They had a guy in the drive thru taking orders and they brought back the double decker tacos. I was happy!

I was ten cars deep in the drive thru and thought it was going to take awhile getting my order and food. However I was already committed in line. Surprisingly it moved quickly and when I pulled up to the window I could see why. Mr. Omar the young man who was working the window had urgency and purpose. Great Job! Mr. Omar you will be doing greater things beyond Taco Bell with those work ethics.

This location is my favorite location to order dinner from, the staff is always friendly, my order is correct and ready very quickly. I do try to always place my order via the TacoBell app because we have a complex order(most items customized to be vegetarian) and don't want to hold up the line and that process is very convenient.

For fast food this location is above average. Always friendly staff and they never mix up my order. I love the happy employees that great me and seem to like their jobs.

This place is hopping at the drivethru. Soft tacos are cheap and good - for enhanced flavor choose beef over chicken, and no lettuce. Also they have the cheddar chalupa, and the people I was with really like that one. Happy eating

stopped by for a quick meal, the drive thru was slightly different.. probably not permanent, but they actually had an employee take your order in person with a cool wireless box and I was able to tap to pay right there. I liked it. and yes they had a mask on lol

Fast service, fair pricing, tasty food, had the double beefy cheesy burrito, and the chicken enchilada burrito both of which were extremely tasty and satisfying. The facility was clean, remodeled had a good swag, the staff were friendly. In fact I ordered four burritos the only gave me two when I looked in the bag and realized a mistake I asked them what happened, they recognized the error and very quickly made two and I was on my way come over all a very good experience come with this Taco Bell is on it.

It's taco bell. The drive-thru has great fountain drinks, but the self serve fountain drinks inside don't seem to have the right syrup to soda ratio.

Good is always good. Specials on the app are great. They seem to have technology issues more often than any other place I go though.

It's the only Taco Bell on the Monterey Peninsula. There is one other slightly north in the town of Marina. The restaurant is in a run down part of Seaside so it can be a bit sketchy depending on the time of day you go through the drive through. I would say the employees are polite and they keep the line moving.

Very nice food, with great fast service. The only thing we didn't really like about this particular location, is the restrooms. In order for you to have access to the restrooms, the personal must press a button to open it up, but there was no body over there at the counter, so my girls were standing over there for so long until someone came out and opened to them. That's very inconvenient, when you have and emergency and need to use the restroom quickly.

Secret be told, I am addicted to Taco Bell. Always have, ever since I was a wee lad. This is my goto location. Always get my orders correct and mostly have smiles on the team members faces. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, higher turnover of employees. TB please pay these folks some good money, I'll pitch in and buy more tacos if you can get good ppl and pay them handsomely. Only three parking spots are available. Probably all taken up by employees. So consider this a drive thru only location. I suppose if they had mobile ordering (didn't check) we could have ran inside. Otherwise fix was as ordered.

They never mess an order up. Even when the drive thru line wraps around the building I still get my food within 5 minutes. Had to drop down the stars. Zero parking. They have stopped giving napkins, maybe? Food is still awesome though.

For a taco bell it was all fine enough. The layout of the parking lot is laughably bad. I've been going here for years and I'd say they are pretty slow for a taco bell. The employees all seem to hate their jobs, though don't do a terrible job of anything exactly - just kind of slow. My guess would be that the management are jerks to them, but who knows.

The food is usually pretty good (I have had a messed up quesadilla now and then) but every single time I've gone here I ask for FIRE sauce, very specifically, and they always give me the wrong sauce.

Service is good and the food is exactly as Taco bell makes. The one issue this store has is the formation of the drive thru and parking lot. This is not anyone's fault except for the person who originally designed the store.

The food is pretty normal for taco bell, but this location will definitely add a bunch of tomatoes when you ask for "no tomato" they also add green chili sauce to the bean burritos which is weird and wasn't requested.

