Loved everything about Ruth's Chris Marina Del Rey location. Went for my 5-year anniversary. We reserved a private room. The food was a-mazing! The drinks were🔥Service was top notch and they decorated the room beautifully. Cowboy steak, Ribeye, stuffed chicken, Lobster Mac, sweet potato crumble, mashed potatoes, Cesar salad and cream spinach were the dishes we all devoured! There was not one thing that wasn't completely delicious. Can't wait to go back. Definitely worth every dollar we spent.

This was my first dinner in the States and I had an authentic American steak for the first time! The Filet steak was so tender and had a top-notch flavor! My server Martin was very friendly and patient. He always cared about me with a handsome smile! Thank you for your recommendation! Everything was amazing! Would definitely come back again!

Listen here if I could give them 10 Stars 🤩 I would. From the time I stepped in this restaurant I was greeted very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes yes that's what I said and the dodgers were playing. I started off with appetizers and warm butter bread and a cocktail 🍹 which was delicious. I ordered lamb chops and when I tell you they were perfectly cooked nice and thick seasoned to the bone. I had a loaded baked potato which was fresh and delicious with all the fixings. I had a sweet potato 🍠 casserole yummy the food was great a must try if you haven't. Now to the customer service when tell you everyone had a smile and eager to help making sure I didn't want for anything I felt like I was at a family get together that's how I felt I was very comfortable relaxed I couldn't stop smiling 😊 the Manager checked in and I told him how over joyed I felt with all the staff I didn't want to leave lol 😆 I felt just that 🤗 welcomed. I thought I was with family and I have never felt this way. They helped me bag up my leftover's I just love how the staff take pride in what they do it definitely shows I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone I know without thinking twice about it. I will definitely be going back here. And I was told the have a long beach location and I sure hope its as good as this one in Marina Del Rey 😁❤️ I'm hooked and the prices are very affordable and they give you good portion sizes.

I enjoyed a complimentary dinner here for a retirement investment seminar. It's a nice restaurant with very friendly staff. Although it took a long time to get our food due to the meeting My steak still came out cooked very medium maybe even a little medium rare which is better than overcooked! The mashed potatoes were good the creamed spinach was a little bit too mushy and buttery for me. The cheesecake dessert was amazing! I would recommend this place for a good meal and a good time.

My husband and I dined here for the very first time during happy hour. We were able to seat ourselves right away and although having to wait 10 minutes for the servers to arrive, when they did, it was a pleasant interaction. We were given great recommendations and the overall experience was nice. I also experienced an issue with my food and the staff went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. We came in for a drink and were seated at a table in the bar area. The service was very good. Joseph (server), Dustin (mgr), and Neil who took us to our table, providded excellent service. The happy hour menu is very limited. The fries were very tasty and sliders were good, however I was charged $16 for a beer (that's alot!). Lastly, the element at the bar was raunchy and loud. I remember when people dressed well to eat at Ruth's Chris. The majority of the people were in sweat attire and t-shirts. We will not be returning 😒.

Restaurant was great, service was impecable and the atmosphere was nice aswell but the food was average, it's not right for the price when certain items on the menu have no flavor and or taste extremely fatty, the sea bass tasted fatty and oily no flavor and was mediocre as it could get, the classic filet was was tender but also lacked flavor and tasted like blood and water, their ribeye steak also tender but taste was identical as the classic filet. Overall not a bad restaurant but the quality and taste of the food does not match the restaurants reputation, probably will never dine here again.

I travel a lot and, looking for a good place to eat, I found Ruth's Chris Steak House. Initially, I was surprised that despite the place being almost empty (it was shortly after opening time), I had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The waitress was nice and helpful, but it turned out that you can't split the bill (I was with a friend), only halve the cost. I understand the problem with a larger group, but with two people, it's not common. As for the food, it was good, but I expected more from the steak – it was supposed to be medium, but it was between medium and medium rare.

The SERVICE from Shane was amazing. But the Manager Neil or whatever his name was and the other server Evan were the worst we have ever experienced at this location. Even took orders then didn't return to check on the table when he did return it was like he didn't want to speak to us. The manager was asked for several times and he never showed up to our table. We noticed he looked in the room and walked away. Upon leaving a guest from my pasty attempted to speak with him and he told us he was "Too busy helping other guest" as if our business was not good enough for him to tend to. Very condescending, and monotone. A pasty of 14 so you can imagine the amount of money spent. We can definitely take our business elsewhere.

Waste of time and money. I was suggested this place by many people I work with so I attended for my birthday. It's a very large dinning area with massive tables and controlled ac if you ask. I was excited to try the lobster Mac n cheese, and it's exactly as all the reviews say it's watery, no flavor and the type of pasta they used is cheap. Must be brought by a major food carrier that is limiting choices everywhere. Our waitress, had offered us extra bread halfway through but it never came. The porterhouse was good, but not great. "You will not be disappointed" was our waitress catchphrase, she had suggested the bread pudding as dessert. It lacked flavor and had chocolate written " happy anniversary " instead of happy birthday which disappointed me. No staff gathered to sing happy birthday either, any other restaurant would have done so. Throughout the entire service the waitress did not speak to me only my partner. Once the bill came out waitresses decided to sign her name which I did not appreciate. Overall should have spent the money at kbbq to get moneys worth of time and food portion.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Ruth’s Chris. We’re there frequently for birthdays, anniversaries and otherwise special occasions. Our service was so poor. The waitress was exceptionally slow to acknowledge and take our order. We orders appetizers and cocktails that came at the same time as our meal. Our meal was so delayed and the wait staff did a poor job checking on our table in between the time from order to food placement. My mom asked for more bread for our table of 7 and the waitress said they don’t typically bring more than 2 for the table which was a lie and offended my mother badly. She didn’t bring my dad’s salad appetizer until he asked for it after receiving his steak. My dad ordered Jack neat, she brought Jack and Coke. My steak was twice cooked to the incorrect temperature so I just didn’t bother eating it. Cherry on top? It was my birthday and despite the confetti on the table, no song, no cake. 🙃. When I shared feedback with the front desk, the host apologized and agreed service was slow THEN said large parties splitting checks throws off waiters. We paid with one credit card. Why’d she assume we split the check??? Very poor experience and sharp decline in the quality experience I’d known to be true at this location.
