Un restaurante bonito por dentro y por fuera. Un ambiente muy acogedor, con iluminación bien cuidada, mobiliario de madera y espacios pequeños, pero bien aprovechados, lo que te hace sentirte un espacio más exclusivo. La comida muy buena, excelente relación calidad-precio. Te reciben con uno aperitivos con excelente presentación y sabor. Pedimos atún, carne roja, pulpo, postre y nada tiene desperdicio. El único tema es que esperé casi 10 minutos en que me ofrecieran algo de tomar o me llevaran la carta, a pesar de que pasaron a un lado en varias ocasiones.
EXQUISITO. Pedimos el menú degustación de 5 pases+postre. Deliciosos, de cerrar los ojos y llorar de la combinación tan perfecta de texturas y sabores. Lo único que no me gustó fue el postre, la mezcla de maíz y chocolate no me pegaba nada. Pero sin duda para probarlo, relación calidad-precio buena si se sabe valorar la innovación culinaria, las raciones son pequeñas pero al final terminas saciado.
De 10. Una comida muy agradable. Pedimos el menú degustación: te preguntan qué te gusta y en base a ello te sacan tu menú, no obligan a que des toda la mesa (cada uno lo que quiera), excelente atención por parte de los camareros y del chef, Javi Goya (un placer hablar con él). El precio puede parecer alto pero lo merece. Y puedes comer muy bien con precio medio más bajo. (Tiene platos, medios platos y tercios de plato) Lo dicho, si se pudiese poner 6 estrellas se las daría!
Bonita experiencia para ser la primera vez que vamos. Genial acompañado con aperitivos. Buen detalle. Y de comida muy agradable todo especialmente el pulpo. De postre recomiendo el cremoso de yogur con chocolate Blanco.
He estado en un 4 manos entre Triciclo y Salino. El restaurante Triciclo, ubicado en el corazón de Madrid, es reconocido por su enfoque innovador en la cocina española, fusionando técnicas tradicionales con toques contemporáneos. Un restaurante gastronómico de los que hay que tener siempre en el radar. El ambiente relajado, con luz tenue y música perfectamente calibrada, hacen de su comedor un espacio perfecto para el disfrute de la compañía y, por supuesto, de la comida. Servicio ágil, eficiente y atento. Y la cocina a la altura de las expectativas. Mezclan sabores y texturas con mucho atinó y conocimiento, sorprendiendo al comensal con cada bocado. Optamos por el menú degustación para dejarnos sorprender (y para no tener que elegir entre elaboraciones que a todos nos seducían). Carta de vinos muy generosa en variedad de referencias y curada con mucho mimo. Y los precios acordes a ese nivel, claro. Buena relación calidad precio. Para repetir en cada temporada.

Llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo probar Triciclo y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. El trato del personal fantástico y la comida deliciosa. Nos encantó el gazpacho, el besugo y el cochinillo. Triciclo vive una segunda juventud Triciclo, el restaurante del gran Javier Goya, ha sido un lugar qué, tristemente, no he frecuentado todo lo que hubiese sido recomendable. Hacía más de 8 años desde nuestra última visita y hemos encontrado un restaurante más que aposentado, con las ideas más claras que nunca, con una carta pensada y afinada, en la que dos menús conviven con la posibilidad de pedir medias raciones (o un tercio) de casi todos los platos. La oferta se divide entre los clásicos de Triciclo, auténticos iconos que cimentaron la historia del restaurante, y platos de temporada, que van cambiando con frecuencia semanal. Nosotros, aún y con tanta oferta, pedimos que fuese Goya, quien nos tomó la comanda, el que diseñase un menú a medida jugando con las medias raciones, los tercios de ración y los bocados individuales para probar todo. Debemos decir que estuvo muy acerado, mezcló clásicos imprescindibles de la casa como el bonito a la madrileña poco hecha, con platos de temporada (en julio) como la ventresca de bonito con marmitako. Entre esa selección, platos memorables, como su chipirón en salsa, su ensalada César de perdiz o su tartar de langostinos. En conjunto fue una de las mejores cenas de año; hay que ir mucho más a Triciclo. ✅Puntos fuertes: platos originales, carta de temporada, bodega profunda. ⭕️Puntos débiles: lo difícil es decidirse entre que pedir, se te puede ir la mano y pedir de más (en cantidad y en dinero). 💵Precio: a partir de 90€ por persona se puede cenar, pero irte por encima de 200€ tampoco es difícil. 💻 Somos @madridbocados. Cenamos en Triciclo y fue una velada perfecta. Buscábamos un sitio especial para una cena romántica y superó con creces nuestras expectativas. La comida, de diez: platos cuidados, sabrosos y con una presentación impecable. El servicio fue excepcional. No solo atentos y educados, sino que además los camareros tienen un sentido del humor que te hace sentir como en casa, siempre con una sonrisa y el comentario justo en el momento adecuado. Se nota que disfrutan con lo que hacen, y eso se transmite. Un sitio al que sin duda volveremos. Gracias por una noche tan especial.

