Got my go-to, the Italian, and it was really good. The flavor was on point and I like my sub warm. The only thing I’d have to point out is that I barely got a pickle, I mean, a few tiny bites and it was gone. It didn’t last that I ate it all before I got to my second half. I wish that they’d cut all the pickles the same width because the one that I got was so thin that it was barely there, and I feel like it’s such an essential part of the flavor paired with the sandwich.

Management: The tea dispensers are unsanitary due to the length of the spout. I observed a woman getting a refill and the spout was touching the inside of her cup and liquid. This undoubtedly happens frequently throughout the day. You need to consider a different urn or elevate the existing urns so the spout does not enter the cup. Otherwise I like eating here.

Firehouse Subs in Mansfield is one of the best sandwich spots around. The food is always good, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I usually go for one of their Italian sandwiches, and it always hits the spot. One thing to note is that service can be a little slow at times, especially during peak hours, but the sandwiches are worth the wait. My only small gripe is that I don’t like pickles, and even when I ask for them to be left off, they still sneak in occasionally. Not a deal-breaker, just something to double-check if you have preferences. Overall, this is a solid go-to for a hot or cold sub, with great flavors and plenty of options. If you’re looking for a step up from basic chain sandwich shops, Firehouse is a great choice!

This sub sandwich was delicious!! The zesty tomato sauce, meatballs with pepperoni & cheese on garlic bread was yummy! It can be messy but it’s worth it. The service was better this time , I should have gotten the young ladies name but I didn’t.

Wish I could give more stars but only asked to take off the mayo and cheese on my sandwich and when I got home to eat it, it was just meat and bread. For as expensive as the sub is already and the fact that when you go to pay you’re asked to add a tip and to round up for a donation sheesh the sandwich should at least be correct!!! If I wanted to put my own mustard and toppings on it I would’ve eaten at home!! And saved money!! Lesson learned…ALWAYS check food before leaving! 😠

My family has been coming to this location for almost 3 years, but it has been a little while since I have been here. I'm not sure if Fire House Subs is struggling with the economy, so they need to cut back on meat with the subs... but my sandwich was looking really sad. I... was sad. This was my birthday sandwich, so I did not go back and talk to the manager. However, if this is how they are doing things at this location, I will have to move on to another location. If this is how FH is doing it store wise... I guess it's just time to move on. No one wants bread with their meat. This isn't Subway. About the service at this Mansfield location, the young lady who took my order was nice. There was a man with a buzz cut who was making the sandwiches. He looked miserable. They made the 2 people who came after me order, so I asked if they called my name, and maybe I just didn't hear it. He was looking for a ticket and didn't have one. He made me feel like he didn't believe me. The girl told him I ordered, and so I was digging out my receipt. I showed him my receipt, and I told him that it was supposed to be with crispy Bacon. He just shook his head. Then he put the bag on the counter. I asked if it was mine, and he shook his head yes. I asked if it had crispy Bacon bc he made the sandwich in probably 20 seconds. He shook his head yes again. I took my bag and left. The Bacon was not crispy, and the sandwich was miserable like him. The store was clean, and the employees seemed to get along.

This place is a rip off. 11.00 for a sandwich that is 2 oz of meat and 10 ounces of bread. I will never go back. I can a lot more food from many other restaurants for the same price. Hav some bread with you piece of cheese steak…

Just left the store and they redeemed my 12000 points and messed up at the register. They blamed it on the app and won't give me my food or any help. Their answer was call customer service.

Your team is eating while serving food. Cashier cannot come out from back wiping food off his face to take payment. That is against health code…. The reason of my complaint. Not one person said thank you or welcomed me in. Why should that matter, I’m general manager, I’ve been thanking guest all day to come in firehouse and get cold stares…why did I tip your team? Why are you prompting for tip if there is no added service or value? I know why, you do t pay your people.

Beware if you get any of the email deals they will not accept them or they don’t work at the Mansfield location. This has happened to me three times. This last time I at least got the guy working to call someone. I was then told I had to go to another location to get the email specials. I will say it was a little more friendly staff this time.
