Store is clean. Employees are nice, and they all ensure you get your order quickly.

It feels weird to rate a Burger King but I just noticed today how fresh the food was. I stopped here to kill the hunger and my sausage croissant-wich tasted brand new and it was hot. I just felt they should be acknowledged for that. The world is so negative. I truly enjoyed my breakfast

The place is clean, and there is no homelessness. very well taken care of. The only thing is the service, but it is expected since I see a lot of young faces that really are there for the paycheck. Sometimes, they are me feel like I am bothering them when I ask for a ketchup or when they get my order wrong. Everything else is good

Excellent service, hot food, everyone is attentive and fast, the place is very cozy (I always visit the place in the afternoons and the girls who are there on Tuesday nights are very attentive , they are always smiling and that makes me feel welcome Just a suggestion, it's been 2 weeks without air conditioning, it's very hot in the store.

I was at the restaurant last night with my family and the service was the best, the food was hot and the girl who was the cashier last night was very attentive, I don't remember her name but she was delicate and patient, she even offered me a bag and sauces, very good service (they should fix air conditioning), good service despite no air conditioning.

2 weeks ago I was there around 5 pm and there was a sign that said closed from 4:40 pm to 8:30 pm. Last week the same sign was there. Any time I go here there is always something going on there. Most of the time it's due to teenagers taking up all the seats so paying customers have to go somewhere else. The last time I tried telling a worker they didn't do anything

Service here is so slow, there’s only 4 people working every time I get food here, with long lines, only one person is doing cashiers and giving food out 2 people doing sandwiches and 1 person just doing whatever. There is no smoothness in service at all, always have to wait at the counter with a bunch of other people trying to get their food. Edit: 2 months later and it somehow got worse. The guy that knows how to do counter properly wasn’t there when I went this Sunday so i’m pretty sure he’s gone. Good for him. I see a few new workers and they literally do not know what they are doing. Everyone was gathered around the burger making station for some reason and working like literal snails. Also saw 2 workers towards the back eating food??? If you are going to eat, take a break or something. Again, you guys need better flow and workers that know what they are doing. Y’all need to get this fixed, maybe have 2 people working at the counter: 1 person doing cashier and another calling out numbers. Having 1 person doing cashier AND calling out numbers does not work at all. The line for both ordering and pickup builds up like crazy. I get that it gets busy, but that just means you guys need to get better management that actually know what they are doing.

Extremly dirty location! As soon as you enter this location there’s a large high table next to the window on the right. The light over this table was so dusty and covered with spider web that I can’t believe that someone overlooked that spot while cleaning. Looks like it has not been cleaned sonce this place opened many years ago. Literally you eat that dust while you dine there. That’s nasty! Stay away from this filthy location.

It was the only thing she had eaten several hours later she started projectile vomiting with intense stomach, cramps, and watery bowel movements. Place was extremely busy due to the local high school population. Not sure if the food was undercooked or if it was left out not at the correct temperature by them. Called the manager to complain. He was not very helpful. Didn’t even apologize. Just said he would check on. It also reported to the Department of health.

Waited 15 mins for child meal and double whopper and everybody whom order after got their order . Then the whopper still had pink inside one bite I took didn’t eat the rest and now I’m sick. Yes the Spanish lady I told her they don’t care.

I asked after 30 minutes whwre my order was and just got a dirty look and he walked away. Extremely rude, and unacceptable. On top of all of this this place is very dirty! This place is garbage! Go to the one on Queens Bvld instead even with the extra travel time you will still get your food quicker.

They put it in the microwave I took a bite and I immediately spit it out it tasted like rubber the bacon tasted like rubber and the biscuit was hard also like rubber. I go to the burger King on queens blvd and that food tastes fresh yummy and delicious their biscuits are great the bacon taste cooked and crispy I've never seen them use a microwave I'll never come to this disgusting place on grand Ave again
