Food was amazingly fresh, better quality than other Wingstop locations I've been to in the past. Then the customer service experience was remarkable from start to end, nothing than the simplest things to saying hello and goodbye goes a long away and having a great personality helps change the atmosphere for the better experience. Have to shout out Brenda at this location, she gave an outstanding customer service experience!

An normal visit to an fastfood restaurant. -Well cooked. - tasty flavors For me I enjoyed the boneless chicken. Would I go back? Although not a frequent flyer. Yes I would go back. Would I recommend? Yes. Parking is cluttered when busiest, however, yes.

Wasted my time I went on a Wednesday evening to get a 10pc boneless combo. I started walking in with my cash and asked for a 10pc boneless combo. They then told me “We are not accepting cash or Mastercard currently” I only had cash, so I had to walk out and didn’t buy any wings. How are you going to say “No Cash” when the majority of Americans usually carry cash and not many people have card. You should be happy you’re even getting money.

After waiting on my order for 25 minutes I went to ask about my order and cashier told me that my ticket was lost and asked me to wait 5 minutes so that they can make my food. My order was not big it was a simple 15 piece meal. Other orders that where made after me where done on time. I eneded up canceling my order because I was going to be late to pick up my kids.

This location should close the most inconvenient wing stop I’ve ever went to. The customer service is trash and they don’t take cash Mastercard etc. When asked why I understood for Mastercard but cash that’s crazy. None the less I’m over this store and unless you have visa debit it’s a waste of your time

Young, unprofessional employees. Had an issue with a female employee with pink hair and I wanted a refund. Literally had to scream for help since all the 7 employees were in the kitchen standing around. Definitely need more training. And to top it off, my fries were soggy and cold 😐

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Very bad service. My order was never started until I had to get up and ask the status on it. They all kept looking for the receipt until they had to ask for mine and didn’t even tell me anything. I had to wait a total of 35 minutes, which is ridiculous. They rushed the food so fast that the quality did not taste good. Wether it’s getting the order incorrect or not getting it done on time, very unprofessional.

I hate leaving bad reviews but i felt the need to share this. I ordered 3 orders of the 16.99$ boneless meal deal. My order came with almost all wings the size of a quarter!! And they forgot my 10 piece order of corn. I’ve been ordering from here for a few years and this one is subpar.

Yikes, I’m not a wing stop die hard, I’ve had it before at a different location and thought it was pretty good but this particular location is doing something different. Wings tasted old or dried or something, idk the they were off and would not recommend spending hard earned money here.

By far the worst service I've encountered in the fast food industry. These ladies standing scratching their head while on their phone, was ridiculous. 60$ for wings and fries is insane, only to get your food overcooked, to the point of almost burnt and disintegrated. Boneless wings, to the size of almost a quarter, I think the quarter is much bigger compared to the floured battered crumbs I got. Then there was not enough sauce on them, the fries were hollow, over cooked, recooked and or just reheated and the amount of salt on this, I thought they gave me a 1lb or 2 of beach sand! Not coming back, not recommended, do not come here, take your money elsewhere.

So today At Wingstop i ordered a 10 piece boneless. I was hoping to have a satisfying meal since I was craving it. Instead I received some scraps of pieces that were counted for as 10. So disappointed for these bread pieces not chicken. Should I be able to receive a replacement dinner or refund ?

Imagine wanting to get 30 piece and being told American Cash is not accepted! No cash accepted! No worries you all just saved me from over paying for mediocre chicken. Grocery store across the street and I know how to cook.🤭 💞

Very Very unhappy with my experience. They forgot to add my additional Ranch and corn to my order. When I was very specific about it . When I call back the Person in charge wants to give credit for side Ranch for next visit even I paid for it . Very disappointed 😞 we will never go back at this location.
