I use the Domino's in Mamaroneck most of the time. Very convenient for me after work, even thou I live in New Rochelle. Use them on the weekends. Love the chicken pieces mostly, much larger than other Pizza shops. Congrats. Keep it up

Service was horrible a few months ago, something was always missing from my order, the guy in the store was rude you walk in and noone acknowledges you. So many things wrong. BUT I think they have new management because past two times ive ordered have been good.

This place was terrible until the past year. Longer bake times and actual sauce on pizza for once. Good value. Osvaldo Top Dog Here, Hooks Me Up. Update 5/27/19 Stick to carryout. Only if you can't drive because of inebriation should you order delivery. 5.99 for a delivery charge is INSANE!!!! and that's without tip.

I feel bad for that person who felt like I have bothered him at 1:00am when I ordered. Lol so I called for pick up and I went to the store and he was just gonna start to make it. It made me think he thought I wasn’t gonna pick it but I waited until it’s done. I didn’t say anything. He could be busy that time but would have told me a time other than what he told me that I expected for it to be done. You know what I’m saying? I don’t mean to bother you at that hour but I just want a pizza thanks. 😇

Please turn on your outside Driveway and parking lot lights. It is a safety hazard! BI like the food a lot and the friendly staff. Since I usually pick up at the store, I wish they would turn on their outside lights at night. They are LEDs, so the energy use is minimal. Maybe, if they are trying to save even more energy they should add motion sensors. Someone can easily get hurt since in the dark it is hard to see the speed bump and other trip hazards. Plus it’s better security if the outside lights are on.

Overall OK - but a lot of mistakes consistently with getting my order correct - the last two times I have ordered thin crust pizza and was delivered a regular pizza and about 1 in 4 deliveries, they forget the sodas. Not the delivery person's issue (very professional) - issue appears to be attention to detail on dispatch of the orders. These issues are not recent - have been going on for a long time.

Says order is ready and it wasn't even started yet. I watched him start to make it after it said it was ready for 10 minutes. Had to wait about 20 minutes total after order was deemed ready. Then the breadbites had nearly no seasoning. my gf liked her pizza. Previous orders have been fine.

They messed up my order. I ordered a pizza online pepperoni and Italian sausage on the entire pie like I always order. It came back 1/2 pepperoni and sausage and 1/2 cheese. I checked my online order and confirmed they got it incorrect but didn't have the time to wait another 30 minutes for them to get it right. Possibly had to do with the fact that only 1 person was working in the entire store when my order was placed.

Terrible terrible service. The driver would not get out to deliver the pizza to my doorstep, and he only had half of my order. I called the office to complain, and they said he would bring it back , which he didn't. When I called again they said he delivered it to the wrong address and they refused to give it back, so they could refund me for the order, because he wouldn't be able to bring till after midnight. Needless to say, they will see me tomorrow if I don't say a reverse payment for the entire order pending.

Awful experience!!! Some highlights include being hung up on multiple times, never receiving my order, rude employees (driver included) but the cherry on top was one of the employees had the nerve to call me to say I should never order from there again.

I went to pick up medium pan pizza and I think 1 liter diet Pepsi because they charge $6 for delivery. Very stale odor hits you when you enter shop. I thought pizza shop supposed to smell of delicious pizza baking, not gross stale odor. I have been to other Domino's that didn't have that stale odor. I was so hungry and everything else closed around 10:00 so I had no choice but to get pizza there. When I got back to my hotel room I opened pizza box. One of the slices had a dent on the side of the slice another one had sent where the crust is. Of all the pizzas I've seen in my life, this was the only one that had dents on the slices. Try to get to another place in the area if you want pizza. Don't recommend this place.

I will put a minus 3 if the app allowed me. I called to complaint about a pizza not been delivered and he was going all around that to check the lobby, and then the Pizza was left in the front door of my apartment floor.. etc. I said that is not the case, and he offer me to make a new pizza. After I finished the call I walked all the floors and I found the pizza in the door of a different apartment in a different floor. I called again to mention that the pizza was left in the incorrect apartment and floor the person at the phone said “okay” and hang the phone!!.. no even a sorry... you guys definitely need some client service training!!!...

Too many issues with this location, but it’s the closest to me and I have no other option! Firstly, this store is understaffed majorly and they normally only have 1-2 employees taking orders and making pizzas. This is likely why I’ve encountered so MANY PROBLEMS. I’ve had raw pizza dough, YES RAW! I found A HAIR in my pizza...NO JOKE! This is the worst experience within the food industry in general I’ve ever had and it’s appalling that they’ve done nothing to improve either...

i ordered delivery and the delivery person was very rude, didn’t want to hand over pizza, was saying he waited 15 min when i was outside the whole time i saw him arrive and he was telling me i was going to get charged extra for the wait, there was no wait. i’ve always ordered from here and never had an issue until now, if you don’t like your job choose something else!

I’m a 76 year old who is not familiar with apps. I was there the other day and I tried to do the app, but I had a hard time with it to get the large pizza two toppings for $6.99 that day and nobody would help me. I was very very upset and I had to leave. I will never come back there again!!

Locally owned Domino's franchise that does NOT answer to corporate. My last order was for a pepperoni pizza and it was MANGLED and mostly not edible. I have been researching who owns this franchise to make a proper complaint but I have no idea who is the owner.

Whoever answered the phone was the most rude employee I've EVER dealt with. He refused to fulfill my order and then lied to me saying I was 35 mins away and I was too far away for delivery, so I should call a different store. When I checked my GPS, it said I was 11-13 mins away from their location. I called at 11pm.. The Mamaroneck location closes at 12am, so I'm assuming that the employee(s) at this location were just too lazy to do their jobs and didn't want to prepare and deliver my food an hour before closing when im only 13 mins away. Funny part is all the other locations are even further, so he refused me service because of distance, but wanted me to order from a store that was further away. When I called to let him know I wasn't far at all, thinking he was just mistaken about my address, he said to me.... "ok well then come and pick it up, if you're only 13 mins away"... Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering dominos again.!

unfriendly service - we wanted to have the pizza deal ($6.99 - two medium pizzas, two toppings free). We were looking at the toppings when he rudely told us that we can’t look on those pizzas because specialty pizzas were not included in the deal which we were aware of. After telling him that, he continued to tell us we can’t look at the toppings selection. After he finally understood what we wanted, we were asking for one with just cheese and to use the two toppings we wouldn’t use on that one on the other one. He again rudely said we couldn’t do that so we asked to put those two toppings on the cheese one so that we have two separate cheese sides. He again told us we couldn’t do that which we didn’t understand because we hab those two toppings free. After discussing with him he finally put in the two toppings for each, looked at us in a rude way and spat out the time the pizza will take. He then went on to his coworkers to complain about us which is highly unprofessional. As a little side info, they also were not using gloves or anything to show a good hygiene.

Never ready when they say it will be ready. Steve just said they ignore whatever the Dominos website says for delivery. When I pointed out it was 30 mins beyond the delivery window, his response was "you can wait for whenever it gets delivered or the order can be cancelled"
