The line tends to be long and slow. But that's for a reason. The food is excellent. The drinks are large. They are open 24hrs. And they serve a good breakfast for 12 hours a day. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but you're going to be satisfied.
Their staff is very nice. They will explain what goes on each item if you are unfamiliar with the menu. The person that got my order was very proud to be working there and very sweet. I like the food better than most fast food hamburger joints.
Caleb is so friendly. Everyone is so friendly at this location. I have visited here several times during this pandemic. The line is long but it moves fast. They always offer excellent customer service and my order is correct every time!!! I get my buns toasted on both sides and they do it everytime. I always have a great experience at Whataburger and they treat me like a valued customer.
Excellent place. We were starving and food came out fast and hot and service was very good. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there were a few flies… I don’t know why lots of whataburgers seem to always have flies.
I am from Dallas and this is the best Whataburger I have ever been to. Happened to drive through on Mother’s Day and the manager gave me a rose because I was wearing a cowboys jersey. Nicest employees in the world!

The overnight staff here in the current status are amazing. One sweet little lady with a mask answered me on my bicycle in the drive thru on my early morning/late night cruise for Pokénon Go. They made my order properly and made sure to hook me up to make sure my coffee was perfectly sweet. It's the little things that make the difference to me, and the wonderful attitudes that laughed and jokes with me are what made my morning awesome! Can't wait for my next cruise to grab more coffee from smiling faces and positive people.
The staff at this location are incredibly sweet. Me and my pals just passed through on a camping trip, and the vibes were immaculate.
I’m just doordashing, but if you ever have the pleasure of being served by the man name Curtis. He has wonderful customer service. Accuracy will always be on point on his end. I was standing for maybe 4 min and observed him help quite a few customers with a smile, repeating the orders, thanking them, recommending the extra gallon of tea with family packs. I think he’s been here for years and have never had a bad experience from him. Keeper!!!
Always a great place to stop and get lunch. Ate in with wife and daughter. Burgers, fries and onion rings are always the best. Very new building right off Hwy 80, super clean and a friendly staff. We'll drive from Shreveport just because the trip is beautiful and the restaurant is so nice!
I recently moved to here. This restaurant is great to eat at. It’s kept clean. It’s fast service. Yet there have been times when I go there’s a young lady there that just flat out ignores me. She would attend others but when I stand in her way to get her attention she goes around me. I wasn’t rude, I don’t like to make a scene. I’ll raise my hand as waving to her and nothing. I tried with another and he right away took care of me. It wasn’t like I was asking someone out of the ordinary just wanted to know about how long my order will be. I was about the 3rd person in line yet all 7 orders after me were served. I’m patient. I’m not shy. This young man has help me every time I’ve been there. He’s nice and knows how to be a good customer service rep. No matter how small the job or how stupid the question is he has helped. I’ve seen that young lady again and she has not changed. The manager was there at that time and she sat close by our table just doing something on a computer. I was talking to my husband as to what happened. I said it loud enough for her to hear yet she never got up to talk to that young lady. My husband wanted me to send a letter to the maid office, I just hoped they would take care of it in house. I haven’t dined in a while just gone thru the drive through. At least that young lady is not working the drive thru. When we moved to Texas in the 80’s Whataburger was had been our burger place to go. Thank you for a WHATABURGER It is.
The sweet and spicy burger is a must order! Delicious We had Shania as our customer care associate. She went above and beyond. Getting us ice, bringing our food to us, and making sure we got all the sauces we ordered! The food was great and staff was hospitable and friendly.

Great food and great deals through the app. A couple of the employees are very helpful, others not so much. I have experienced a problem in that they often put aside pick up orders when complete, instead of making it known that the order is waiting. This is a good location but you have to do the work to not be ignored.
Loved the guy at front counter! He has positive good attitude! Amanda brought our food and was just delightful!! Will be returning because of these employees!!!!
Haven't visited this store in a long time, that saying purchased breakfast bowl first time. Biscuits, gravey,egg, bacon. It had a strange sour taste, it ended up being the bacon. Once I removed that it was good.