Tucked away in the literary quarter, Triciclo is a modern bistro where market-driven cuisine meets quiet sophistication. The menu blends Spanish tradition with global influences, offering dishes that are both inventive and deeply rooted in flavor. Standouts range from oxtail ravioli to Indonesian-style beef cheek tacos, with portions available in full, half, or tasting-size — ideal for sharing and exploring. Each plate is elegant without excess, refined without pretense. The space feels warm and urban — reclaimed wood, soft lighting, and a relaxed hum of conversation. Service is attentive, and the wine list is well-curated without being overwhelming.
An outstanding food experience, worthy of its past Michelin stars. Our waiter Mori was very helpful and attentive. The principal chef was very informative in regard to the innovative menu as well as an extensive list of specials. A special evening to end our time in Madrid.
Our first dinner in Madrid and it did not disappoint!😊 All the courses were amazingly done especially the sirloin tartare and suckling pig. Services were efficient as well. Drinks were very cheap but of great qualities (€6.5 per glass of wine!). Definitely would recommend.
Superb food clearly made with much thought and love. Festival tasting menu was incredible procession of 11 dishes with extra treats. Team were super accommodating to special request for no pork dishes. Special treat for my son was special indeed!

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in. A great wine selection with a sommelier who guides you without fuss. The “raciones” are top-level, beautifully plated, and perfect for sharing. Creative cuisine in a relaxed, well-designed space. Definitely a place to come back to.
We had a fabulous long night at TriCiclo Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delicious food that kept coming. I loved the white asparagus course, but it seems unfair to choose just one as they were all exceptional. Thanks to my colleague Pablo for bringing me here
Beautiful restaurant with excellent variety of cuisine. Every bite is a fountain of flavours. My favourite dish is the ceviche - zestful and fresh which made me craving more. The staff is attentive to the presentation of every dish. It looks too wonderful to consume. Definitely recommend everyone to partake in this wonderful dining experience in the heart of Madrid.

Fantastic! This is a must try. Everything from the decor, staff, and of course food are perfect. You can tell every little thing has been considered. The food was packed with flavor. Many complex flavors that tickle your taste buds. The chef comes to the table and explains the specials. While I may not order everything I tried again, it is absolutely a restaurant I hope to visit again when back in Madrid.
TriCiclo is a treat for the senses. Fantastic atmosphere in a tastefully and simply decorated restaurant. Very well thought through in every detail. The staff were friendly, relaxed, and informative. Our city guide recommended this off the beaten path restaurant and we were blown away by the quality of the food, wine and service. We savored every bite.
El servicio al principio me pareció un poco frío, como si hicieran un sesgo porque iba sola y soy mexicana, mejoró con el cambio de mesero. La comida me pareció deliciosa, las porciones correctas para un menú degustación; lo único es que considero importante aclarar que los aperitivos que te ofrecen, tienen costo. El vino por encima del precio promedio, pero se entiende. El lugar es súper lindo.
Servicio bastante regular para un sitio con un sol Repsol que tiene una comida muy buena. Tardaron literalmente media hora en tomarnos nota porque "se suponía que el chef iba a venir a comentarnos los platos", como pasó mucho tiempo vino el sommelier que tampoco es que nos ayudase mucho a tomar la decisión y finalmente el chef nos tomó nota, pero tampoco nos comentó nada de los platos. Por qué hace esperar tanto y no poder tomar nota cualquier camarero? Pedimos el menú degustación de barra, los platos ricos y originales pero algunos un poco sin más. Son 5 platos de bocado y un postre un poco más grande por 50 euros. Lo más destacable el saam de puntillita y el postre, muy original. Sabemos que la cocina de este nivel tiene un costo, pero una cosa que esperas que sea muy buena con un restaurante de este calibre es el servicio, y no lo fue. Los comentarios de los camareros acerca de los platos bastante apáticos también. Creo que habría que darle una vuelta a esto. Si vas sin prisa y te da igual el servicio, la comida merece la pena.

