Corbin took my order. It was my first time at a Smash burger. He patiently took the time to explain the menu to me and was very professional and courteous. I also spilled some of my drink at the fountain...he and others were on top of getting a sign down and cleaned up. Great experience.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Place is very clean and there was plenty of seating inside and on their outside patio area. It was a pretty warm day so I really appreciate the AC blasting. The staff was hustling and kicking out orders fast. Burgers hit the spot(we got the classic smash) Natalia was extremely attentive. She checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything else and she came by to pick up our table. Definitely coming back :)

One of my new favorite places to eat. There's a young blonde girl in Marina that is very unpleasant but other than that the food rocks. Love the mushroom burger and love the brussel sprouts even more. Wings are great too. Good selection of beverages. No longer serving wings, now serving hotdogs.

Nick was very nice he provided Great and friendly service. We got the spicy jalapeño smash burger and the classic smash and both were delicious. I also ordered the banana chocolate milkshake and that was yummy.

Smashburger is decent if you’re looking for a quick burger fix, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The menu has a good variety of options, which is nice, and the service was friendly and efficient. The burger itself was alright—not bad, but nothing that really stood out. The patty was cooked well, but the seasoning was a bit bland, and the toppings, while fresh, didn’t add much excitement. The bun was soft, but it got soggy pretty quickly, which made it a bit messy to eat. The fries were average—crispy enough but lacking in seasoning, and the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Speaking of price, it’s on the higher side for what you get, which makes it hard to justify as a go-to spot. Overall, Smashburger is okay if you’re in the area and craving a burger, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again. There’s room for improvement, and with a few tweaks, it could be much better.

These burgers are thick and very greasy but the flavor is delicious 😋. The price is a bit high but they are more like gourmet so its a little more justified. I would say if you're craving a good burger and dont mind the price I would definitely recommend.

All American smash burgers with grilled jalapeños and onions were delicious. The Americana dog was also tasty. Service was a bit slow and my order wasn't complete.

Took the family to Smashburger in Marina and enjoyed the experience! Clean facilities, friendly staff, and delicious meals. My two little ones ate up the chicken tenders, which isn’t always the case everywhere, and they loved the strawberry shake. Staff was attentive and respectful. Genuinely appreciative of the service!

Food is decent, a reasonable value for the price point. Problem is with the service. I had residual value on a gift card they refused to cash out, in violation of state law. It's an issue their corporate guest services has not been able to address. They're not responding to the BBB complaint, so that's a ding on them. So my the only logical next step is to involve the state attorney general, who managed to get $246k from Chipotle for the same issue.

This is a honest review after multiple times of eating at this place since they opened. At first, within the year-two years since they started serving, they were great. The food was warmed, good to taste and a lot of grease. The purpose of this review is to let you know it is just like any other burger, chicken joint that serves fries, soda in bottle and fountain, and when they feel like it, shakes. Here is what prompted this review: this is the third time coming after work craving a burger and milk shake with real ice cream. Guess what? Each time was a reason they weren’t doing shakes-“sorry we aren’t doing shakes”, “the machine isn’t working right now actually” and then “sorry we aren’t doing shakes right now”! Ruined the experience and excitement to eat here. This time around my partner asked if they stopped serving shakes after 7p because each time we have come for a shake specifically, unable to enjoy one. The response she gave “oh no, it’s cause there is no more ice cream and not enough of us to scoop more.” Customer service is dead.