The drive thru line was 8 cars deep so I went inside but it took 45 min to get my food. The restroom was Clean and the employees kept givng me the Evil eye when they were the ones hella slow with my cinnamon twisties

The parking area is not good!! Once you drive into the parking area you would have to wait if you change your mind because the drive through is blocking your exit!! The food was good! It would be best to park at the Dollar Tree and walk over!!

Only 3 regular, 1 HC parking spaces and they e it through the drive thru lane, which is usually 6-10 cars deep so do not cone here if you are in any kind of a hurry. Friendly staff and predictable TB food.

Taco Bell is always good just didn't like that they don't do separate orders when going through drive thru and then their parking is horrible. There cant be a line in the drive thru because then the cars are stuck and cant get out from their parking spaces.

The place is really small. Don't plan on parking and wanting to leave anytime soon either. During my lunch hour it took me 15 minutes to leave the parking lot sir to how small the parking lot is. Food was at least decent. They did get my order wrong, and it did take 10 minutes for them to get it right. If you have time to kill and don't mind a cramped place, go eat here.

It's just ok. They don't make an effort to make sure the orders are accurate. So many times we were mad driving home only to find a part of the order or napkins or straws missing

Never had a problem with my order. Food is always consistent, yummy. It always seems to take forever. 20 minutes in the drive through is a little much. Don't park and go in. If there is a line for the drive through, always, you will be stuck unless someone let's you out.

Food is consistently good and up to par for taco bell - wherever that is. One thing about this specific location is that it only has a single lane for drive thru and all other traffic at certain points. So, once you drive in, you're not getting out until you progress at least to the drive thru menu/ordering screen - and there's usually a long line.

Food was good for a taco bell, but not super hot...also, I used drive through to purchase my meal and it was super busy and they didn't have enough staff...it took forever to move up in the line of cars and even after I ordered it still took 20 min. to get to the check-out window to pay and get my meal. Basically, they need to be better staffed at that time of the evening. Other than that, the food was good.

Can't really say much here. Typical Taco Bell...that at times is really good and 9ther times rather poor. The food quality, like most massive food chains is fairly consistent, taste wise...but like all of these types of places...the quality falls squarely on the crews working there. Sometimes the food is put together with care and produces something which can look nearly as good as the menu pictures. Other times, the food is hastily and uncaringly assembled and barely resembles anything intentionally created for sale. This all points toward the leadership of each restaurant and how the Manager, Supervisor...or even Shift Lead works their shift to help motivate and hold crew members to standards. Anyway, this particular Taco Bell seems to have their best leadership during the lunch time. Each time I've been there during lunch...I receive HOT food, put together well and looks and tastes like the menu items. Further, they nearly never make mistakes on the order...which being an old time Taco Bell consumer means I special order many items to recreate items no longer on the daily menu. This store...during the mid day shift...does a great job. The rest of the time...its a bit hit or miss.

It is what it is. Sometimes you have a craving for Taco Bell. My only complaint is that we have gotten the meal boxes before, ordering them in advance on the app, and they just seem to mix and match the food randomly into each box. It makes it time-consuming to see if you have everything and that's annoying. Otherwise, the service is usually pleasant and fast

The food is always very good and delicious just like taco bell food should be. However, the wait to get the food , especially in the drive thru is horrendous. The staff is very friendly but they either need to pick up the pace or hire more employees. I went thru the drive thru 3 nights ago for just a bean burrito, and Mexican pizza and I was waiting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to an hour after I ordered at the speaker to pull forward and collect my food. But like I said, the food is always hot and delicious and most of the time worth the wait.

Generally, this location is good. Good customer service and quick order times. Food is warm and fresh. Drinks have always been good for they have never been out of any of my choices. Unfortunately, there are times when some employees are not interested in being helpful or just friendly. Not a good feeling driving up the window and not being greeted or being told "thank you" or "bye, have a nice day and thank you". You really should be teaching employees how to incorporate the courteous part of customer service. I know that these stores are individually owned via franchise. If you are a business owner, your profits and success can be directly affected by what happens during the ordering and receiving process. You are falling short in this area. I am only 1 customer making a point to let you know. Think about how many thousands aren't saying anything.

