about drinking mine!

Walked into the store wearing the masks as they noted on the door. We were promptly yelled at by an employee to get out because they don't have lobby service. However this isn't listed on the door just the fact that you need a mask to come in. Decided to go around to the drive-thru anyway after much deliberation after our not so friendly greeting. The woman at the drive-thru is pleasant got our order correct and the food was typical for a Dunkin' donuts. If you're not going to allow lobby service you should have a sign on the door and maybe lock the door???

Unfortunately a bad experience today. I usually love Dunkin but this one fell short. Very limited selection of donuts (only ~8 different kinds), and it took 20 minutes for a “hot latte” in a semi-empty store that was sloppily mixed up and ended up luke-warm. Employee was rude to the customers ahead of me, blaming his incompetence on “being slammed” with only 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 customers waiting in line at the store. Very disappointed, choose another location where service is faster and friendlier.

If you can ever give a store a negative star they need it the know management don’t even know how to run a store. Know I won’t even go there do the fact that I gut sent back from the old manager 3 times to get a monster drink that was still made not right. And payed 20 for 2 monster drinkers that should have coasted 9 dolers and some change.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Manager is beyond rude to customers and to staff while customers are watching. Manager also sits in car in front of door smoking cigarettes and throwing them in the ground. We come hear almost daily and his attitude is always the same . They also have zero staff. My daughter applied for a job and she called in to see if they had received her app, his response was if I liked your application I would call you so don’t waste your gas to drive here. He clearly does not know how to manage effectively.

Very nice cashier. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate after driving 2 hours very hungry and ready to eat. I was told the ovens are broken and all they have is donuts and coffee/drinks. If they had put that information on their front door, I wouldn't have waited 10th in line just to be told that after 15 minutes of waiting. Hot chocolate? Horrible. Donuts? Good.

Asked for drink, no loaded down drink with ice like the day before. I wanted just drink told it would be half the size because of no ice. I don’t care about the price if they charge more, I just want a drink without all that ice. 🤡

*UPDATE to original post*Just went back to see if anything has changed. No Boston Cremes. Shocker! Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to!!! I just left and probably will never go back. I’m a local and the next closest shop is 30 minutes away so it’s extra annoying. I’ve been there 5 times to get my favorite donut: the Boston Creme. They haven’t had it available a single time and I’m not exaggerating. Simple Solution; make more if you know a particular donut sells well. I asked if they could make some and they said “the baker isn’t in”. They also are SLOW, they sometimes lock the doors and only have drive through open-which I’ve seen make a line so long it causes traffic problems. Additionally,they don’t frost their donuts properly AND they get a simple coffee order wrong all the time. Ice coffee straight black is my usual drink. They put sugar in it almost every time. In the simplest terms, that place is either horribly mismanaged or they just don’t care. I think I’ll just not go there anymore. Pretty sad you can’t just go have a donut and some coffee, that’s something I always liked to do as a Sunday thing.

The service was good but when I get my coffee and went to pure it into my own cup there was two used napkins in my coffee. I called the store the manager was respectful and apologized about it and said she would write my name down when I came back to give me my money. When I got back to the store the shift had change which is understandable but the looks me and my wife got from the employees made us think they were saying they probably put that in the coffee but I am here to tell you that is not the case. I’m not here to collect any money I make my own money I don’t go out to scam people so I wouldnt do that.

The store manager has a very nasty attitude. I honestly don’t believe she knows the true meaning of customer service. Anyways, my wife went and purchased two drinks, a golden peach refresher and a butter pecan latte. The latte was bitter and had no sugar in it. My refresher just wasn’t appetizing at all, it tasted more like grapefruit than peach. I called and asked to exchange them, the store manager, who’s name is Tiffany, said “It wasn’t her fault that we didn’t like the drinks.”, followed by stating “If the drinks were made correctly, then we wouldn’t exchange them.” I didn’t even get the opportunity to get my money back. Me and my wife definitely won’t be spending our hard earned money there again, and it used to be one of my favorite places to stop. If I were you, I’d avoid this place altogether.

Been there 2 days in a row and they say they have no Mocha. This is why Starbucks gets Lumberton business. I am not a Starbucks fan but if this continues I could be. It’s sad because Dunkin has great drinks.

I stopped in to buy a box of joe. Despite having 3 boxes within eye shot they told me they had none available and those 3 where reserved. When I stopped in the next day to get an iced coffee the same 3 boxes where still in the same spot. After making my iced coffee wrong I asked them to fix it. I got a big FU attitude for it. This entire location needs to learn what customer service means because 1 star is reaching!

This location used to be efficient. Lately, the  drive thru line is backed up to the highway and my order is consistently wrong. I understand this branch is short staffed, but I would rather wait longer for my order to ensure my coffee is made correctly. The biggest issue is the soggy, misshapen donuts. I'm not sure if  the donuts are not baked long enough or if the dough has changed, but the donuts I have received the past two weeks are not edible. Most of the staff seem dazed and unconcerned with customer service. I totally understand that good help is hard to find. Maybe these young college students should go through extra training or have more of a structured work environment. Overall, this location has plummeted as far as quality,  accuracy, and customer service. I would love to see a turnaround quickly since my husband and I spend money here at least twice a week. I am disgusted with the totality of this branch's performance.

The girl on the mic is absolutely horrendous (2/19/25 at 10:20 AM). She clearly didn’t want to be there, didn’t give us a second to decide what we wanted, and made us repeat it 4 times. She told us they didn’t have coffee and milk… A coffee shop doesn’t have coffee and milk? At the window my boyfriend asked for a black coffee, her response, with the nastiest attitude, was that she couldn’t make add-ons at the window. This is a fast food place that allows add-ons at the window when she’s not there. We left without our order because we were concerned of the food being tampered with considering we were met with an unpleasant demeanor. She doesn’t need to take out her hatred of her job on her customers. Her management should be ashamed of themselves if this is what their training amounts to.

Everytime I go and get frosted donuts they are barely frosted . Is there a scarcity of frosting here ? I’m not understanding how hard it is to make these properly . Also not to mention they never taste fresh . Not coming back anymore . 🤷‍♀️

Placed my order at 1:36… the young lady come to the when I arrived at 1:39 and says with an attitude “next time give us at least 5 minutes. Let’s keep in mind that it was no one in the drive through. Lobby was empty and I gave them the same amount of time it would’ve taken if I ordered at the drive through. So apparently 1 minute would’ve made a difference but yet my drink was handed to me shortly after I pulled up to the window.

Very bad service ask for one item they give u an other one then the manager will say u where lying . The place is dirty all employees have attitude time 8:47 DATE 10/21 25

Place is disgusting. Would not recommend going here. If they let you see how nasty the front of the house is, I can’t imagine in the back where it’s hidden from the public.

We visited around 4:30 PM on May 20, 2025. At the time, there were two staff members working. Upon entering, we were told the system wasn’t working and were asked to place our order through the app, which we were fine with. However, when we requested an empty cup for water, one of the staff members rang it up on the system. When we asked how the system was suddenly working, we were ignored and then rudely asked multiple times to pay for the cup. We ordered a few coffees, avocado toast, and a jelly donut. Unfortunately, the toast was served on untoasted bread, and the service took 20–30 minutes for what should’ve been a quick and simple order. Both staff members seemed disinterested and dismissive, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.
