Used the drive thru to get a couple orders of the 3-piece chicken strip and fries... they need to change the oil. The chicken strips tasted like fish. The service was prompt, courteous and friendly.

Terrible service. Employees are lazy and mess up orders. Couldn't even make a proper milkshake and couldn't add to my order because it "wasn't allowed".

This Jack-in-the-Box never fails to make me late. Every single time I have come here my order has either been messed up ,not cooked or it took way a breakfast fairly small. I am on a lunch break right now and I have sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes just to get to the drive-through answering machine For it to say system updating. So I pull around to just order at the front and I’m sitting another 20 minutes Before I can even get to the window. The line is wrapped around the building and their time management is unacceptable. I get to the window and I explained to them that their system was down and I couldn’t hear anybody on the answering machine. The lady proceeded to catch an attitude and say what would you like to order all I wanted was one small sandwich and then she asked me if I could go ahead and pull around to the front and I said no, Because I have already stayed in line for about 45 minutes. She said it would just be right out and it would only take two seconds. Then I’ve told her if it would only take two minutes why can’t I just wait here for my food if it’s gonna come out that quickly and run the chance of me, pulling around to the front and then forgetting that I’m even up there. she then copped an attitude again, and started mumbling something under her breath to her coworker. I do not know anyone’s names. But what I do know is, I have never had a happy experience at this Jack-in-the-Box. Do not go here unless you want to sit in the drive-through for an hour or have your food uncooked .

How could people serve food like this to others? Imagine that's your children or family eating this. JACK IN THE BOX THIS FOOD IS horrible , disgusting, the lettuce is nasty like y'all pull it out of a trash can. … the taco smell like an old oil and the fries we found multiple burn meat in it . Like seriously. Just the entire food is disgusted 🤮.

My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered a 6-piece French toast. While waiting, he noticed a worker in a red shirt making milkshakes who kept staring at him in an unsettling way. When it came time to pay, he was charged $23.54—which made no sense for a French toast order. The worker then came to the window and informed him that he had been charged for the car behind us—her mother’s order, which included 5 milkshakes. She said she would pay him back in cash. This is completely unprofessional and suspicious. My husband asked for a refund and was initially refused. Only after pointing out that this situation amounted to theft did they agree to issue a refund. They gave him the refund receipt and sent him on his way—without ever charging him for his actual French toast. This incident was extremely concerning. It appears that employees at this location may be misusing customers’ card information or intentionally charging people for others’ orders. We’re left wondering how many others have been taken advantage of in this way. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be thoroughly investigated. Customers should feel safe using their cards and trusting staff—not being tricked into paying for someone else’s food.

The service today 1/13/2025 was the worse service I've EVER seen in a fast food restaurant it took 30 minutes for FAST food and in that 30 minutes I seen every single order of at least 7 in a row get wrong. People were coming back in upset with getting the wrong order. I asked for no Bacon and as you see in the pictures I got bacon. Standing at the register for 3-5 minutes the register lady just stood there doing nothing. I had to ask her to help me. At least 5 visible employees but so mismanaged and chaotic with so very many orders wrong. I had to correct the manager on trying to give my order to the wrong person. The place was also filthy as the floors, most the tables, around the drink machine and the windows coming in the entrance absolutely filthy. It was all just not good. Even outside the restaurant was dirty and garbage everywhere. I'm surprised as bad as it was that corporate allows this location to keep their franchisee rights. A regional manager should come watch todays morning video from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and explain how ANYTHING they watch is good.

his was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant in my life. Unfortunately, due to a complete breakdown in ownership,management, middle management, and at the employee level, this location was completely unable to service customers in a reasonable amount of time, or accuracy. None of the employees that were visible to me were wearing hairnets or gloves. No apology was given or even a general acknowledgment of the breakdown in operations. What a complete and total failure.

Worst jack in the box I've ever been to. An order before me got a burger without meat. Just 2 slices of bread. Waited 20 min to order and the order was completely wrong. Should get my money back. Do not waste your time or money at this location.. everybody in the lobby is upset with their order.. ordered my burger dry and this is what I got for a sourdough jack at 10$. Was.clear.i just didn't want mayo. Ridiculous....

The salad, the greens looked okay, the meat, not so much, it’s still frozen!! I tried to take different angles with flash, u see the crystals of ice on the chicken ! Tried calling, NO ANSWER, kept saying they were FOWARDING me to voicemail, tried to leave a voicemail, ITS FULL!!! SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AND HAS CLUELESS people working there.

Out of eggrolls for starters! Asked for tacos well done no sauce. I get these raw undercooked GREASY tacos with sauce and no lettuce!!! Called multiple times and they won't answer the phone! Just lazy & disgusting! All other food was under cooked as well! Yall have ONE JOB! EPIC FAIL!!! NEED A REFUND ASAP

This has to be the worst jack in the box in Texas, food always come out trash though the drive through, food always half cooked or half made. I ordered what was supposed to be a new bacon ultimate sourdough and it almost looked plain and dry, and also I ordered some of the new loaded wedges and I got some uncooked wedges with a dollop of cheese and bacon in the corner

This place is disgusting!! These pictures were taken last night and the night before. Both times I had to wait at least 20 minutes get the delivery that I was there to pick up. Not to mention the employees, they're all just standing around, cooking one thing at a time, no desire to help each or any customers coming in. Then get upset when the customers are upset. They're the rudest people...Not sure where they found this group of employees from but they sure make Manvel look really bad...Do better Jack in the Box!!