Last time i went which was 3.23.19 i went to drive threw and they forgot most my order. I went back, they remade everything and made sure everything was in their. Got home and the order was all wrong. When i was in their while they were remaking mine, someone else was missing their stuff. Make sure to double check your order before you drive all the way home.

Ordered a taco salad... more meat in a soft taco then in my salad. 🥗 Although was plenty of rice... My friends taco salad bowl was overcooked. Hope we have a better experience next time. 😕

Ask for lots of hot sauce for my order and just gaven me 12 pieces my order was $74 and lot of box order and lots of chaluppas. Lady at the drive thru given as a bad attitude. The guy who took our order was nice that's about the only nice thing I can say .

Crunch wrap supreme tasteless it was full of lettuce very little meat and cheese (I guess this is why) and I received no sour cream so it was a lettuce and tomato sandwich for $6.87 -smh Will not return...thanks

Every time we've been here, no matter how long the line is, there's at least a 20 minute wait and once we get our food there's always something wrong. Once I ordered baja and he gave me what was basically club soda, and when I told him his baja needed to be changed because it was out, he responded with an acknowledgement that he knew it was already, so he KNOWINGLY gave us disgusting drinks and then said he didn't have time to change it. I don't expect too much from fast food, but really?

this taco bell is probably my least favorite in our area. the wait to get through the drive thru is always a long wait even if there are only 2 cars in front of you and for some reason the food seems to always be not much warmer than Luke warm at best. BUT they are open late night which nice because the only other choice for late night food is Jack in the box or dennys . so if you don't mind lukewarm food than this is a good choice.

I realize they were busy but they just got three things wrong with my very simple order I ordered a extra side of shredded cheddar cheese for my tacos and got the three cheese instead I asked for extra ice in my soda and got no ice and I asked for fire sauce and got regular hot sauce. Extremely SLOW SERVICE 🐌 😪 i waited about 24 min since i got in line, to the odering speaker and to pick up window. At the end after my meal was handed to me it was WRONG . I was missing 2 items. Plus missing 1 other item. Not going back again.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! We went through the drive through tonight and ordered five meals. Part of those meals were not available and they offered substitutions which we accepted. When we only received four and asked them to correct it instead of accomodating us the guy at the drive through insisted we go back through the drive through. I have no clue why they could not have corrected our order and asked us to pull up while we await our order correction and take care of the customers in line as well. The ABOSOLUTE WORST treatment at ANY Taco Bell EVER!! The attitude of this Taco Bell employee is atrocious!

I would give zero stars if I could. The soda machines did not work and they didn’t offer any replacements the food took over 30 minutes to get and the order was wrong when we got it. The entire staff has a horrible attitude and was no help at all.

I was eating at lobby and I saw a lady with red hair ish grab the chips with her hands no gloves ! And also there was bad customer service and the manager was rude and it ruined my day I hope they improve on things like that.

Disgusting bathroom!!! I was doing deliveries one day and asked if I can use their bathroom. I was shocked that it was so dirty and disgusting that I couldn’t stomach to use it. Leaves my imagination with the food they make here. 🤮

Check your order before you leave, they hand you anyone's order then you inform them that's not what your ordered and they give it to you anyway. The girl taking orders is extremely rude, if you hate your job that much you do know there are other ones out there. It's not hard to do customer service and be nice to others. Apparently the people working here are beyond miserable and have no clue that there's other jobs beside fast food. I started out in fast food and I never once was ever rude to a customer. Treat others how you want to be treated, your job is what you make it sweetie.

The worse customer service I have had! They always close the breakfast before time. I am talking about Seaside store on Fremont..2 times I went to get breakfast they said breakfast was closed and it was still 10:20..the advertisement breakfast says 11:00am..the lady who looks to be on charges looks always mad;she doesn't say Hi or feel you welcome. Today thinking to on breakfast time and don't find the same answer I called to make my Order by phone but the lady refused to take my order... she said I need to order on line!!!...I suppose to order by phone is one of the choices in all the restaurants. That's why you guys lost your customers! I am very disappointed ! I have been working for a restaurant for 20 years and this is not the right way to take care customers!