Comida y servicio muy buenos (precio elevado). Experiencia no tanto. Estuvimos este sábado con mi familia comiendo. No había calefacción, tenían un problema con la electricidad, al entrar en el baño no había luz, tuve que avisar, dieron la luz y me encontré con un aseo sucio, vergonzoso para un sitio como éste ya que por el precio elevado que pagamos tienen que tener condiciones óptimas, no todo vale. Pedimos agua y solo nos ofrecieron agua embotellada. Un detalle favorable: nos preguntaron sobre alergias antes de tomar nota. Se agradece, pero queda desmerecido por lo anteriormente dicho.
Hemos cenado aquí y, en general, nos ha gustado el ambiente y la propuesta gastronómica. Sin embargo, hay un detalle que considero importante .. aunque a otras mesas les preguntaron por sus alergias, a la nuestra no! Hemos pedimos una degustación de platos y, al indicar mis alergias, nos sugirieron simplemente intercambiar los platos con mi pareja. Esto me pareció un fallo porque: 1. Fue un error del personal que nos atendió. 2. Se supone que la experiencia es personalizada, y nosotros tuvimos que estar cambiando platos o incluso renunciar a probar algunos por mis alergias. El ambiente es excelente, pero por esta experiencia con la atención y la gestión de alergias, probablemente no volveré.
No se si esperaba más por lo oído y las expectativas eran más fuertes. El servicio sin ser malo es poco simpático y aporta poco al cliente para poder elegir. Pidiendo un vino del 2011 traen uno del 2012 sin explicaciones detalle importante. Comida buena y con platos de calidad pero el precio un poco elevado. Revisen la mesa redonda pegada a la puerta sin salida porque mancha el traje con algo a la altura de la rodilla.
Had a mediocre experience at this restaurant. My husband and I were the first diners in the restaurant for an 8pm seating. We both chose to do the seasonal tasting menu. Plating was a bit questionable on many of the dishes, and only 1 or 2 courses were good. The service staff didn’t speak much English, and though our busser was very nice, she was clearly very new and fumbled a bit with her service etiquette. Our actual server had quite a poor, distasteful attitude, all through service. As a result, we tipped accordingly at the end of our meal, which he did not hide his displeasure of. He did not even thank us or wish us a nice evening, just handed our card back to us without a word, and left our table. Poor service and mediocre food, not a great combination!
Me he ido con la sensación de que se han equivocado o algo ha ocurrido. Teníamos un regalo de menú degustación (menos mal) y no merece los casi 100 euros por persona. Cantidad de platos muy pobre (6 + postre). Por supuesto, cada plato, pues lo esperado en cuanto a pequeña porción de buena calidad, sin más. Nos han atendido con educación (solo faltaba), pero falta de comunicación entre ellos, de hecho, nos han servido dos veces el postre por error. Pidiendo de la carta, no puedo opinar y entiendo que mejor, pero el menú degustación, es de lo peocito que he probado en sitios de este estilo.
Unfortunately the food is at best mediocre regardless of fine presentation. I’ve tried 4 pieces, the only one that was truly worthy was the sashimi. Others were swings and misses on spices and the artichoke had no truffle flavor at all. I would be happy not to share this feedback here and say it directly instead but no one was interested. So overall I’d say that this place does not live up to the expectations and the price.
Bread was the highlight. Some dishes were nice enough, many very small. Other sishes we had to send back since the meat was so raw it was still oozing liquid. Might be a personal preference but nowhere was this mentioned or a preference asked. Happy we didn’t go for the menu but just got a few dishes. Dessert good but underwhelming tasting more like a regular cafe’s.
Some of the food was very delicious! But the staff attitude and lack of attention to detail causes this restaurant to fall short of their Michelin recommended status. I had bones in my fish, cork in my wine, and silver skin still on a different type of fish. We had to pour our own water and ask for additional beverages while the wait staff just stood and stared. Very odd from previous Michelin recognized experiences. Everything was varying sizes and lacking consistency, especially the ceviche fish. No one could explain to us how the tasting menu worked (did we pick, was it pre-selected or does it change day to day) the chef was rude when we asked him to explain it to us (he was the one taking our order). There was a young server who was delightful! He was the only one that smiled and was kind. There was a very grumpy bald server that really ruined the experience with his attitude and lack of explaining of any of the dishes when they were served. We were eating a chefs pick tasting menu that was picked in the moment so we had no idea what our dishes were. It would’ve been nice if there was more explanation. The flavors were there overall. But the service and attention to detail really needs to be improved to deserve Michelin recognition and the price point.

La comida y el servicio espectacular pero me parece bastante mal que cobren por 1 trozo de pan y un tomate cherry sin piel 9 euros, adjunto copia del ticket.
