Todo estuvo simplemente espectacular. Desde que llegamos, la atención fue excelente, muy profesional y cercana, cuidando cada detalle para que la experiencia fuera perfecta. La comida fue de altísima calidad, sabores bien logrados, platos bien presentados y productos de primera. Se nota el cuidado en la cocina y el buen trabajo del equipo. El ambiente es muy agradable, elegante y acogedor, ideal para disfrutar con tranquilidad. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable en Madrid. Volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Espectacular!! Me encantó la arquitectura del lugar, el decorado, cada detalle. Reservamos mesa un grupo de amigos y fue inmejorable. La comida muy buena, pedimos huevos rotos, risoto, berenjenas, pluma… Después subimos a la roof top de la última planta y nos tomamos unas copas. Más tarde bajamos a la discoteca a la que se accede a través del bańo (muy original)

Estuve en pleno puente de la Constitución disfrutando de su Bubble Brunch (sábados y domingos). La comida buena. Los platos, exactamente como indicaba el menú de su web (vol 7). Mi acompañante tomó el brunch sin gluten, con sus propios panes y bollería. El open bar de Brut & Rosé, no se acababa nunca y además, fundamental, estaba muy bueno. La música para mí ideal, ochentera. Y la atención de nuestro camarero, Hicham, un plus de calidad. La próxima vez probaremos el BBQ Brunch del roof top. Muy recomendable.

Segunda vez que venimos a disfrutar del Bubble Brunch. Mi recomendación es venir pronto sobre las 11.30 para poder disfrutar de la comida con calma. El servicio excelente y muy atento en todo momento trayendo muy rápido todos los platos que hemos repetido. Nos han atendido Adriana y Hasna y con servicio así da gusto.

Nuestra camarera Alba fue súper maja y nos cuidó muy bien durante nuestra cena de despedida de soltera. Además, nos invitó a una copa de cava rosa! La fue es muy rica, por ejemplo el risotto y calamares. El bar clandestino fue precioso también!

Nada malo que decir, he ido unas 4 veces en una visita corta a Madrid y la atención del personal muy amables. Buena comida y buenos tragos.

We had our office Christmas party here, and it was a great experience. The event took place in a speakeasy-style room inside the restaurant, which gave it a fun and exclusive vibe. The DJ was excellent and kept the energy up all night, and the open bar was well organized with good drink options. Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Steven (thanks for the bottle services ;), was welcoming and clearly knows how to run a smooth operation. A special shoutout to Lorena, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the evening—attentive without being overbearing, and always with a warm smile. This place have an amazing view of downtown. Come to the terrace and enjoy a drink. 2 levels, you can get to it via elevator... shaded, inexpensive and private. Couldn't ask for a better view. I'm catching up with a friend I haven't seen in years and this is a great spot right great English music

Un buen lugar para pasar un rato con amigos y comer bien. El servicio espectacular por parte de Zeneth. Pero el menú que nos pusieron en la mesa no era el mismo que habíamos visto en la web.

Que manía les ha dado a los restaurantes de Madrid en parecer un garito de sexo en nueva York, con la música moderna a todo trapo, oiga que estoy desayunando, no tomándome un Long island, aunque es verdad que servían cócteles, supongo que me estoy haciendo mayor. El brunch esta muy bien, merece mucho la pena y ponen buena cantidad de comida, no te quedas con hambre, hay cosas que se les agotan pero te ponen otra cosa, entiendo que es cuestión de llegar antes.

This place leaves lots to be desired. The wait staff is very kind and the vibe is very nice but the food is severely lacking. The menu says ceaser salad but comes with chicken and is a very healthy portion, it’s decent. I then ordered the lamb shanks and my husband the beef tenderloin both we SO bad. The tenderloin was still mooing and so rare it was uneditable and the lamb shanks were less than 1/4 inch thick and the driest memory I’ve ever tasted. We sent both back and they were very kind about everything but I wouldn’t recommend coming here for the food.

We booked the terrace for 60 people and we were put in a corner that was dirty and way too small for our group. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating but it was nowhere near our expectations of such an institution. We’re quite disappointed as well with the stands we ordered paella and mojito but they were shoved in a corner… there were so many people in this tiny area they didn’t even see there was paella or mojitos!!!! I mean this was really a flop. Lots of love to the staff but the management needs to be more classy and when groups reserve they should allow for more space for these groups and instruct staff to clean more. It’s a shame . We won’t be back.

