The food is awesome the steak I think is the best whatever you order with it I tried the Carnitas it was good as well been here several times service and people are respectful

I absolutely love their food, their roasted jalapeños are perfect (I’m a big fan of roasted jalapeños) and everything else there has been absolutely wonderful.!!! Great service, clean restrooms and restaurant.!!!!

The food was delicious. I ordered 1 large asada taco, 1 large pastor taco and 1 shrimp taco from inside the counter. The food came out really quick. The portions are pretty big. The staff was very friendly and helpful they also have 24 hour drive thru. They accept cash and credit card.

I visited the drive thru. Best street tacos I've had in a while. I got 4, one of each meat, carne asada, carnitas, pollo asado and marinated pork. They were all my favorite. I also asked to add cheese and they didn't disappoint. I will definitely be back!

Classic Mexican food place, but their drive-thru is open 24 hours which is pretty awesome. I visited at around 3:45 a.m. and the grill is down for cleaning unfortunately which might be an everyday occurrence like most restaurants. I'm sad I didn't get to try their breakfast options but hey, their menu is pretty damn big! Pretty fair prices, pretty quick work, polite workers, what more do you need?

Ordered the number 24 breakfast burrito for the whole family. When going to soccer around the corner. We were all super happy with how everything tasted! The burritos are pretty sizable as well so no one went hungry.

We couldn't believe this place was open 24 hours until we were greeted by 2 late night workers. They both were friendly and very helpful. Gladly they took our order and the food was very fresh and delicious. The breakfast burritos at 4:30 AM really hit the spot and the salsa is just superb to add to the mix. Highly recommend. This place is delicious. The super burrito with carnitas is excellent. Loaded with carnitas. And the chips and salsa are excellent as well. Highly recommend! I can’t speak to the atmosphere because I always get to go (going between the Bay and Tahoe) but food and service are usually outstanding.

I work around here so I like to sometimes get a breakfast burrito or a burrito for lunch if I need it. Staff is friendly food's always fresh and good and they're pretty quick too. Highly recommend this place

This place is great. I love a chimichanga, but not a soggy one. They put all the fixing on the side for me. Their food is fresh. I can tell they hand shredd the lettuce, no bagged lettuce.

I found this place cause I was stuck across the street waiting for Donner's past to open. I had dinner there three nights in a row lol and it was awesome. The nachos are the best I've had in a long time. The birria tacos and burrito were great but was still hooked on a nachos. Will make sure to stop again when going through Sacramento.

1st time eating here since it opened. Dine in on a Sunday afternoon, not busy at all. Food was good. Service was great. We had carnitas tortas, carnitas plate, pozole and chicken enchiladas. I think the portions were good and meat wasn't dry also had churro ice cream and churros, both also yummy. Will come back and try other dishes. I gave 5 stars for good food, great service and portions.

24 Hour drive thru local Mexican food. I tried the fish burrito, with deep fried fish, tartar sauce, cabbage, no rice and no beans. Think I would stick with a rice and beans burrito next time. Didn't like cabbage in my burrito. Now if they can give me a rice and beans fish taco that's not deep fried, maybe grilled fish, that would be a something I could try, but it's just a suggestion.

Quality is still good but quantity has gone down very much with inflation unfortunately. I ordered the spicy shrimp plate which was tasty but had very little shrimp.

Food is really good. They remember their customers and take care of them. Good prices for good food. Honestly this, dona chuyita are the best Mexican restaurants in west sac.

This place has the best breakfast burritos in west sac hands down. We come here weekly for a good breakfast burrito and we are never disappointed. They are sooo filling. I've had their menudo and it is meh. We haven't really tried anything else on their menu but I'm sure whatever else they make is going to be bomb minus the menudo. Highly recommend!

Good food and made to order . But they have definitely gotten sloppy. Finding large stems in my food and either a pound of onions or five pieces.

I like this place. I work until midnight and later and I like that this place is open that late, the women that work there are very friendly and the food is good. I would have gave them a 5 but I bought crispy beef tacos for my Oldman and he said they were hard. I always get super burritos and I haven't been disappointed yet!

Really good California Burrito! My only complaint is that the fillings weren't mixed very well; about half the burrito was just steak, but the other half that had the steak, potatoes, cheese and pico was 🔥🔥🔥. Nice customer service. And the drive thru makes for a quick stop. Highly recommend!