I just moved to the area and I've been here 3 times since. Every time the staff is super nice and very kind in accommodating to the weird food requests of my special needs child. Great service attitude! ❤️
The service is quick and professional. Food was hot and fresh…the best Whataburger we’ve ever had! Candace, the manager, visited with us for a minute. She is super nice and obviously runs a ship shape store! Will definitely eat here again!
I work in the area, and I love to swing by this location pretty often. It is far better than the sister locations in longview and the other location in town. The team have always been on point and ALWAYS go out of their way to be welcoming. The OP of this location has definitely stepped up her game and gone out of her way to make sure the team offer the best experiences. As with any business, there have been mistakes. However they have always gone out of their way to correct it in a timely manner! I will 100% recommend this location to anybody coming through!

Burgers are great but the service is lacking. There was something off about the order taker. After she finally managed to take my order, then proceeded to give it to another customer when there was only one other person waiting. Insist on a table marker to be sure you get your order quickly and when it's hot.
Went there on Mother's day to get dinner. Heather and her crew did an amazing job. Order was correct and individually packaged. Heather did a good job of making sure order was correct.

Nice and clean restaurant. The food came out correctly and hot! The man taking our order (I wish I could remember his name) is energetic and friendly. He even acknowledged patrons leaving. This man is truly exceptional.
Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love whataburger but last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered food at 10:30 went to go pick it up it was two burgers and fries and a drink I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the curbside ordering I decided to go inside to get it and still had to wait like 10 more minutes for it I get home with it and they forgot a burger so I called they said they would make it for me (the reason they didn’t even have already I’m not sure) and I ended up waiting a whole hour for this burger because the drive thru line got busy and they forgot about my burger and they only offered me free fries. I will never order that burger again just because of how long it takes and i will no longer be ordering at night. Didn’t get my food till 12 a.m. should have been offered more than just free fries.
Late night stop, good food but it took forever it seemed like, and it wasnt packed out. I believe our order was ready, but no one brought it out or called for us, so my buddy had to go check on it. Good food, staff was friendly enough.
Lines were very long but moved considerably fast. When I finally got to the intercom no one took my order for a long time. I sat and waited and still no one. I finally said hello and some one finally proceeded to take my order but did so in a very impolite way. The young man was very rushing in taking my order. The food was all correct and very good but was lacking in good customer service.
What I dislike most about this restaurant is that once they take your order, then you wait, and after waiting, your food is only room temperature. WHY is that? It should be 🔥 HOT 🔥
Attention to detail is not in their vocabulary. Both meals were wrong the one drink was wrong. The wait time is a joke" fast food" my foot I have been served fasted in a sit down restaurant.
The food and atmosphere was good but the service, although the cashier was friendly, it took too long to get our food. After approaching the counter, it was observed that the young lady who was responsible for passing out the food was on break in the restroom and no one else stepped up so the orders stacked up. Once the young lady returned she was able to pass out four meals in a row. Sometimes a little team work and stepping out of your box give the customer an overall better experience.
Walked in... No one up front to wait on customers. Finally showed up. Took our order. Fries were cold. Took them back. Went back up to check on new ones. Again, no one to talk to. Finally got someone's attention for hot fries. Lots of workers in the back, but not up front where the customers are coming in.
Historicaly known to be the slowest fast food service, and still. All I can say is they need to crank up the fire cause they cook slow. Geeeeze
I understand that some places have rushes. But having to wait half an hour for 3 burgers is unacceptable. I order ahead of 5 people and still get served last. After working in the food industry for half a year, im pretty sure they have "time goals" for making orders and prioritize larger orders. I dont mean no disrespect but the employees here need to have a meeting with management to discuss these issues.
Took 12 minutes, I think, to get my hamburger.I had to move forward so that people behind me who had ordered after me could leave because I hadn't gotten my order yet. The worst experience I've ever had it what burger. They're usually pretty good, but I was not impressed today.
They mess up on my order so much I have to check my food before I leave to be sure it is correct. Now they blame me if its wrong. I order the same thing every time the same way. Was spending 75 to 100 there a week. Now that René the general manager was rude i refuse to go back. Poor customer service and poor management.
The employees in the drive thru were nice but the line took forever. And when we finally got our food, the drinks were all carbonation and the food was old and cold. Literally couldn’t even eat or enjoy it. I shouldn’t have to come all the way back to get my food made correctly. Very disappointed. What a waste of money.
Its sad that as an employee you get treated as one even on your days off. You are told - asked to stop making your orders complicated,told that they will not make your food because its to complicated,or to come only at certain times because your slowing down my drive thru because of the order is to complicated. The food is awesome and 98% of the time customer service is awesome. I just wonder if they told that to regular customer if they would loose buisness? I am concerned of ordering now. Will my family be treated this way as well or just me? I would love to get your comment. Also any advice .
I've been to this Whataburger before and they were great. Tonight, I went through the drive through. It was very time consuming. I ordered a kid's grilled cheese meal and requested mustard and pickles on it. That's usually confusing so I said they could put it on the side, that's fine. I ordered a large unsweetened tea with lemon and a large Coke. I asked if they'd put a chocolate chip cookie in the bag since she didn't ask me about it where I ordered. When we finally got to the window, I discovered is gotten pickles on the side but no mustard. I had to wait on the side of mustard, which wasn't exactly a generous portion. But I love the mustard. I forgot to check the tea. After I'd driven off, I realized they had given me sweet tea. 😢 And my husband said his Coke was terrible. Then I discovered: no cookie at all. Super disappointing, Whataburger!
Don't know if they are short on staff. 9:45 Sunday am. 12 cars in the drive thru. We went inside and ordered. Took about 35 minutes to get out order out. We got back to the car and we're short a biscuit sandwich. We're to frustrated to go back in as it would have taken even more time. Generally Whataburger is good. This one is not.
There are three main issues we experienced here yesterday when picking up our mobile order. One was the fries we received were half full and cold, and we arrived before the food was even ready. The second was we were only allowed one ketchup per meal, which is pretty crazy when you already spend over $50 for a kid’s meal, 3 regular meals, and a burger. The third was making an issue out of getting lettuce and tomato on the side. At least put out decent quality food without penny pinching when you are charging dine-in restaurant prices! I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here… please don’t contribute to making this experience acceptable for Whataburger.
Ordered food on app. Said it’d be ready by 2:09. It’s 2:27. No food yet..crazy because no one is in lobby or in drive thru..

