I normally don’t talk about fast food recommendations to family and friends. But the service and food were good

Order was on time, and driver followed instructions perfectly. Keep up the good work

To have my order ready. I arrived at 825 pm and still had to wait another 30 min to get my order.

It was a good experience, wait wasn't too long and the pizza was amazing! If you're looking for good pizza and not a long wait time. This is the place to go.

Ordering on line made it easy to "customize" my order and see all deals. My food arrived hot and on time. worth the cost

I ordered online and my wait time was 10-20 mins. I did not have to wait any longer than the approximate time they suggested. It was a fast experience

When ever I order, I always get my order quickly. The only issue I have is that sometimes they forget my blue cheese, but other than that, very quick service and the pizza and wings are always hot and good.

This store has always been on point with orders. The staff is cool and professional. Sometimes my delivery even shows up faster than expected!

As always, customer service is wonderful. Food is delicious and made exactly as ordered. Always arrive hot. Thank you!

The service was great! The estimated time for my order to be done was amazing. My only issue is the lack of any menus posted for customers to order from.

The manager named Jacob took my order and he was professional and always very courteous he knew the menu items very well.

I wanna thank the manager Andres and the delivery guy Christian for the 5 star service they provided for my son and I on my son's bday. I will forsure be contacting this pizza hut restaurant in the future when I visit L.A again. The customer service they both provided was honestly a service I had never experienced in other fast food restaurants. So much that I would drive to a farther location or just settle for Dominoes instead. I must say that my last few orders have been impressive and are what has made me continue to order. My last few orders and interactions with the staff have been awesome. Some great changes have been made and I hope they continue on this great path. A big thanks to all of the awesome employees at this location.

Love Stuffed crust pizza here, 4 stars because they're not vegan.

I still buy from here since 97 when my momma used to leave me home alone. You guys were my second mom when she wasn't home and didn't leave nothing but 15bucks. I still come now telling my kiddos the same story😂

I was greeted by a young man very pleasant also a young lady my order was ready on time

The pizza was delivered at exact time that they indicated and the delivery drive was was very nice

The stuff seemed like it didn't have inufe cheese inside and unfortunately it was less sauce on the pizza than usual hopefully next oeder is better

You offer curbside pickup. No one brought me my pizza. I had to go inside. The lady admitted missing notation that pizza was for curbside.

Ordered over the phone and total was $29 with some change. Send my husband to pick it up and he comes back with 1 pizza…. Had to go back only for the other (nice boy) worker to apologize for the girl worker who fails to give the promotion correctly over the phone and when she rung him up he neglected to confirm the order before payment. The boy made it right but that girls stairs for her mess up was not necessary. Own up to your mistakes young lady. Also, I was charged separately so one was $15 and some change and the other item was $16 and some change. It came out to more then what the girl relayed over the phone….

Ordered once about a month ago and it was delicious! Ordered today and you could tell the breadsticks were old (stale) and the pizza was too (puffy). I work at a pizza place myself so I would know when the dough has been out for a while.

The website is slow in placing an order. It takes time for the web pages to load, and by the time they load up. Its easy to touch a portion on the screen to make a mistake. Then you have to start over. Im not fond of the web order. Also the deals on the website varry to store. In which you are charged more on certain orders. Why cant the prices be the same. It makes no sence, its like you have to make an on line order, if you dont. You have to pay more. Just like using the debit card and being charged a fee? Really? Fees, and conviences fees, california off set fee? Its price gougeing from what i see. Ill just go to little cesars for now on. They treat there customers like customers. Prices at pizza hut are out dated.

My pizza arrive cold, with no cheese no pepper roni etc Usually my pizza are excellent from here. So they were not busy because order only took 35 minutes. I wish I could have got a refund back . Very disappointed waste of $30.00

One of the pizzas we ordered had burnt cheese and ingredients, the crust was dry and brittle. I did call the location and the staff offered a replacement but the delivery time was another 30-40 minutes.

This location was so filthy. The pizza is always over cooked and cold at the same time.

Food is good as always but I don't know if I am the only person annoyed by this SVC fee to offset the rising costs in CA. What's the point of the government rising the minimum wage when the consumers have to pay the price? Corporations need to assume responsibility and manage these ordinances, not the customers. Customer service over the phone could be better given that I've seen employees completly ignore the calls that come in. Delivery is somewhat descent but definitely far from great. Pizza is pizza wherever you go so no complaint there.

