The service is terrible. The lady that should be taking the orders purposely keeps her back turn to the customers waiting to order. Waited there for about 10 minutes till another lady came and took our order. Even though I ordered to meals I still had to pay for the ranch dip so had to pay $1 just for a condiment never seen this before. Sure if you ask maybe for extra but not just what u should get when you order. This is the norm for their place. I have never received good service here. Only reason I come back is I like the chicken and the coupons. The worse service I have ever been.

Horrible service, for having no customers they sure were busy taking in the kitchen. Food was alright but knowing it took so long while overhearing them talk about their personal life. Don’t bother coming here if you want fast food.

Terrible experience. The staff member who helped me was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — it felt like she wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying. I never received my food, had to chase down a refund, and I’m still waiting for it. Easily the worst service I’ve ever had.

Now granted it was close to time for them to close and i see tha 3 employees there cleaning and preparing to close store.. i order chicken TENDERS meal, as ALWAYS... My order came fast and i said to myself, man that was too fast, because i knew they would probably have to cook them when people order them beings how it was close to closing time . .. i decide to pull into parking space to eat instead of fumbling trying to eat while driving... VERY FIRST BITE... RAW CHICKEN!!! I immediately spit it out and try not to throw up!!! I try breaking a tender in half to make sure im not crazy and can't even do that kike talkin bout it cuz the chicken IS NOT DONE!! i take it inside and let them know and the 3 inspect ir and 5 pleaing a case that it was done and was supposed to be PINK on the inside!! I didn't challenge them to take a bite!!!! 'when they refused i just left the box of chicken on the counter and told them they could keep it!

Never had anything to say bad about this store but telling me that my wings will be ready in 9 minutes and to be sitting in line for 30 minutes poor customer service poor waiting time on top of the poor service the food was wrong

I travel for work and this has been the worst popeyes i have ever been to. Horrible management, very slow , and not so clean. An hour wait for naste food is crazy , this popeyes should be removed or all employees.

I ordered a 12 pc classic chicken meal and a strawberry lemonade the instead of me getting a 12 pc chicken I got a 10 pc 4 biscuits instead of 6 and I paid a total of 43.93 just to get that type of service not only that a watery drink and I called them 32 times no answer the lines busy do better marshall tx Date sept 28 2025 CHK 3683 PlK#11994

Placed an online order at 12:19pm. I get to the restaurant 20 minutes later for pickup. (Drive through) I’m told to pull into a parking spot and they’ll bring it out. 15 mins go by and I go inside to check on it only to find out they haven’t started on the chicken!! Almost an hour after my order was placed I finally get my food, I checked to make sure everything was there only to find that I’m missing the biscuits so I tell them about it and again they take their sweet time getting them, and when I asked for dipping sauce one of the employees tried to charge me for it. I was fed up at this point! So the other employee just gave me the sauce. This kind of service is ridiculous!! And the shift manager kept going to the back who knows for what even ignoring other customers in line!

Why is this location so slow? waiting for a mobile order for over 15 minutes is absurd especially when it’s not busy. Not even going to mention the rude employees. They’re always mad or angry!! Simple don’t want to work stay at home .

The manager is rude and if you file a complaint through the mobile app she gets mad 😠... I didn't get a picture of the red beans and rice that wasn't cooked 🤔 from my first complaint. But I did take a picture of the cold fries from my second complaint. I should stay away from this place honestly for my own good. Waiting time is always 15 minutes or more!!!

They didn't have bearly any food!!! When we first came in the was only 3 staff (manager, cook/janitor, cashier) when I ordered ther was nothing wrong, then while I was making my drinks the man said that they were out of just about everything I ordered, after I already paid. If there was a 0⭐️ I would have been that. They where completely out of salt and most dressings. The staff was at the counter the entire time ranting and raving about a different staff while we were eating. The only thing that was even remotely good was the red beans and rice. They used to be one of the best chicken places in Marshall but now they have just gone down hill and fast.

Was in the drive thru for 35 mins. Tried to go inside but found the doors to be locked at 7:20pm. I guess they just didn’t want any money. Corporate needs to fix this now or they won’t have any business. I ended up going to Jucys taco instead and spent $30. Could have been yall but oh well.

Look at these pieces of chicken. And why can't we at least make our drink larger on the 5 buck special? The cashier not that he was rude he just wasn't very good speaking over the speaker system. No thank you no I'm sorry or anything. Only a certain set of stores sell the dirty rice anymore? This store is Marshall, Tx
