It was ok, the burger lacked seasoning, but my fries were nice and crispy (not burned). The jalapeno peppers were coated in a Panko bread crumb which actually made the. A little hard to eat. The staff was super friendly though

I asked if you need a key to the bathroom and the girl behind the counter snapped at me “I’m busy.” At that moment someone brought the key back and threw it on the counter. “”There’s the key “ she snapped again. I picked up the key and went to the bathroom. When I came back I waited for my order. I noticed she wasn’t busy anymore. I noticed her name tag said Angie, manager. So I told her that her actions were rude and not good for customer relations. “You should never tell a customer that you’re busy.” She replied “why can’t you wait your turn.” No apology, just gave me my order, so I took my order and sat down. I ate my lunch and left, thinking I will never come back to Marina JIB.

Ordered online munchies meal. Got the double jack, 2 tacos, onion rings and shake. Open the box when I get home. They didn't forget anything they just literally gave me 4 small onion rings and half a fry that I didnt order. So they understood that I had ordered onion rings and then literally decided to give me 4 onion rings not even in a container. Don't know the right word to describe a person that would do that. Can't say they deserve minimum wage because they make more now. So the excuse is?

Absolutely terrible. By far the worse burger I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish it. If you want to punish someone take them here for dinner. Perfect place for a breakup.

Says open 24 hours. I arrived at 4am, was told they are closed for 10 minutes. Ok, that's fine, i'll wait. Then I was asked to leave. Seriously, i'm willing to wait 10 minutesfor a 24 hour store to reopen, not a problem, because of whatever they are doing that has them 'closed' but then they don't want anyone waiting.. seems like the '10 minutes' maybe was not truthful and they actually just are not working the late night hours but still getting paid. Reminded me of a 24 hr McDonald's i was at once where.."we aren't open unless you are paying cash and everything is $5 or $10, no change. " To bad as I've frequented this location at this time of night fairly often given my work schedule. Hopefully management will see this and address.

TLDR; employees blocked us off from ordering when we were next in line and gave my family a nasty attitude. My experience was horrible. My family and I arrived on Christmas Eve at 8:50 pm when the drive thru was open. There were other people behind us in line also waiting; two were doordash drivers and one had an online order. A little past 9, we were close to ordering when they put cones in front of our car to block us off from ordering. Their hours for today were 6 am-10 am. I understand it’s Christmas and people want to go home, but if you have certain hours posted, stick to them or update them. In addition to this, the youngest needed to use the restroom. We asked if we could use their restroom at the pick up window and they said they’d check. They sent us to the front where we saw their hours. As we waited, one of the employees came up to the door and posted a sign directing us to a different location. They essentially gave us false hope. After looking for a restroom for 30 minutes, we went up the the window again. This time, a different employee allowed us in to use their restroom. She was really kind to us. When we actually got in through the back, one of the employees gave us a nasty attitude for going in even after telling him one of the other employees allowed us in. I do not recommend coming to this Jack in the Box.

To begin my food was good.,Walked in ..Mini Loaded Mini tacos for lunch.They were great⭐️➰7 What caught my Attention was this Handicapped motorized scooter being serviced via the drive through..while I’m all for customer service I see this as a very dangerous practice... One time getting my food at a drive thru my vehicle was hit from behind when persons in back of me stepped on gas instead of brake.’ ⭐️I did see this person come from the front door area as I arrived.only to go to the drive through..Only thing I could think of was this particular customer could not get inside to be waited on...Time to rethink keeping customer service safe practice.