If you want to wait an hour for subpar food, this is the place for you. Management/Owners should be ashamed. Don’t waste your time until they can figure out time management.
Curbside order, never came out, went inside 40 min after waiting to ask what was going on with my order its been an hour since the order was placed.... boy said oh sorry, gave me cold food and an extra cookie. Made it home and missing part of my order. Let's just say they need a manager that cares about work and not hanging outside on the clock talking with friends. Every other whataburger is fast and gets orders correct!! Why can't Marshall businesses keep up??? Employees just want to get paid, but do bare minimum to get by and care less about customer service!!!
I ordered a meal to go. Nothing difficult. I was in the drive thru from 4:03 pm until 4:34 pm. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. I told the girl that they need to take lessons from Chick fil a..... Second time that has happened. I wont be back.
The cashier Alecia is rude as all get out if you ask for something. Normally the staff is great. She rolls her eyes when you ask for something and didn't listen to what I wanted on my sandwich. The morning crew is the best not the evening crew
My husband and I came through the drive thru around 145 and ordered from Kim who is the over night manager. She double checked the order and "made it with love". Got home. It had sauce and pickles. We SPECIFICALLY asked for no sauce and no pickles. I brought it back. I let her know it was wrong and she refused to fix the burger. We had to pay for another $14 burger. She didn't give me extra cheese and burned my burger. Gave me the same fries (now cold) and was super rude on the way out. I'm so very disappointed. We've always had decent service here.
The wait time is too long considering how many workers and how few customers. They also can't seem to get an order correct. Three trips through the drive thru, then park and walk inside each time to get a cup of gravy, which they assured me was in the bag.
Went inside, because drive through takes 30 minutes minimum. Took 5 minutes to explain i wanted a cheese burger plain and a small fry. Not a combo. She was confused and charged me for a #1 with a large fry and no drink. Then took 20 minutes inside to get food for my son.
Check your bag and receipt! We gave our gift card and credit card for the difference and were told they can't process that. We luckily had cash and gave cash for the difference. After leaving we realized that they forgot our fries and they never used the gift card and instead, charged our credit card. We only went here since we had a gift card and don't live near one, so this was a waste for us.

