Estuvimos tres dias en Madrid y este fue uno de los sitios donde comimos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El servicio estupendo, la comida muy rica, todos muy amables, empezando por el chico que lo promocionaba en la calle. El ambiente muy agradable con música suave de fondo. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Estábamos buscando que almorzar y no pudimos encontrar mejor elección, por un buen precio nos llevamos unos platos exquisitos con postre incluido. La señora que nos atendió nos daba la sensación que era como nuestra madre pues el trato y la amabilidad nos dejaron enamorados de su atención. Todo 10/10

Menú excelente y variado. La tarta de queso casera, fantástica. Las empleadas super atentas. Gracias María José por tu atención. Volveremos y con más gente. Hemos venido desde Toledo a comer.

Lleguemos a Madrid por la noche y buscabamos algo rápido y económico y este sitio nos pareció ideal. Buen precio y platos contundentes. Con un solo plato ya cenas. Y muy importante que el ambiente era muy tranquilo. Al menos cuándo hemos ido nosotros . También hay varios enchufes para cargar el móvil.

100% recomendable. Reserva si te quieres asegurar el sitio, pero si vas pronto seguro que encuentras mesa. Servicio y atención impecable. La comida sorprendentemente buena y sabrosa.

We went here for dinner after arriving late in Madrid - it was literally around the corner from our hotel. The food, drinks and service were excellent - a special mention goes to our waiter, Jamlet! Thank you for taking care of us :) 100% recommend!

Amazing cocktails! Not only attractive visual but also tasty. I got mojito and my husband got pinacolada. Their pinacolada form is super great. Soft and creamy texture with subtle cinnamon. We had their signature burger and crocket. Burger is served with fries which you choose. Seems like they cut and made here. Meat was juicy and cheese was perfectly melted. Crocket has 3kinds of flavor. Personally mushroom was impressive. Server was very attentive and nice vibe! Happy to dine here.

Menú del día por menos de 14 euros con bebida, pan y postre. Está muy bien ubicacado y es amplio. Sobre la comida, está bien sencilla pero escasa. El servicio muy mejorable, muy lentos para tomar comanda y para traer los platos. Esperas de más de 15 minutos cuando se ve que la comida estaba preparada.

Ive been eating at la Nueva Troje since i discovered it, i was served with Camareros so good. But just this day, i sat for 20-30mins more or less. I was patiently waiting since ive also craved for the croquetas, but the waiter took so long to come out wherein the other table just went over at the store to order because they cant wait any longer. I dont know if she just felt cold or so and she is kind of pissed off. The food is always good though, i will always comeback.

Very nice staff! We came around 2pm and received awesome service. The menu del día was perfect for us! My husband and I enjoyed the food and were very satisfied. Dessert I chose was the blueberry cheesecake - I’m still thinking about it! I’d recommend for lunch after shopping

The food was delicious, we had black risotto, garlic chicken, ice tea and a cheesecake for 12 euros. The only downside was that the staff was a bit slow and the bathroom door almost trapped our friend.

Lo llamaría un bar restaurante ya que no es un local tan grande, las raciones están muy bien de tamaño según su precio y el sazón esta bien. - Ahí les dejo la carta entera - Los camareros muy atentos - La comida salió rápido y caliente - Los cócteles en general están muy bien, además vienen cargados de alcohol para el que le guste así 😌 Volveremos a ir para ver si se repite la misma experiencia Gassss ✌️

Tasty food and cocktails but the service was awful. Una de las experiencias más humillantes y bajas que he tenido en toda mi vida, este “restaurante” tiene una pésima estrategia de marketing, donde ofrecen un menú que incluye diferentes platos (entrada, plato principal, postre y bebida) PERO OJO 👁️ tienen reglas MUY ESTRICTAS, resulta que NO PUEDES DAR A PROBAR DE TU COMIDA A NADIE MÁS EN LA MESA. Yo ordené ese menú, y las demás personas en la mesa habían pedido más platos, le di a probar a mi mamá de mi entrada y se me acerca un mesero a decirme, “disculpa es que no puedes compartir tu plato” o sea no podía darle a probar a mi mamá de una comida que yo ya había pagado, fue el día más humillante que he tenido en un restaurante. Después de yo pagar por mi comida yo estoy en el absoluto derecho de hacer lo que se me venga en gana. NO LO RECOMIENDO, hay restaurantes mucho mejores en la zona, con mucho mejor servicio que este. 🤧🤢

DO NOT come here !! I ordered shisha and it quickly became tasteless, so I asked the waiter to change the coals. It took over 45 minutes — I asked between the two halves of a football match, the game ended, and the coals were still never changed. The place wasn’t busy, which made it even more disappointing. On top of that, the couches look old and the whole place feels poorly maintained. Overall, very poor service and not a great experience

Awful and extremely slow service in the outside seating area, very busy and stressful place and people smoking cigarettes right by you while you're eating. It seems to be an area where some people with mental illnesses/homeless passes as well as I saw and heard plenty of them talking to themselves and what not. The waitress spilled my Coca Cola Zero all over my legs, barely apologized and still I had to ask for a new drink, didn't have to pay for the second one though, which I wouldn't have done anyways. The hamburger was dry and hard to eat since the basket it came in together with French fries (that was not crispy) was too small, the "Seasonal fruit platter" was only fresh strawberries and whipped cream from a spray can.. I was there for hours without anyone really paying attention to me and no one in the staff seemed to speak English, which seemed to put them off trying to give me good service. Then when I asked to pay I had to wait a long, long time without any apparent reason. I'm not going back there or recommend anyone else to either. And now that you have replied on my review some time later, I find it hilarious that you write that the waitress spilled my drink and then immediately apologized and got me a new drink... THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. It would be extremely rare for you and your staff to be able to recall every incident with every customer and this was way over a month ago. I already wrote from the start that she didn't do that and the wait for a new drink (and the food) was extremely slow. I considered just leaving several times but then thought "How bad can it get?". I was wrong. It got a lot worse. I appreciate that you're taking note of my experience and wanting to do better, but do not say that something happened, when I had just told you it didn't. That's just embarrassing on your part.

The food was good but we were treated very rudely by the waiters when we asked clarification about the price since it was higher than expected due to a miscommunication that led to us receiving a plate we didnt want. We didnt have a chance to explain because the waiter attacked us in a very aggressive tone stating that he was sure we had ordered the plate which we didnt want. The menu was also very vague which added to the confusion which made us think the plate in question was a part or a side of the one we actually ordered. No intention of understanding the problem or listening was given, so we left paying more than we had to and, the worst of all, being treated with complete lack of respect and being shouted at. (keep in mind we had already payed so we just wanted to UNDERSTAND the price, we werent threatening to pay less or something like that.)

This was one of the more unusual service experiences I have had. We were offered only the less desirable seats as the other seats were being saved for a reason that was unclear. After putting in our initial order of two drinks, a hookah, and a plate of quesadillas, we didn't hear from the staff again. The quesadillas were made with a pink colored meat, resembling ham, although it was supposed to be turkey. My friend doesn't eat ham so she picked apart a few pieces and left the rest. The hookah and the drinks were fine. Since we didn't hear from anyone else, I flagged down a waiter and got our check. On the way out, we noticed the seating area we initially asked for was still only half full and the occupying patrons ordered less than we did. All around it wasn't a welcoming experience.
