Hemos cenado genial, asesoradas por Joel, un crack. Nos ha sabido aconsejar a la perfección. El torrezno buenísimo, las mejores alcachofas que he comido nunca, y, qué decir de las almejas a la llama..., el contramuslo de pollo.. y para terminar, el tiramisu, delicioso.. Es la segunda vez que venimos y volveremos, fijo!

La misma CALIDAD de siempre! Vinimos a Celebrar nuestro 6 aniversario, una mesa tranquila, íntima y con un servicio maravilloso por parte de Axel. Productos que nunca faltan ni tampoco fallan como sus torreznos, pizza de Burrata & cherrys y un T-Bone simplemente Espectacular. Aunque su tarta de queso es espectacular, estábamos llenos y nos pusieron un helado con una velita para soplar juntos… me pareció un detallazo. Es la tercera vez que celebramos aquí y sin duda seguirá siendo nuestra tradición. Gracias ❤️

Roostiq is one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. The atmosphere is great. Not too loud, very comfortable, and just a really nice place to spend an evening. The interior design feels high-end but relaxed at the same time. Stylish without being over the top or pretentious. The food is excellent. The pork belly is insane and a must-order. Steaks are also very solid and consistently well done. Everything feels carefully cooked and well thought out. You definitely need a reservation. For weekends, you usually have to book several days or even a week in advance, which can be a bit annoying, but honestly that’s just because it’s really that good. Overall, amazing food, great atmosphere, and absolutely worth planning ahead for.

A highlight of our trip to Madrid!! The experience, from the modest but elegant atmosphere, wood fire scent, followed by absolutely delicious plates- from the grilled vegetables ( leek and artichoke) to the grilled meats- pork and beef ( from their farm!), finished with a Tarte de Queso topped with fresh cream and amaretto liqueur that will make you roll your eyes. A total impromptu dinner and definitely took me by surprise. We were 3 and ordered a few things to share. The wait staff is very friendly and seated us in a cozy area. They let us take our time with our orders. I’m not a wine connoisseur and I usually take white wines, but the wine suggestion was great. All the meat we ordered were great quality. I highly recommend their torreznos (super light and crispy skin) and roasted chicken. Their tuna tartar was also fresh and the sauce was tart and umami. I took the liberty of dipping the pluma de ibérico in the glazed sauce (of the grilled pepper), and the sweet sauce paired really well with the pork. We ended the meal with the cheesecake with sweet whipped cream and amaretto, and it was the cherry on top. The cheesecake was light and not too sweet yet it was super filling. It was right on dinner time so the restaurant was bustling with people. It was such a delightful experience, I’d say it’s totally worth the visit! 10/10 experience!

Excellent is the best way to describe this location. Loved every dish, especially the Torreznos Roostiq! It's the best representation of this classic Spanish dish. Try as much as you can here. Pizza is also good. You can watch them make it and those who know what they're looking for will know its noteworthy. This place is recommended. Will be back!

We visited Roostiq twice because I enjoyed it so much. My son found it, and I'm so glad. Both times I had the grilled chicken and kale salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection, so juicy and flavorful. I don't even like kale, but it was dressed in olive oil and Parmesan, and I ate every single leaf. My son and girlfriend had pizza and loved it. The Chardonnay was a nice complement to a splendid meal. The cheesecake was to die for. Don't leave without having it! If I'm back in Madrid, I'll definitely be stopping by for dinner. The service was excellent and the ambiance wonderful. Highly recommend!

Roostiq no es mal restaurante, aunque creo que con cosas a mejorar. Fuimos dos personas, pedimos cerveza y mojito para beber con torreznos como entrante y pizza y picaña como platos principales. Luego, el brownie de dulce de leche. La calidad es media-alta aunque de lo que yo probé, no sabría decir algo que no te puedas perder. El servicio fue muy atento y apropiado, la calidad de los platos es buena aunque la picaña estaba algo fría. El precio (117 € / 2 personas) un poco alto en general a mi parecer, especialmente de las bebidas. Importante hacer reserva, fuimos un jueves a la hora de comer y se llenó.

Lo mejor los torreznos y la pizza, sí que es un poco caro, aunque nosotros fuimos 6 y pudimos probar de todo. Lo postres muy buenos y la carne también, además se agradece cuando hay varios comensales que la partan fino. Lo único que el pollo lo esperaba mejor siendo a la brasa. Ambiente y servicio muy bueno

La comida buenísima (a destacar los torreznos y el contramuslo de pollo). Bastante descontentos con haber tenido que comer el postre con prisa y levantarnos corriendo porque se estuviese “agotando” el tiempo que tienes disponible la mesa (1h45’), aunque hayamos llegado 15’ tarde por un problema. A pesar de esto, el servicio de Axel ha sido buenísimo.

The food is good and tasty, but the lack of presentation made it a bit difficult. The different vegetables as side dish are pretty amazing, yet some of the steaks were a bit chewy. Regarding the service, we experienced a series of situations. First of all, it was unexpected that a premium location like this does not have any waiter speaking fluently in English. They mixed up our order and they “forgot” to serve us after the appetizers. Although they have an extensive wine list, the red wine didn’t come in a decanter, which was again quite odd. They took the plates with food from the table without asking if is ok to discard. Also, the toilet was unbearable dirty for such a place.

Torreznos was excellent. chicken wings were disappointing. The waiter was a know it all who insisted on serving us much later for the entrees despite my specific request. Rather annoying.

food was really good. i especially liked the pork and the mash potatoes. garlic truffle mash potatoes smelled amazing and it tasted divine. one thing i noticed on my trip to Madrid was that they overuse salt in their dishes and that when you say you want a steak medium rare, they give it to you rare. so make sure to say medium if you want a medium rare. the service was poor; we wanted to refill our wines but the servers either ignored us or totally forgot a big table by the door. we had to wait a while, too, to pay the bill because they were really not accomodating us.

