This has been my favorite Dairy Queen location for over 50 years. That's some kind of record. The current owners have I owned it for over 45 years. I watched it being built next to my Hoyston neighborhood at the time. We choose a lot of Dairy Queens in our new home in Dallas area. This one has fantastic Awar winning Service, smiling friendly employees, and a great Grilled Chicken Sandwich stuffed with vegetables. Great atmosphere. Fast delivery. Highly Recommended. Phil B

Dairy Queen in my opinion has the best soft serve ice cream on the planet but when it comes to food their chicken tenders are one of the best around and the hunger buster is good

This is a small restaurant off the 249 feeder, and the owner and staff obviously care about the establishment. The counter staff enthusiastically greeted us on our way in, the tables and floors were clean, and the Blizzards we ordered were served cold and delicious! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

I love this little spot. Honestly, the owner here is so sweet and he’s always here and the management is really cool. I’ve never had a bad time at this Dairy Queen. It is locally owned and we should be supporting businesses like this more often.

I stopped in because I had not had a Belt Buster in a few years. And it was great it was just like I remember it from years ago. I wish I could still have the malteds and shakes and ice cream but that's off of my menus these days.

Went to this Dairy Queen a few nights ago around 10 PM all the employees were young but very helpful and hard-working. I ordered a footlong hot dog with chill fires while my homeboy ordered a burger combo. The food was done fast and fresh and was super delicious. The restaurant was super clean. This is the perfect spot to bring a friend or family and enjoy good food at a good price.

Dairy Queen - it's the restaurant we free up with! Still has the Hunger Buster, the Dude, Chicken Fried Steak Fingers, Sundaes and Malts! In this fast paced world, sometimes it's good that things don't change! Food was great, and the service impeccable - thanks DQ for taking me back!

I'm pretty sure this is the last Dairy Queen. Anywhere near us. Went through the drive-thru on the way home from somewhere else. Was very pleased that they're still around even if I didn't get a dip cone last night. We had a burger and steak fingers. The fries were better than I remember.

My medium Royal Chocolate Blizzard was just ok today. It might be nitpicky, but this is supposed to be their Royal version with a hole in the middle that’s filled with hot fudge. Mine was just a mixed up bunch of chocolate chunks and delicious soft serve ice cream. Don’t get me wrong it was still awesome and it scratched my itch. And this is still one of my favorite Dairy Queen’s in the northwest Houston area and I will definitely be back.

Dairy Queen on FM 249, Houston Texas. Typical Dairy Queen. Good Hunger Buster burger. Cold today, so I tried the Chicken and Dumplings- - pass on this. Had a salty, soupy broth. Just not an acceptable Chicken and Dumplings. Still love DQ... And will be back again.

We went in to get some ice cream and drinks. The ice maker wasn't working very well at the dining room ice dispenser. We had to ask for one of the employees to get us some ice from the drive thru dispenser. The flavored lemonade was out as well. We ordered a cherry dipped cone and a strawberry sundae. They were ok. Every staff member was very courteous.

I treated the fam to a frozen treat last night and was blown away by the PRICING. C'mon man.... $28 for 4 blizzards and 3 of them were small ones. Gimme a break as they are ice cream and candy. Ain't gonna come back for ages and Sonic will get my dough...... Should have a customer rewards program or something... Get with the program DQ... I really enjoy a blizzard but not that much.

Love Dairy Queen but I got a blizzard and the topping are only on top and not through out the cup! I had to throw out half a cup of ice cream. Waste of money

Small dining interior but plenty of parking. Ice cream cakes sold here. Self serve free refill drinks for dining in. The service is friendly but the food prep takes longer than other fast food places. The Burger was dry, it's made with just a little bit of mustard, no mayo or ketchup.

Dairy Queen, the visit was great but the fries were stale tasting so I have to give a 3 star! I was looking forward to my banana split and hot fries and y’all dropped the ball! The banana split was on point though!!
