the food was very hot and tastey, I haven't had wendy's this great in years. Sadly this one is an hour drive from where I live.

I really like the salad selection at Wendy's. My favorite is the chicken pecan salad. I usually ask for croutons with the salad, I don't know why they don't give croutons with all the salads. For the price it is an excellent choice.

It’s Wendy’s!! It was fast! Burgers were good. Fries perfect! Drinks cold! Sometimes the prep guy/girl might forget to leave off the mayo, or a pickle, or a tomato. It happens! When I tell them about the mix up I get my item back fixed (new) it’s all about how you present the issue. People writing negative reviews on Wendy’s like it’s a fine restaurant is amusing. No complaints have been there at least 20 times ... Every single time they have gotten the order correct. The place is also very clean and the inside has a cool modern design for a Wendy's

I placed an order online a few days ago. Staff was polite and friendly. Good was fresh and hot. They deserve to be noticed through this pandemic. Thank you to the staff that served my family . we are truly thankful.

We had to go through the drive-through as they had closed the inside. I drove through to give my order, the girl was VERY patient with the 3 teenage boys I had riding with me, and we got HOT sandwiches and wonderful chocolate Frosty's. I'm sure they got a good laugh with my riders!

I went to the drive through and they didn't give me my burger. I didn't notice until I got home 10 minutes later. I had to go back that way 2 hours later. I told the manager, Paul, my problem. He said actually remembered my order, believed me and got me my triple. Thanks Wendy's and Paul.

I got a family nugget pack, great value, $15 for 45-48 nuggets, the workers and managers were extremely friendly, I think the girl working at the counter, it was her first day and she did phenomenal, asked her for a water cup right before the end of her shift and she greeted me and was very polite, the manager was also a super chill guy, I accidentally ordered the regular nuggets and the manager didn’t think twice when I asked him can I have the spicy. You guys are the real heroes! Keep it going!

Super professional, courteous and friendly drive up window cashier made me feel like a valued customer. Several absolutely PERFECT spots to park in the parking lot after you pick up your food in the drive through. The kids meal $2.49 (with tax $2.71) every evening from 4pm-9pm is the epitome of quick flavor and value. My fries are consistently blazing hot. Update 2024: kids meal is now $2.99 ( with tax $3.25)

The prices were fair, the drive-through was fast, and the workers did not mess up the orders even when 3 separate people ordered in the same car. The food was packed separately, and handed out in the order it was taken. Decent service!

It's local and easy to just drive through, order, and eat. We love the awesome bacon burger or chicken sandwich and chili. I love their chili. I just wish it didn't have so many beans in it. It should have more meat. Two-thirds of the chili is beans; other than that, I have no complaints at this time.

This location does not actually stay open until 2am. More than once i have tried to order at 1:50 am at the window and they tell me they are closed. Otherwise the service is generally good. Definite room for improvement.

HORRIBLE breakfast. I Ordered 2 breakfast croissants with swiss cheese, and could not finish one, it was so disgusting (Swiss was some sort of melted goo) Gave to my dogs. Their regular roll with American cheese is at least edible. I've been there 3 times for breakfast in last 2 months, and EVERY time the coffee was room temp and not even warm. Service was a bit slow at this location. It took longer than expected to get our food at the drive thru. When we did there was a hole in the straw in one of our drinks that then leaked all over the place. The food was above average.

It took many tries to order at the drive through. When I drove up to the delivery window I realized why. The staff was all teenagers grabassing instead of working. My order was incorrect, of course. The store needs a Manager (or a new Manager).

The bathroom was gross and had zero toilet paper or paper towels. All but one employee were on their phones with earphones in.

The service at this location is terrible. It’s mostly run by kids who can’t even be bothered to say hello let alone provide basic customer service or make sure you get your complete order. Best service is at night when the adults are there.

Cashier at the window who handed me our bags of food and beverage and returned back my credit card was NOT WEARING GLOVES! Was very surprised to see they have no Vegetarian options like a Beyond or Impossible burger. No "healthy choices". No fish sandwich. My wife ordered a salad "without the meat" and paid full meat price. They included no ketchup packets with an order of fries?! Who doesn't do that? Ate my spicy chicken and fries and experienced a stomach ache. On the plus side, drive thru was convenient.

Employee working the drive thru was extremely rude and impatient. I asked for a minute to decide and got attitude in return. When pulling up to the window, the same attitude, no conversation and my order was basically shoved in my face. I get works must be tired and they are working hard through this pandemic but a smile goes a long way.

Ten minutes ago, May 22, 2:50pm, I met a young lady at counter, she looks unhappy, walk slow, listening not good, looks tired, mask only cover her mouth, if you don’t like this job, can find another one. If you don’t like to see different people, just stay home.

