Yeah the workers don’t care about your order or how you want your food. Don’t think they care at all about you eating inside. It’s like an oven inside at night. They need to fix their app too, honey and jam are free inside. On the app you gotta pay for something free??? Are you serious? If you want some better Popeyes go to twin lakes. They do your order right, always order on the app but go inside to pick up. Cheaper and better to ensure your order.

This is the third attempt I've tried to find fresh chicken that wasn't all dried out and the biscuits. I've been disappointed each and every time. I'm sorry to give this review but it's true and the prices are so high and yet the food quality isn't even there

Talk about false advertising. Image on the website for the gravy is in a much larger container than what's given to you. So scammy.

We ordered a 24 buffalo chicken wing bone in. The guy in charge of the drive thru told us that they needed to make a fresh batch of bone in wings which would take 10-15 min. I opted for half boneless and half bone in buffalo wings. Well the guy gave us roasted parmesan wings! And to make matters worse whoever seasoned the wings just dumped the seasoning on so you got some wings that were heavily coated (too salty) and some with no seasoning. Needless to say it was a waste of money and waste of time to stop by there. Never again will we return!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Everytime we come here, they always get our order wrong. Last time we came in I ordered 5 strawberry cream cheese pies. They said they only had 3 and asked if I wanted apple instead for the other 2. I said that was OK. Got all the way home and all pies were apple. Tonight we came in and ordered a 5 piece blackened chicken meal with Mac and cheese and a side of pickles and a 3 piece blackened chicken (not a meal). When I got up to the window I double checked to make sure all the chicken was blackened. The worker told me I ordered the 5 piece classic and was annoyed when i told him i didn't order the classic and he must have misheard. He was visually agitated with me and told his coworker the change and then told me it would me 20 minutes. I agreed to wait, pulled up front and they brought it out without the drink and the pickles. I drove through again and asked for the drink and the pickles. Worker gave me the drink (but no pickles!). I asked again for the pickles and he told me the pickles weren't on the receipt! Are you kidding me? At that point my daughter was like, can I just buy the pickles? And he charged us $1.75 for pickles. I was livid and just wanted to get out of there before I said something I didn't mean. Needless to say, I'm not at all impressed with their ability to take correct orders, take accountability for their mistakes and their customer service is TERRIBLE. Buyers beware. I won't be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service, made a simple mistake ordering and the manger treats me like I messed up his whole day. The drive through guy was cool about it not the manager acted like a baby that had its teether taken away. After fixing up my order they forgot some of my items. Never coming back here again.

I placed an order for two three piece meals, and the spicy meal had to be thrown away. The chicken was extremely dried out and definitely past its discard point.

They don’t have Popeyes where I live and we decided to try it, after 32 bucks the fries were cold strait outta the bag my chicken sandwich was luke warm my girlfriend couldn’t finish her sandwich the same as mine. Overall this place made it so I will never eat at any Popeyes again. Even the lemonade tasted bad. The health dept needs to check this place out. Basically tossed the food except for the mashed patotoes and coleslaw. Went and got a subway sandwich instead. Give a bad review and get a generated message saying we strive to perfection thank you for your review. If this place strived for anything above a 1 star it would be a miracle. BTW I crapped my guts out this morning at 5am 🤮 seriously don’t eat here.

We ordered a chicken sandwich, wings , fries. Wings came with biscuits. Fries were cold and soggy. Not fresh at all Wings were also probably refried. Not fresh. Biscuits we stale. Chicken sandwich was alright. Overall the food was stale and not fresh. Quality is definitely something they need to improve

Horrible experience they charge you for small ranches no matter what or how much you order. Staff was not friendly. I was coming through drive thru and person Was not wearing deodorant because I smelled Body Odor.

Bought two spicy chicken sandwiches from drive through. When we came back, this is how the sandwich bun is. Absolutely disgusting to look at that and we ended up not eating. This is such a bad experience with the quality of the food. If the bun is burnt, they should replace instead of serving the same to the customers.

There are two local locations. This one and another one just up in Smokey Point by Hobby Lobby. Same owner, different prices. If you get a two piece meal and ask for it to be all white meat, you’ll end up secretly with an additional $1 charge. The Smokey Point location doesn’t charge for the difference. I unknowingly paid the $1 and finally noticed it. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she refused to offer the same pricing as the other location. I asked for my money back since I hadn’t gotten the food yet. She went back, had me wait 3 minutes, then came back, gave me the food, a dollar bill and told me to never come back. Very rude. I’ve never returned and continue to frequent the Smokey Point location. Better wait staff also. Fresher food too!