I have been waiting in the drive thru for a little over 20 minutes for an order of three chicken strip meals while 12 plus cars got there food. Ridiculous. Then when I asked about it the lady said she didn’t know what I had. Poor management and communication.
The service at this location was poor this evening and that is being polite. Everyone working was hiding in the back, had to ask the manager to get napkins because the bins were empty, waited 25 minutes for fries, had already asked twice and finally saw the manager and asked her. Guy that ordered right after me had waited 35 minutes and had to ask about his order. The service has definitely went down here.
Always busy but always a long wait. At least 20min. Wish people would stop going, so maybe they'd wise up and get their act together. Ridiculous. Today will be my last time eating here. What I love I'd that you wait so long and think that maybe they're short on help, but no, there's like 10 employees standing around.
This location WAS pretty good at one point in history. Now the wait time is FOREVER and they will get your order wrong 90 percent of the time. Not only that, instead of remaking the food properly, they’ll just scrape everything off and use the same patties and buns.
Worst service every time I go. I am done giving this Whataburger my money. Managers don’t care about food quality as long as it gets people out of their hair. Order online so I don’t have to wait super long and still wait at least 30 minutes for the worst food you’ll ever receive. A child would cook and give much better food. Stop going to this Whataburger so they’ll close it down or realize the entire staff needs to be replaced. Negative 5 star review but that isn’t an input option
The two number 13 meals i ordered had NO bread, when we asked for large fries they gave us none at all, they didnt give me two of my drinks.
my boy ordered a large fry, and it took 25 minutes to get his food. While this was quite infuriating, the atmosphere was a 2 star because the gang was all together, and the songs were honestly a vibe. A son and his father also waited for a food, and I couldn’t help but want nothing more for them to just get their food. In this fine establishment, there is a desire for fine dining and a family oriented experience. The gangs experience was short of this. I hope we are able to gather together in fellowship again and enjoy the pleasures of whataburger as we devour the delectable grub we pay for. :)
Very disappointed. Employee came out of restroom, stood by the door across from the order counter and blew her nose several times, threw her tissue in the trash did not go back in the restroom to wash her hands but returned to the work station. I talked with the cashier who got the manager. I was told about the sinks at each station. Employees wash their hands in the restroom and again when they return to their work station. I was a little more comfortable, got my drink went to a table that appeared to be clean. After setting down, I saw crumbs on top of the table that were missed. I felt it was not clean, sanitary or disinfected. I could not eat there. I was given a refund and several apologies. Staff was very polite and professional.

Food quality was average. Onion rings were a little overdone. I have been to various Whataburgers before, but the speed of the service at this Whataburger is shameful. I placed an order ahead of time in the Whataburger app, and I waited about 20 minutes to show up for my order. When I got there, there was hardly any cars in the parking lot, and maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. It took 38 minutes for them to have my burger, onion rings, and sweet tea ready for me. All together, including the 20 minutes ahead of time that I waited before picking up my mobile order, it took them almost 1 hour to make my food and give it to me. I can't help but wonder if I would have stood at the counter screaming if it would have helped them make my food quicker, as someone did this when I was there, and got their food almost immediately. Disappointed in this location. I will not be back.

Waited over 40 minutes to get my order and it was wrong...was in there at 10 pm and not very busy .....will be a long time before I come back here....would give a negative 5 star if I could
Over my last three orders of a sweet and spicy bacon burger the meat was so over cooked it tasted like shoe leather. The first time you think, OK they are busy and things got messed up a bit. The second time, ok let's think about this a bit. Maybe they have a new cook. This time it was so bad even my dog refused to eat it. Something has change at this restaurant and it is not good. If they can't fix it a lot of customers will be switching to Jucys.
Terrible and unprofessional customer service. We ordered our food at 11:18 after waiting about 5 minutes for someone to walk to the register and didn't get our food until 11:45. It was not busy enough to take 30 minutes for one meal. My food was cold, and the fries were old and greasy. Waited that long and couldn't even eat!