I do like Wendy's for an occasional burger. I wanted to like this new shiny store and went in with my husband on 3 separate occasions since its Grand Opening. Here is what I found. 1. The first time we went thru Drive Thru, we got hot and juicy burgers (I got the Dave Single and my husband got The Baconator). The Burgers were wrapped neatly and all the condiments on the burger were there and the burgers were hot. They tasted very fresh. The french fries were well done, and we like them cooked that wy so we were happy. Two Thumbs up! The people on the microphone and servers were all very cheerful and nice. The 2nd time we drove thru, was a weeknight about 3 weeks later. We were in a hurry and opened our burgers to eat in the car as we drove away. BIG MISTAKE. I wish I could have given the burgers back as they were cold and not delicious tasting and the fries were limp and not cooked all the way thru. Big letdown. The 3rd and FINAL trip thru the drive thru at Wendy's in Manorville, as we decided every one has a bad day once in awhile, and again, a weeknight. My burger tasted so dry and tasteless, it didn't even taste like a burger. Now I am not expecting a world class meal here, I know what I am buying. But Wendy's always tasted better than the rest of these fast food joints and this burger was so bad, I couldn't eat it. Also not hot but lukewarm, ugh. I seriously thought I might get sick when I took that first bite. Not a nice feeling. The fries were good, and my husband said his burger was fine. All in all, I have decided not to return, at least for the summer. Maybe they need to work out some kinks in their new store. Maybe they need to learn how to make a hot and juicy hamburger as they advertise. Two Stars for now.

Messed up our food and took approximately one billion years to even take our order. For example I asked for a specific burger on the menu and he gave me an entirely different burger with extra cheese.

Payed, girl gave me my card back and closed the window, didn't talk at all, waited a long time for meal, got home and my son's hamburger wasn't in his kids meal, we drove back, picked it up, and there was cheese on it. I don't know how incompetent these people can be.

Spent $44 and in return we get terrible service, laughed at by employees and half the food we ordered. This place is the worst. They have 15 years Olds working without supervision and the wait time at drive through is super long, not because line is long but because they are sooooo slow.....this isnthe on wendys in America that does much less business than the McDonald's down next door....

Wendy's was my favorite fast food, but this location is horribly managed from the first day it opened. Staff is always super lazy and with attitude. No breakfast dine in, sometimes no breakfast in drive through and nobody has the courtesy to put a sign or come out to tell you along with everyone else waiting on line. Doors remain locked till 11:30 am. Food is never prepared properly, sloppily thrown together. Baconators are 1 slice of bacon cut in 6 pieces, chili has no meat, mostly greasy sauce, large fries always only filled halfway, asking for condiments is pulling teeth only getting 2 packs of ketchup for 4 burgers ... this list goes on. Its almost surreal. Maybe its a good thing, I find myself avoiding fast food now and eating much healthier and feeling better.

I went late at night, and asked for everything cooked to order. They disregarded what I said, and just gave my order. I checked my food and my nuggets and burger was cold. I went back to the window and said I asked for cooked to order and my meal is cold. They took my food and just heated it up. I handed it back and said I would like cook to order. He said well that’s going to take 4-5 min. I said okay that’s fine that’s why I asked for cooked to order. I go back to my house which is 3 min away the inside of my burger is red, my nuggets are undercooked, and my fries were undercooked. Would not go back at all.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s iv ever visited . This is the second time my very simple order was wrong , and the manager Krissy could simply not be bothered , and refused to let me contact the owner . Do yourself a favor I know it’s just fast food but don’t go out of your way to go here . They honesty do the very bare minimum and could care less about a customer . Waited OVER 15min with only one car before us. Ordered two sandwiches. One was made 100% incorrect. Had to have it remade and waited another 10min with absolutely no apology or compensation.

Don’t waste your time if you’re on your way to work. Got there at 8:01 this morning after waiting 16 minutes I still had no order. The reason I waited is because they told me all the bacon will be ready in about a minute can get the hash brown thing because I would take an extra three minutes I should’ve just left but now I’m heading to work wasted five dollars I’m a half hour late and I have one of the worst cups of coffee I’ve ever had in my hand. I should’ve justI should’ve just went to McDonald’s instead.

I recently visited the Wendy's in Manorville, NY, and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employees were not following proper sanitary practices. I observed them touching their faces, using their phones without gloves, and even saw one employee picking their nose. Hair was also flying around the food area, which was very concerning. Additionally, the restaurant had a sign advertising free Wi-Fi, but the staff informed me that they do not offer it. This place needs a serious overhaul in terms of hygiene and customer service. I will not be returning. It seems like nobody cares in there...

November 27th 9pm, went through drive through and ordered some food, I drive home 15min away, and I realize I’m missing my fries, so I go back and the manager on duty at this time was the most disrespectful person I have ever met, very rude and very aggressive person, was screaming at me she made the order and she did not give me the items I was missing. Service is always changing and poor, the teens they hire to work the front just make you wonder who's making the food then?! Old dry buns but I was charged for a sauce packet. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. When we came in today (7/31/22), the floors were absolutely filthy and sticky as if they washed the floors with soda. The poor teenager employees looked just as dead as the establishment and most likely do not have a manager/supervisor to keep things clean and safe. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken BLT, the dave’s single and some nuggets. The sandwiches were cold like they were left out for a while. In addition, the chicken nuggets were RAW and soggy as if someone chewed them and spat them out. We spent $30 bucks just to have disappointing and disgusting food. Corporate needs to get involved and give this place a makeover. Prices are going up and we deserve to get our money’s worth. We felt bad to throw away all this food but it was completely inedible. Do not go here unless you want to get food poisoning! I sadly forgot to take photos because we were completely disappointed just wanted to leave.