De entrada, las mesas excesivamente pequeñas y muy pegadas entre sí, con poco espacio para acomodarte, y sensación de agobio. La comida estuvo simplemente bien en general, pero sólo destacaría las pizzas. El torrezno bueno, pero mucha grasa, la carne llegó casi fría (estuvo mucho tiempo esperando ser recogida de cocina) y el acompañamiento de pimientos muy aceitoso. La experiencia en Roostik Madrid fue muy mala, pero no tanto por la comida como por un servicio impropio de un restaurante de estos precios. Nada más llegar nos dicen que no tienen nuestra reserva, pese a llevarla confirmada. Tras enseñar la confirmación en el móvil, empiezan a dudar y comentan que “igual estaba a nombre de Vicente en vez de Víctor”, sin ningún criterio ni seguridad. Pedimos cócteles y agua al sentarnos. Entiendo que los cócteles puedan tardar, pero no es de recibo que traigan antes los torreznos y los pimientos, con bastante diferencia de tiempo, y que las bebidas lleguen mucho después. Además, tuvimos que recordar el agua hasta en tres ocasiones porque se habían olvidado de traerla. Cuando finalmente se lo trasladan al personal de barra, el camarero no paraba de quejarse en voz alta de sus propios compañeros, delante de los clientes. Una escena totalmente fuera de lugar. El servicio fue constantemente lento, desorganizado y poco atento. Hasta el punto de que tuvimos que presenciar cómo uno de los camareros le enseñaba a otro, en pleno servicio, los playeros que se iba a comprar en su móvil, mientras los clientes esperábamos. Una falta absoluta de profesionalidad. En cuanto a la comida, la calidad fue sin más. Los torreznos estaban ricos, lo único realmente destacable. El resto de platos, muy por debajo de lo que justifican sus precios. La almeja, pese a ser de buena materia prima, estaba muy maltratada, pasada y con sensación incluso de agua añadida. Para colmo, la sartén venía con el mango completamente aceitoso y sin limpiar, un detalle inadmisible. El emplatado en general fue totalmente deficiente, descuidado y sin ningún mínimo criterio gastronómico. La presentación del queso fue especialmente pobre: un emplatado que podría hacer cualquiera en casa, incluso un niño, acompañado además de frambuesas y almendras sin ningún sentido. El pollo, supuesto plato estrella, estaba correcto, incluso rico, pero nada más. Para el precio que tiene no está en absoluto justificado. Para rematar, nos cobraron 12 € por un pan que dicen ser de masa madre fermentada 72 horas. Sinceramente, dudo mucho que no fuera congelado: desde luego casero no era, ni por textura, ni por sabor ni por aspecto. 👉 Como punto final, quiero destacar que hubo un camarero que sí fue profesional: alto, delgado y de color, muy amable y educado en todo momento. Incluso nos ofreció probar la tarta de queso, pero con el nivel de decepción que llevábamos ya no estábamos dispuestos a probar nada más. Es justo reconocer su actitud, que contrastó claramente con el resto del servicio. 👉 Y ya al final, cuando todo esto había ocurrido, apareció la jefa de sala para decir, entre risas, que el error de la reserva había sido suyo. Llegó tarde y con un tono totalmente fuera de lugar, sin una disculpa formal ni la seriedad que exige una situación así, cerrando la experiencia con una sensación de falta total de profesionalidad. En resumen, una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado, marcada por un servicio caótico y poco profesional, descuido evidente en sala y cocina, precios desproporcionados y una relación calidad-precio muy deficiente. No volveremos ni lo recomendaremos.

Disfrutamos la comida, pero al pedir la cuenta, nos cobraron pan por el que nunca llegó, por lo que le pedimos al mesero que lo quite de la cuenta y su respuesta fue preguntarnos si realmente no llegó, como si estuviésemos mintiendo, luego nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cobrando una botella de agua que nunca nos pedimos ni que nos tomamos, y cuando se lo dijimos, nos dijo que sí nos había dado el agua y que aparentemente era la botella que estaba al inicio, pero nosotras nunca abrimos ni consumimos ninguna botella de agua, ni pedimos la botella, ni estaba una botella sobre la mesa al inicio. Al final el mesero accedió quitar la botella de agua, pero otra vez nos trató como si fuésemos unas mentirosas y siguió con la mirada como si no nos creyera lo que estamos diciendo. Por último, el mesero hizo un comentario rarísimo, le preguntamos si por lo general reciben mucha gente sin reserva, y nos dijo que no, porque: “SOMOS MUY ELITISTAS”. Pensamos que era un chiste o algo y nos reímos, pero él sostuvo un gesto muy serio, lo cual nos pareció súper inadecuado y extraño de decir.

Desgraciadamente ha sido una gran decepción. Fuimos a este restaurante con grandes expectativas dado que había sido recomendado por varios amigos, pero no nos ha gustado nada, especialmente los segundos platos y el servicio. Los torreznos y las alcachofas estaban buenas, pero los huevos con espinacas a la brasa y la pizza Roostiq no están a la altura de lo esperado. Las espinacas estaban frías y la base de la pizza era demasiado fina o no estaba suficientemente hecha por lo que el plato no estaba muy logrado. En cuanto el servicio, un desastre había que estar detrás de ellos constantemente para que te atendieran debidamente. Sinceramente por 200 euros por cuatro personas, no merece la pena.