Food was great - lots of meat in the tacos. Adobada was really good - Asada was a little dry. I thought the tacos were only $1 and asked at the speaker in the drive thru and she said "yes" and so I asked for 3 tacos - when I got to the window she told me the total was $6 and found out they were $1.99 each. I had to wait 15 minutes at the window for my 3 tacos - I'll go back but not when I'm in a rush lol

I've been there a few times, had several types of tacos and they've always had pretty good flavor. Better than other places near by

My son and I tried El Rancheros Mexican drive thru restaurant 5/8/21. I ordered a chicken mexi-bowl, my son ordered a carne asada burrito. We agreed the food is very good. I recommend giving El Rancheros a try. The drive thru menu has something for everyone.

Got a burrito around midnight. The food hit the spot for being open but the rice was hard in some bites. They did redeem it with salsa in the bag.

When I first came here the food was delicious but the last 2 times was highly disappointing. They must of got a new cook because the food does not taste the same as it did before. My grilled chicken quesadilla was bland and overloaded with cheese. The chicken had no flavor or seasoning and it was greasy as hell. What happened guys? Lost your passion for cooking orrrr👀

Food is mostly good. But I often get food about 2am because I work dirst shift. So the hit and miss might be the hours. But they are open 24hrs so it should be good every time.

First time I ordered fries with dipping cheese it was a great order this was during lunch time females working. The second time I ordered the fries were completely different short stubby fries big cup of cheese omg. Cost me over $10 dollars. The afternoon I went was $7 hummm. This was late the guys didn't understand a thing I was saying . I had to repeat myself 3 times and pay more .

Generally the food is good but for some reason today my order was wrong, the quesadilla we got was for my grandsons was supposed to be just chicken and cheese no sauce of any kind but there was hot sauce. Had to go somewhere else to get them food. Our chili rellanos burritos still had the stems on which has never happened before today, asked for pico and chips only got the chips!! When at the window she asked what kind of burritos we ordered so maybe it was a communication era. We will still keep going because we love the food. Next time I will check the food before I leave.

I really wish I could give them 5 stars. Their food is a five most of the time. Meat is flavorful and they are not stingy. However, they never give consumé with their birria and I find that irritating. The reason for the three stars is because their customer service is atrocious! The girls at the window never said hello, never say thank you or you’re welcome, and always have an attitude when you ask for anything.

Place was empty, but clean. No chips and salsa bar, staff was stingy with salsa packs. Food was not great but not bad, see no reason to make a second trip.

We did drive-thru at around 10pm. No line. But the servant got our order wrong. So 1 stars for the service. The food is not too bad. Carne asada fries was decent. Burrito combo was not good. Lengua doesn’t taste good for me.

We've ordered tortas here for half a year. And today the torta we just had fell short than what we're used to. We ask for it with everything on them but they didn't add sour cream or even mayo. The taste just wasn't as good as before. I hope it won't be a reoccurring thing. We like eating here.

I used to recommend this place and go often myself. Not anymore. Yesterday I was served COLD food. The time before that my entire bag of food reeked of cheap men’s cologne. You would hope someone working in a restaurant would know NOT to wear a nauseating amount of cologne to work. But these people just don’t get it…. This place stopped caring, so they can stop receiving my money and tips for bad food and poor service.

I have to say I've been here twice and probably won't be back. The idea that a chile relleno plate with rice/beans plus a Jarritos is $24 was off-putting to say the least. Not even free chips at the salsa bar. And this is an order-at-the-register place, with a fast food atmosphere. There are much better places, and quite nearby.

Super nasty! The only good thing was the flan ice cream. Got a bean a cheese burrito. Beans were so watery that they tasted rancid , my pico de gallo on the tacos was not fresh.. 37 bucks down the drain! Unfortunately Taco Bell is not to compare too but tastes better

Just got back from there, got home and open up the 4 burritos. Everyone took a few bite and noticed how salty the carne asada meat was. Very salty that it was hard to intake. What a waste of money. I give the burritos 1 star out of 5 stars.

I hate giving these type of review's however I'm not impressed with the food. The chicken was way salty but the thing which got me sitting there is the baby roach walking on the half wall beside me. I was like damn, I couldn't eat the food. I got up and left.