Ordered boneless bbq wings. There was bbq sauce on about 3 out of the 8 pieces. Pizza toppings were skimpy and prices were Loco. I will deff stick to Dominos next time. I thought I'd give Pizza Hut a try. Perhaps i chose the wrong location.

Make sure food is cooked properly. The bread sticks were burnt. The pasta was dry with no sauce on many areas of the dish and almost burnt to a crisp

You could make sure that your employees are more organized and customer friendly. I ordered online and the cashier tried to make me pay again. Then they gave someone else my pizza, and tried to make me take the one they made for the other customer. This was a terrible reflection of the store, and the company as a whole.

Usually order online which takes about an hour for the food to arrive. Thought I'd try the new Triple Treat Box and pickup since its just a 10 min drive, should be quick right? Took about half an hour of me waiting. Kitchen inside was overcrowded as well and the orders were all over the place

Waited too long for my pizza they tell you 13min but when you go pick up they make you wait another 30min it's rediculous.

Poor customer service. Put in an online order for carryout, went to the store only to find out the closed at 9:30pm when online it says they close at 12am

Worse place ever, walked in ordered bread sticks and took almost an hour to get them, also expensive $6.93 is stupid for bread sticks, never going again, some guy there had an hour in half waiting for a pizza

Get my order right and actually do Curbside pick up as the method of delivery that I selected but had to go inside the store to get my order. One of my pizzas had the wrong toppings.

It's 11:19 pm. They don't have no delivery at this moment in time. So I guess I'll go to Domino's. There drivers are up into 2 a.m.

Dont bother ordering anything past 11p they'll update to making order and never deliver but will happily charge your card instead of calling you and cancelling as they should.

Ordered today. Two pizzas and new Smores dessert pie. One pizza good. The other looked like it had been dropped or delivery driver was driving sideways on 2 wheels. Toppings all over the place on one side and one half just a empty mess. Immediately called back. Long story short I was given full refund and free pizza. Definitely bot my goals in life, but hey I'm paying not asking for free food. Seems like every time I ordered from here something not right So this is my conclusion, u might have a good or bad experience. But I won't be ordering from here every again. Too risky. When I'm hungry or feeding someone I can't be taking a gamble. . Also drivers always acting like we owe them a tip. And I'm a tipping person.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. Last time I ordered a pizza, I received a call that said they didn't have what I wanted so I chose something else. When I got the delivery, it was wrong. So I called and received a credit for that wrong order. I called yesterday to use my credit and they answer to say they aren't taking order because they ran out of dough. Are you kidding me? Yesterday wasn't even anything special or a holiday to have ran out of dough. And this was at 8:00pm.

Menu in app and website advertise any pasta with 5 breadstick for $8.99 placed an order with 3 pastas a the Lynwood CA location per employee the last doesn't include breadstick if he is correct you should update your menu and prices and don't do FALSE ADVERTISING.

Ordered over the phone, arrived 15 mins to no pizza. They didn't put in the order because they thought they heard my area code was 666 when in reality it's 626. How about you put someone who isn't hard of hearing.

I ordered yesterday and indicated that I needed the food be bought over to my car. I was unable to get out of my car after I realized they were not going to bring it out to me. I had to leave because of time constraints and found out today that I was still charged for the order! I have been a regular customer for 7 years but right now I feel that I will never patronize this establishment again.

Worst customer service! Employees either always look mad or give you attitude when ordering. For no reason. The rudest girl at the counter. Canceled my order which was free with my rewards points. My husband went to get my food and he was a bit upset since I told him there was no payment needed. The girl at the counter charged him for it when he added a soda. She then tells me my order was canceled because I took too long. I've never had any kind of problem at this location. Told her we wanted our money back and she said no. You just took our money! How are you going to tell me that you guys just don't do refunds. What kind of place doesn't refund especially after it was their mistake. She could've told us that it had been canceled. How is she going to hand him my order with my name after she said she had cancelled it already. It wouldn't have been there to begin with. She was so rude and disrespectful. Didn't even try to help or fix anything. Never eating pizza but ever again. If I could give no stars I would. Hope this "manager" fixes her attitude. I doubt she even was a manager the way she handled this situation.
