We frequent this Domino's location, my kid loves the cinnastix, I love being able to build my own pizza. Whenever we are at a loss for what to have for dinner and aren't in the mood to cook, we go to the very convenient Domino's App and order up a yummy, affordable meal. All of that being said, this story has little to do with pizza and everything to do with the staff at this Domino's helping make an 8 year old's birthday party a success! A Five Nights at Freddy's themed birthday party (don't worry, most people have not heard of it either) we wanted to do Freddy Fazbear's Pizza boxes as our goodie bags. In search of pizza boxes at local craft and party stores, we had no luck. I made a phone call to this Domino's and made the odd request for 10 empty small pizza boxes. Despite the policy of keeping inventory with the number of pizza boxes matching the number of pizzas that go out, the team at this Mamaroneck Domino's contacted the right people to get the permission they needed to help us out and made an 8 year old very happy and her birthday party a huge success. Well done Mamaroneck Dominos!

I use the Domino's in Mamaroneck most of the time. Very convenient for me after work, even thou I live in New Rochelle. Use them on the weekends. Love the chicken pieces mostly, much larger than other Pizza shops. Congrats. Keep it up

He could be busy that time but would have told me a time other than what he told me that I expected for it to be done. You know what I’m saying? I don’t mean to bother you at that hour but I just want a pizza thanks. 😇

Please turn on your outside Driveway and parking lot lights. It is a safety hazard! BI like the food a lot and the friendly staff. Since I usually pick up at the store, I wish they would turn on their outside lights at night. They are LEDs, so the energy use is minimal. Maybe, if they are trying to save even more energy they should add motion sensors. Someone can easily get hurt since in the dark it is hard to see the speed bump and other trip hazards. Plus it’s better security if the outside lights are on.

Says order is ready and it wasn't even started yet. I watched him start to make it after it said it was ready for 10 minutes. Had to wait about 20 minutes total after order was deemed ready. Then the breadbites had nearly no seasoning. my gf liked her pizza. Previous orders have been fine.

I order from here very often and half the time the order is good and the other half it’s not. I normally order on the App and I feel like many of the workers do not read the instructions. I always select the option for “no garlic crust” and half the time they put it anyway. I just ordered a MeatZZa pizza and it had pineapple, mushrooms and olives which should not have been on it. They need to get better and really read the instructions.

I checked my online order and confirmed they got it incorrect but didn't have the time to wait another 30 minutes for them to get it right. Possibly had to do with the fact that only 1 person was working in the entire store when my order was placed.

My fault for not reading the reviews. I ordered deep dish with extra cheese, got hand tossed without it. I'm afraid to check the chicken I ordered. There's a salad that's prepacked so its probably edible. I'd skip this one unless it's an absolute last resort, and even then if you suck on a button you'll salivate more and it can stave off hunger until you find anything else. (I looked....they nuked my chicken.)

The customer service is crazy rude. It took 2 hours to deliver the pizza and the delivery guy shouted at me angrily over the phone.

Very slow, ordered about an hour ago still hasn't left the store. Only one driver apparently, my order has been sitting out fo over a half hour.

Terrible service the person there really hate his job, I feel bad for him but it is not the way to treat people I hope next time I find better staff there cuz I love the chicken wings

I'm not going to lie the food here is pretty terrible preparation the delivery it's never ever good but at least they're open late but if you're counting on me to give them up good review please look elsewhere.

horrible service. i ordered and they said they couldn’t “find my address” but they said they were on their way. i called back an hour and a half later and they said that my address couldn’t be found and they were going to remake the pizza, they should’ve called me to let me know they threw away my pizzas and weren’t going to deliver.

Terrible terrible service. The driver would not get out to deliver the pizza to my doorstep, and he only had half of my order. I called the office to complain, and they said he would bring it back , which he didn't. When I called again they said he delivered it to the wrong address and they refused to give it back, so they could refund me for the order, because he wouldn't be able to bring till after midnight. Needless to say, they will see me tomorrow if I don't say a reverse payment for the entire order pending.

I went to pick up medium pan pizza and I think 1 liter diet Pepsi because they charge $6 for delivery. Very stale odor hits you when you enter shop. I thought pizza shop supposed to smell of delicious pizza baking, not gross stale odor. I have been to other Domino's that didn't have that stale odor. I was so hungry and everything else closed around 10:00 so I had no choice but to get pizza there. When I got back to my hotel room I opened pizza box. One of the slices had a dent on the side of the slice another one had sent where the crust is. Of all the pizzas I've seen in my life, this was the only one that had dents on the slices. Try to get to another place in the area if you want pizza. Don't recommend this place.

I called to complaint about a pizza not been delivered and he was going all around that to check the lobby, and then the Pizza was left in the front door of my apartment floor.. etc. I said that is not the case, and he offer me to make a new pizza. After I finished the call I walked all the floors and I found the pizza in the door of a different apartment in a different floor. I called again to mention that the pizza was left in the incorrect apartment and floor the person at the phone said “okay” and hang the phone!!.. no even a sorry... you guys definitely need some client service training!!!...

I’m a 76 year old who is not familiar with apps. I was there the other day and I tried to do the app, but I had a hard time with it to get the large pizza two toppings for $6.99 that day and nobody would help me. I was very very upset and I had to leave. I will never come back there again!!

When I checked my GPS, it said I was 11-13 mins away from their location. I called at 11pm.. The Mamaroneck location closes at 12am, so I'm assuming that the employee(s) at this location were just too lazy to do their jobs and didn't want to prepare and deliver my food an hour before closing when im only 13 mins away. Funny part is all the other locations are even further, so he refused me service because of distance, but wanted me to order from a store that was further away. When I called to let him know I wasn't far at all, thinking he was just mistaken about my address, he said to me.... "ok well then come and pick it up, if you're only 13 mins away"... Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering dominos again.!

unfriendly service - we wanted to have the pizza deal ($6.99 - two medium pizzas, two toppings free). We were looking at the toppings when he rudely told us that we can’t look on those pizzas because specialty pizzas were not included in the deal which we were aware of. After telling him that, he continued to tell us we can’t look at the toppings selection. After he finally understood what we wanted, we were asking for one with just cheese and to use the two toppings we wouldn’t use on that one on the other one. He again rudely said we couldn’t do that so we asked to put those two toppings on the cheese one so that we have two separate cheese sides. He again told us we couldn’t do that which we didn’t understand because we hab those two toppings free. After discussing with him he finally put in the two toppings for each, looked at us in a rude way and spat out the time the pizza will take. He then went on to his coworkers to complain about us which is highly unprofessional. As a little side info, they also were not using gloves or anything to show a good hygiene.