Anytime I come to this whataburger you have to wait 30 plus minutes. Today I was told to pull up bc they started new fries. About 20 min later, cars were passing me in line. I'm assuming they forgot about me sitting in the drive thru. Needs faster service
I found hair in my food was even some stuck in the cheese, red looking hair maybe!!! At this location you'll be waiting for over 45 mins!!! I reported to corporate and they did NOTHING!!! Not even an email back!!! I don't know about day shift or evening shift but NEVER EAT HERE ON THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT!!! I don't even understand why it takes so long to get the food!!! I've worked at Whataburger so there is no excuse unless the managers not doing their job to help their team! Also I have a video but its not letting me upload. I will try another way! Awful. Mobile ordered and got there about 15 minutes after order was placed… plenty of time to prepare the food. Then sat in curbside pickup for over 45 minutes… the runner told me they lost my ticket initially. Are we kidding? Terrible service for how expensive whataburger is. Ordered from them about a month previously as well and was given a completely incorrect meal. Don’t waste your time, all workers are incompetent
The B lane is never answered, the service is slow and my food was cold. Don't come here if you want your food to actually be fast.
First thing is that they have banana pudding shakes that the shakes machine is broken without sings saying anything. The food was delivered to the table with wrong order. The unsweetened tea ran out were I couldn't fill a medium cup. They didn't get more tea out before I left. A lot of workers not knowing what to do. This was at 12:40 PM Sunday. I don't have a receipt because they took it from my table. Rob PS tye tables are dirty, I ate my food on the tray.
I waited literally one hour for a sandwich and a salad. The entire 60 people in whataburger were all waiting as well, some people up to 75 minutes for food. Customer service was TERRIBLE and they didn’t care. I actually started taking the food from the kitchen and delivering it in the diner, calling out names and taking it to people. The blue shirt manager kept giving me dirty looks for doing it but there were 10 bags of completed orders constantly in the back and nobody was taking them out so I did. What was she going to do, stop me from actually giving people food that have been waiting an hour for it?
Went in for a burger and salad on our way through Marshall. 8:30 at night on a Monday. Took over 20 mins to get food. No one else in the store! When it came out, server dropped in on the floor. Went back and remade it. Wrong! But just gave up at that point. Staff were rude and extremely loud in the kitchen. When we were leaving staff members were in the parking lot talking to people in cars. Seemed to be playing more than working. Worst Wataburger experience I’ve ever had! Won’t go back there!
Literally sat in the drive thru for an hour with zero communication about what was going on with our food. I wish I could give zero stars because this isn’t the first time. We went inside before and it took 1.5 hours. Save your money and your time!
The staff is very inattentive. There were two gentlemen that came in after I placed my order and because the young man on the lobby register was no where to be found, they walked off. He also paid no attention to what I actually ordered and so I paid more than what I should have had he actually listened or cared. I ordered the value meal Whataburger with bacon and cheese for 5$ but decided to make it a meal for 2 dollars more. But he rang up a whataburger Jr added cheese (which was an upcharge) and no bacon. I did not notice until I saw the receipt but chose not to say anything since he really wasn't around for me to say anything anyway. The burger was subpar and definitely not to the standards I am used to receiving from whataburger. Unless they were taking your order or handing you food, there was really no interaction from the staff. I noticed in this town, you only get greeted based on how well you know the server, lol. Like, great customer service shouldn't be based on if you know me or not. Also the entire staff should make one feel welcome and appreciated for being in their establishment spending your money with them, as you could have gone anywhere but chose to spend with them. The fries were not fresh nor were they warm. They were definitely not salted. Based on the condition of the cheese, the burger was older and not juicy or warm either. I for one will not be patronizing this location any longer, due to this being the second time I have received bad service and subpar food. I also ordered the ranch chicken wraps which I just ended up feeding to my dog. Had I known they had cheese on them, I would have ordered them without cheese. The chicken strips were also not fresh despite having to wait a considerable amount of time to receive my food, which I assumed was being made fresh for me.
I literally LOVE whataburger…. But…. I went to this location last week and had a 30 minute wait, when I had waited for 20 minutes I asked them to cancel my order and the manager apologized and said that his employees “thought they did not need my order and threw it away” and insured me that he was making my food.. I waited ten more minutes and FINALLY received my order… tonight we went and ordered food again and the line was moving very slowly…. After waiting ten minutes we decided it was best to just leave out of fear of another 30 minute wait…. I do not recommend this location in victory drive, at all…
Got to whataburger at 10:50pm to get a drive-thru order, currently still at the front of the line waiting for my food at 12:12am. Meanwhile others behind me in line have already gotten their food and left. Edit: as soon as I posted this they brought out the food.
I am a fan of whataburger. Waited 30+ minutes for online order . Please get your act together. . Food good people nice but what’s going on with the organization . It’s supposed to be kinda fast food .
