We order out almost every Friday and are always happy! Anytime there's been a mistake they are quick to correct it and are always so friendly! We ordered delivery tonight, a small pizza and salad. When it was delivered there was a note on a large pizza stating that they accidentally made a larger size and they didn't want it to go to waste. We searched high and low for a pizza place worth revisiting time and time again and Locatelli does not disappoint!

I found the food to be delicious, freshly made and above average. The large salads were very filling and the pizza had a nice thickness and ample toppings. They were able to accommodate a half and half pizza so that was nice. The zingers are boneless chicken tenders - I wish they had more than two flavors (buffalo and BBQ). I give the food a 4 star. The service is what gave this restaurant a 5 star rating for me. Despite being very busy they were very accommodating and communicated often as we were a large party trying to find a table on a very busy night. We’ve even had to do some unique splitting of the bill and they were very cooperative and helpful. The manager came and introduced himself to us so we really appreciated their level of service despite being very busy on a Wednesday night. The parking lot can be full as it shares it in a strip mall with other retail shops so you might have to park a little bit further away than the front of entrance The facility has a very large patio for outdoor dining although we were eating in January so it wasn’t necessarily outdoor eating weather. The facilities are clean on the inside and outside. I would highly recommend this location and plan on coming back.

We ordered the 13 inch mexatelli and kids pasta. Food was so good! Service was great too! The seating area is pretty small so it gets crowded pretty quick.

The fried ravioli was one of the best I've had. Cheese to please. We were recommended a wine ... half price bottle ... yes please. Pizza was great. Not to thick and not to thin crust with a slight crunch was unique. Desert was a sweet pazookie that the entire table enjoyed. Adrian was impressive. He was working a lot of tables and didn't miss a beat. Very attentive staff and management. This was our first visit and it will definitely not be our last.

Just left here. Tried their pizza for the first time today. I gotta say, their pizza is pretty good. It is along the lines of New York pizza; except they use the conveyer belt oven instead of the brick oven. I really like the taste of the pizza sauce and great quality toppings. Definitely recommend.

Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean. The pizza is very good and I tried the sandwiches this time. The Italian sausage and the meatball are both very good. I would always recommend the Rho Rho rolls, which are basically pepperoni rolls. They are our favorite thing here. I’m not a fan of paying at the table. I guess I’m more of a traditionalist. I prefer to hand someone my card after they’ve left the check, then let them scan it and then I’m free to write in the tip at my leisure. I really don’t like someone standing over me while I decide how much to tip and I feel rushed to get out my card. That really is my only complaint and it’s more personal preference than anything. We enjoy the food and service here and we will be back. Paul

I went 2 Locatelli's 4 lunch after hearing they had good pizza. I was in the area, so decided 2 try it out. I ordered their pizza slice ( 1/4 of their medium pizza vs large ), if I remember correctly. I ordered pepperoni, Italian sausage & ( red ) onions. When it arrived, It was a thin crust ( tavern style ) slice. I took a bite & wasn't impressed. I was in a little shock. So I took another bit & still nothing. I don't remember the taste of the crust. I even tried the 3 topping individually & yes even the cheese by itself. They all tasted bland. The red onion were the only ingredient that had some flavor 2 it. I think I could have gone 2 the local grocery, picked better quality ingredients w/ more flavorful & make a better pizza @ home. Would I come here again ? Yes. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Would I order a pizza from here again. No. I would probably try something else though

Came here for the first time in years and I was disappointed. The pizza was fine, the server was very nice. There was this really gross smell the entire time I was there and I couldn’t pinpoint it. My pizza smelled too… I was like what the heck…. Well turns out it was the Parmesan cheese that was on the table and that I put on my pizza. Yeah, gross. I know cheese stinks but this absolutely reeked. Also the beer tasted gross like they don’t clean their lines. Seems like they’re missing the mark on cleaning in quite a few areas. Used to be great!!! Idk what happened.

Love a local pizza place, but the pizza crust was way overdone. Noticed the same for the tables near us, so it wasn’t just ours. Brown, thin, and crunchy. Expensive. $22 for a large pepperoni and sausage.

Came to this place to enjoy a pizza. I believe I over paid for this pizza. I had better for the price point and from better locations. They need to update their online menu. The pizza was really below average. The only thing bad with it is the crust. It made everything taste like cardboard. And the slices were cut very weird.

Good food as usual. Unfortunately the to go service is now skipping items frequently, and tying the bag closed and promising it’s all there. They missed all our salads. I left a tip for to go for the last time. Couldn’t get my refund because they don’t answer the phone

Pizza is so good--the best in Cypress(!), but to-go service is so ridiculously, comically bad, you should prepare for long waits and huffy excuses while you wait for issues to be resolved. It's usually 50 / 50 that your order will be correct, on-time, or both.
