Could have caused us an allergic reaction being careless. Ordered a couple of cokes my way. One with coconut and one without. Neither were labeled. To make it easier one was regular coke and one was coke zero so even marking the drink diet would have helped. I let the young guy know that I couldn't tell which one has coconut and my friend was allergic so itw as important. He made a guess (which ended up being wrong) I decided not to give the drink to my friend and tried it. The one he said had no coconut was the one with coconut. He needs to be trained in the importance of food allergies.

Service is always slow and difficult. Servers are rude, none of the stalls ever work. Dont even try to do an online order, you'll wait 30 minutes and get cold food.

I’ve visited this Sonic several times, and the service is consistently slow. Even when orders are ready, they often take a long time to be delivered. I’ve had slushies take over 30 minutes to arrive, and by then they were completely melted. Today was the final straw — mobile ordering wasn’t working, and when I asked if my online coupon could still be honored, the manager left me waiting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes while helping other cars behind me. Some of the employees are friendly and try their best, but this location is very poorly managed. I don’t recommend it, which is disappointing since my family really enjoys Sonic slushes.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. It took over 15 minutes to fulfill a mobile drink order, the employees were just sitting around, and didn’t even know where to deliver the order once it was ready. There weren’t more than four cars at the location, so they can’t blame it on being “busy” either. I’d be horrified if I were the manager, district manager, or other leader of this location.

Drinks never taste good from here. Server with tattoos on her hand was on a long phone call cussing at somebody, I could hear the entire conversation. Took forever to run my card.

Horrible service! We spent over 30 min ordering our food and waiting for it to be brought out. Would’ve kept waiting if we hadn’t asked someone about our order. Finally got our food and ended up being all wrong. Ordered footlong coney and got it with NOTHING on it. Plain hotdog.

This location has the slowest service. I come here just to get a drink occasionally, I’ll be the only customer and it takes 5-7 minutes just for a Coke. Also, I don’t know if it’s the gas station next door or the sonic itself, but there is always a strong urine odor in the air. Smells like cat urine very strongly.

This location used to be amazing! The last few times I went my order was messed up horrendously. At one point my husband was pulled in a stall and was brought the food 3 different times as the order was messed up numerous times. He spent a total of 40 minutes due to their mess ups. The second time it was brought out the car hop told him our order was going to be refunded and on them for the inconvenience. As the food was brought out to us for the third time by a different car hop he asked her about the refund and she giggled and said “no sir, nobody here would say that!” He of course told her her whom told him that and was then given two free slushee chips and the correct food and proceeded with our food furious and decided to never go again! Today my kids were begging me for a corn dog whacky pack from sonic and as much as I didn’t want to spend my money at this location I went to make them happy since we live right down the road, I truly wish I could’ve put a good review and turned an awful experience into a good one but we got another awful experience I didn’t want to go to another place to order food so I ordered the breakfast burrito with tots and I promise I have never seen such a small amount of egg on a breakfast burrito and I ordered 4 of these for the whole family and all of them looked like the picture I’ve uploaded here. Since my last ordeal was not handled to well by the actual location I will be reaching out to corporate since it is inevitable that my children from time to time will want sonic and I will now have to make a 30 minute drive to avoid this location as they are ripping people off by not measuring the food properly, not handling the food properly as no one was wearing gloves when prepping the food. The customer service is absolutely not like it used to be, they are rude and treat customers with complete disrespect!

Driving up you see a couple of broken ordering booths with chairs blocking cars from pulling in those spots. We pulled in one that was not blocked, but it did not work; the order take could not hear us, but kept trying. We finally pulled out of that slot and went through the drivethrough. We ordered and they did not give us the correct drinks, they switched them out and gave us our food. My husband's food was cold and was edible, but not hot and fresh. My food was less impressive. I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich and chili cheese tator tots. The tots were good, but the sandwich was horrible. It was also cold and the chicken fried steak was almost beef jerky quality.