I was disappointed in this restaurant. The reviews are very good and I have been looking forward to going there for a long time. However multiple things threw me off. When first entering the lobby area, there was a weird smell that reminded both me and my husband of vomit. I think the building is connected to some private parties and have drunk people running in and out for a smoke, which is kind of weird. I’m currently pregnant and both the tobacco smell and the vomit threw me off right from the start considering the place has seemingly sophisticated look to it. Now they charged us 2 euros for a small plate of olives and bread without mentioning these are not complimentary, and the worst thing is that the bread was dry and very cheap like. The best thing of our experience were the croquettes which were a 10/10. The burrata salad, although big portion, was lacking flavour. Now we told the waiters I am pregnant and need to have the meat we ordered very well cooked and yet we had to send it back 2 times for them to cook it more because it was all red and raw. These things matter when you are going to a place where bill total is almost 70€ for two people. I would say Madrid has so many good restaurants, and with that amount of money from experience I can say you can find another restaurant with more exclusivity and better food so don’t waste your money.

Bueno bueno, ¿cómo explicar el cocido madrileño que hemos experimentado hoy? Una absoluta vergüenza. Presumen de poner un cocido en dos vuelcos y un cocido riquísimo. Pues nada más allá de todo esto. Después de esperar 30 minutos para que nos llegara algo que ya habíamos reservado con antelación, nos llega un plato con fideos fríos y una bola en el medio. La camarera al rato viene con una pota pequeña (con una dudosa limpieza) y dentro de él, está el caldo templado y el resto de la purrela que se suponía que formaba parte del cocido. La carne con un kilo de grasa, sin verdura, los garbanzos al fondo del todo, una alita de gallina dentro del caldo con plumas…Una verdadera vergüenza que presuman de poner un delicioso cocido madrileño cuando no llega ni a agua sucia. Por supuesto, el cocido lo hemos devuelto y nos hemos tenido que ir a comer a otro sitio.

Whatever could go wrong in a restaurant went wrong. If there was zero stars I would have given it: 1- we already stood in the restaurant coming from the hotel but they sent us out again in order to get in from another side…?!?! 2. We had to pay first before getting in?!?! Never happened to me anywhere Else 3. We were told that ordering more than one coffee was not possible, not even if we paid for it. So ridiculous! It was a brunch!!! 4. The food was cheap (crackers and nachos with dips), was cold (mini burgers, veggie skewers, eggs Benedict) and was badly cooked (raw chicken skewers) and altogether was not edible! I left most of the food. The coffee tasted horrible NEVER EVER AGAIN !

Wow. The worst service I could expect. We ordered drinks, 2 arrived the third after 20 min. The guy was pretty rude, not respectful at all. We order some food - 2 burgers and nachos. The guy throw the plates, and the ketchup arrived 15 min. The guy threw the ketchup bags and one of them fell in one of our plate. He put his hands in the plate while the girl was eating to take it out!!!! This is disgusting. The guy didn’t say thank you after payment and didn’t even offer a receipt! I needed to go back and ask for it. I will never go there again. I recommend to stay away if this is the service. I felt like very bad it’s a shame

It wasn’t garlicky, there was no lemon… herbs? I don’t know, these are pieces of salad and tomatoes. Doesn’t match the title. Feels like they hastily put together something by leftover pieces.

I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting an enjoyable dining experience and a sick-free night. Among several things that went wrong here were slow service, wrong orders (after the employee chose to take our order by memory), and almost everyone in our group feeling ill to violently ill less than an hour after our meal. The “mama” pasta was the worst culprit, with one of our friends throwing up an hour after eating it and the other who ate it with terrible stomach pains. Aside from the detriments to our health, the service was subpar. They brought out the wrong dish for one person. The three people who got the pasta all had different-tasting and different-looking meals. When asked for the bill, they took over 10 minutes to bring it out, with the waiter avoiding eye contact and running away from us several times before having a different waitress bring it over to us. In summary, you’d have a better dining experience anywhere else but here. EDIT: I’ve added a picture of the “mama” pasta that the waiter told us allegedly contained a “mushroom” sauce. Based on the taste (what little there was) and the color (I’ve never seen a purple mushroom), this was not the case.