This not a comment on their food, their food is good. This is on their service early mornings around 2am to 3am.... So their drive thru is supposed to be open 24hrs. I went there yesterday morning just after 3am to get something to eat. The guy on the intercom says "Sorry, our grill is currently closed for cleaning." I think to myself, ok next time come earlier cause that's the time they clean the grill. Today I go there just after 2:30am. The guy on intercom again says "Sorry, our.." I drive off before he can even finish his sentence. Apparently their grill is closed around this time in the morning I guess. I go quickly to the 7-Eleven across the street to get something else instead. About five minutes later when I drove back past their restaurant, there was car a their drive-thru window. I know it's early in the morning, but maybe they should get a sign or something saying they're closed at a certain time to clean their grill

DO NOT GO HERE! Place is disgusting. A lady that helped me had purple hickies all over her whole neck! It was disgusting. Horrible attitude. None of them of personality and are very rude. I’ve been here twice. I won’t be returning after this time. They did my order wrong and then want to argue with me. Food is alright. Horrible service.

i’m sure it doesn’t happen a lot but i ordered a breakfast burrito from this place and they put uncooked bacon in my burrito. i didn't think anything of it until the next day i woke up with food poisoning and a fever. i would never eat at this place again

Their food is always fresh and hot. Stays hot for a while too. But i have started to notice that the employee are very rude and arrogant. Specially towards non Hispanics. Lady at the counter took order like she just wanted me out of there. Smaked the food on the counter. No hot sauce. When I asked the other guy, and told him that's kind of rude. He called me PINCHE. And then they all started laughing. When I asked why he said that and they all forgot how to speak English and started saying more things in their language and kept laughing. They don't need my business. They have plenty of other customers.

I use to come to this establishment all the time. I spent so much money supporting this establishment over the years. Lately I’m not sure if they got new employees and cooks but my order the last few times have been incorrect and my food has been lacking the quantity of the meat on the tacos by giving little to barely anything but lots of lettuce. The drive thru worker should pay attention to the order instead of putting anything for your order. The times I come there is no line so where they drop the ball is not understandable to me. And I also tip as well it’s time for me to find another quick 24 hr spot to eat at after I get off of work late nights. Very disappointed and I have tried calling and no answer on the telephones.

If I could give a negative review for poor customer service. I would! Food is good, service sucks! Went to this restaurant today through the drive through ordered $54 worth the food (they handed me a tied up bag which seemed good) I got all the way home and they forgot one of my meals. Okay, I understand things happen. I called them up and said Hey, you forgot my Taco plate order. Their response...Oh, yeah, that's okay, do you want a refund? Yes, I want to refund. Okay, whenndonyoubwant to come get it...Excuse me, I have to drive all my back to your restaurant To get my refund? Yeah, sorry you have to drive all the way back over here to get the refund. So I go thinking you know, Maybe they'll give me the tacos for me having to drive all the way back over here And refund me my money. The little girl at the register didn't even apologize. Just went into the register and gave me my money. Handed it to me and didn't say sorry. Didn't say anything😡 how rude? You mess up my order and you don't apologize. I have to drive all the way back over to get a refund. And this is how you treat people???? Terrible service. I will never go back again. Sad, I'm sure she's not the owner and I feel bad for the ownership that their employees don't value the customers time,money and future patronage.

Update. We have been coming here for a year now and as time has gone on the food quality has changed. Along with the portion size yet the prices seem to have increased. The street tacos have almost no meat and the taco salad seems to be using the smallest tortilla. I thought it was just a bad day and gave it another chance but I was wrong and got even smaller portions this time around. Not worth the price with all yhw other fantastic Mexican restaurants in West Sac. First time here and it was fantastic! Food and staff are amazing! New favorite Mexican restaurant.

Let me start by saying I looked at the pictures online and the food looked delicious, unfortunately it was quite the opposite.I ordered a $15 super burrito It was super cold and they evidently used canned beans as well as bagged guacamole very disappointing . Not even close to real Mexican food I did forget to mention the meat was extremely rubbery and bland. I would recommend chandos tacos . I will never recommend or go back there ever again save your time and money .

Food is bomb during the dam day but I swear you come at night and ask for your fries crispy or ask for your burrito to be grilled they say yes and dont. Lazy workers at night, no wonder why california burrito is popping probably because the workers are willing to work!

I would never write review, but this is the second time this place is giving me stale food, I love Mexican food and I have been in most of the taquerias, I know the taste of fresh and stale food, I hope they read this review and work on there customer service. Plus they over charged me $17,49 for one regular burrito, later that day I even felt sick.

Burrito had hamburger meat and I ordered steak and had no seasoning and the cheese wasn't even melted. My quesabirria tacos cheese was burnt and no consame juice. Missing my flan too. Overall wouldn't recommend this place and for $60 the quality is horrible. First and last time we order here.

I ordered the shrimp fajitas about a week ago. Only the sides were edible. The shrimp weren't deveined at all. It was disgusting. I had to pick all the shrimp out and eat the sides instead of my entree. Very disappointed and grossed out :( Pic is of me attempting to devein the shrimp. What a waste.