I don't normally write reviews for fast or fast casual places for obvious reasons. My food from this taco bell was the skimpiest most pathetic excuse for tacos and burritos. Items hardly filled with the bean or meat mixture.i would have taken pictures to share how some of my items had literally an ounce of filling. Will not be going back to this location just in case this is standard practice here. Will think twice about getting taco bell in the future at any location. Fast food is supposed to be that unhealthy treat you occasionally look forward to. The ultimate junk food. They don't have ultimate anything here. Don't go.

Every time I have gone thru the drive thru my order has been wrong. I shouldn’t have to send taco supremes back AFTER CHECKING MY ORDER IN LINE because no tomatoes or sour crème! Twice those tacos went back - holding up the car line! I’ll NEVER go again!

Tried to order something on the menu at the drive thru. It took a long time for the order person to respond. I asked her I wanted a Craving Box and it took her awhile to respond. Then she rudely responded with, WE DON’T HAVE ANYMORE!!! I’m surprised she still works there!! No wonder that restaurant is slow.

Over the course of two years I’ve been to this Taco Bell about five times. Not once, and I’m not exaggerating, not a single time, never ever, have I received my complete order. I know, it’s my fault for going back but it’s the only Taco Bell in the area with a drive-thru. Sometimes I just want Taco Bell. This place is the THE reason why people say, “f&$ked at the drive-thru”! The food is as good as any other place assuming you get what you ordered. Otherwise, maybe you will be pleasantly surprised by getting someone else’s order but it’s more likely you will just get pi$$ed at the fact they charged you for something they forgot to give you. Constantly giving me the wrong order, forgetting things or putting items on orders when we specifically ask without. I ordered on the app for the first time to try to avoid all this and you still forget two tacos out of a for item order? Literally 2 tacos and two nachos. This location completely ruined our order.... we ordered 4 chicken chalupas and 2 chicken Doritos locos tacos. Keep in mind chicken chalupas are more expensive because of the chicken.....and instead gave me 4 beef chalupas. The Tacos were chicken but not the chalupas. And I'm camping and didn't have much light and started eating the chalupas and thought it tasted funny and realized it was beef....I haven't eaten beef for over 4 years due to health and personal preference... now my stomach will be upset, wasted my money, and I'm disgusted.... Barely have food now..... Severely disappointed...

I posted this to Facebook: Do NOT try the new Cantedina Chicken Crispy Taco or Quesadilla from Taco Bell in Seaside. It is nasty. The Taco is not crispy. The chicken is questionable mystery meat! Little Doggy would not eat it. She smelled it and walked away from it. Neither looks like the commercial. I wasted $15! Management should teach employees how to prepare the food so it looks like the ads and tastes good. The tacos looked and tasted reheated frozen. I am disappointed.

Taco Bell announces new menu items and this one NEVER has them. For convenience, I order through the drive thru. I can't even count the times I've gotten home to find the tacos we order are in busted shells. How can a place be so cheap that they don't toss busted shells and serve paying customers with decent items. Crazy- We need another one in the area.

Placed an online order at 730, as app said store was open. Also there was a worker inside with all lights on. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody answered. Even though they were clearly in the store and it was after opening time. Had to cancel the order, but my money won't be sent back to my card for days. This is very disappointing. But most of all it's unprofessional and rude. Shut down the app if you aren't taking orders. Do better.

Came here for lunch a little after 12pm on a Sunday. Doors were locked, no signs saying they are closed, instead posted hours saying they should be open, I mean it is lunch time. I knocked on the door and an employee opened it saying she thinks they are closed til 1pm. I suggested they put up a sign stating so. Guess they are not interested in the business or good customer service here. I'll take my business elsewhere.
