Amazing food, great vibe and music and our server Carmela was the best. Bar area is fun also. Highly Recommend this place. From appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious. Definitely coming back again.

We decided to have our 31st wedding anniversary dinner here and it was a great decision. Everything was absolutely perfect.We started with the delicious Mangia meatballs. We also shared the Mangia italian farm salad. It was a large delicious portion. It was loaded with salami,speck, chunks of provolone, olives, roasted peppers, tomatoes with a yummy dressing. For entrees, we had the ahi tuna sesame seed crusted, which was cooked absolutely perfect and the sesame flavor was amazing. It was on top of bed of the most delicious broccoli rabe, ever. ( I don't normally ever like broccoli rabe) Then we also had the 12 oz filet Mignon special with the peppercorn sauce that was also truly delicious. Carmella was the perfect waitress. She was very attentive and nice to speak to. Not too forget....Michael the manager is overseeing everything to make sure you have the perfect dining experience. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I'm glad we spent our anniversary here. We highly recommend dining at Mangia Bevi if you want an amazing dining experience.

Found this restaurant last minute and made a reservation immediately after seeing the online photos. Upon arrival we found parking very easily in the parking lot located in the back of the restaurant. We later found out there is valet parking. We were seated immediately and everything was great from there. The restaurant is beautiful to say the least. Very classy and the staff was very welcoming. We were seated by the wall of wine which ultimately made us choose wine (the best decision we made). We had cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert. Highly recommend the pesto pasta! All the pasta is homemade. The service was amazing. Our server was Carmella and she was sweet, professional and very helpful in helping us choose our meals. Highly recommend and will 100% be returning.

I want to give a huge shout out to Mangia E Bevi of Massapequa for the incredible better than I imagined baby shower for my daughter! From the incredible staff who made this the most stress free process to the coolest vibe ever!! The food was amazing the place is impeccable and talk about pay attention to detail!!! I really enjoyed my experience at Mangia E Bevi! It was a perfect anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, the servers were very attentive and I loved the atmosphere. They had great music, without it being too loud to talk. The local baked clams were perfect, loved the sauce and the zucchini linguini was delicious without being heavy. My husband had the salmon, which he enjoyed very much. We also had delicious drinks. This was our first dinner here, but it won’t be our last!!!

We finally tried Mangia Bevi— glad we did. It was our Anniversary so the three of us went to see the newly renovated restaurant. Personnel and staff were all very polite and professional. We were seated quickly and ordered cocktails and then received a bowl of fresh baked breads and rolls. My wife had a specialty cocktail, I had two fingers of Woodford and our daughter had a Shirley Temple. All the drinks were tasty. We shared an app of Calamari which was cooked perfectly! Our mains were a huge seared Tuna ( wife couldn’t finish), a fat juicy Pork chop and chicken fingers and fries (both of which were made in-house— you could tell). The food was simply fantastic! During our meal the Owner checked on us, the Chef, Bartender, waitress, bread bowl staff all checked on us and the bus staff combed the table between courses. Everyone treated us so well. We recommend anyone to have dinner here, you will not be disappointed! Compliments to Mangia Bevi for a great Anniversary night out. We will be back.

Really amazing service, everyone makes you feel like you’re part of the family there. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The coconut cocktail was incredible, and everything I ate was too good. Honestly the food is so good you want to eat every bite. I was so stuffed by the time dessert came, but had to eat the pumpkin cheesecake because, once again, it was delicious and baked to perfection. 5 stars love it will definitely be back

I honestly can't recommend Smoking Al's enough. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Sofia, our waitress, was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive, always coming back to check on us. James behind the bar was just as great, super friendly and welcoming. The service alone makes you want to come back. Toward the end of the night, I tried to place a late takeout order, but the kitchen had already closed so I couldn't get the brisket to go. I did order coleslaw to take home, and when they realized I couldn't get the rest of my order, they made the coleslaw free. That gesture really meant a lot and shows the kind of people they are. Great food, outstanding service, and genuinely good people. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to everyone without hesitation

Just took my husband here to celebrate his birthday and it was a resounding success. We were a party of 15 and everyone enjoyed their food. The burnt endz and fried pickle apps were a hit. The cornbread had a nice tender crumb and wasn't too sweet. We weren't fans of the mac n cheese but the beans, garlic mash, coleslaw were favorites. The ribs were cleaned off my husband's plate. The serving sizes were massive. None of us could finish lol. The only sour spot was that my mom in law burger was well done instead of medium, so she didn't really enjoy it. The sweet bbqc sauce was so amazing, one of us ordered a bottle. Taylor our waitress was attentive and took care of our every request. Would definitely come back here 100 percent.

The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the barbecue pulled chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The sides were just as good, baked beans, collard greens, crispy french fries and cornbread with a little touch of sweetness. Enjoyed the fried cheesecake for dessert. Great food, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere.

This place is fantastic! Ribs with pulled pork combo out of this world. Mac and cheese is perfect amount of cheese easy to eat not heavy . Sweet potato fries so good. The corn bread melt in your mouth delicious. If you haven't been you gotta try Smokin Al's, you'll be hooked!

The pork belly endz were superb and so was the ribs n' ribs combo. Baked beans amazing and good mac n cheese. Cornbread awesome and the brisket burnt endz tasty but on the tough side. Wish they were more like the pork belly endz which were like butter. The service is great and the staff is nice and friendly. Love it at Smokin' Al's.

WOW...I had to roll myself out of the BBQ spot. Every piece of food was so good I just couldn't stop eating! Big meaty wings, tasty onion rings, and nachos loaded to the brim. The chopped brisket had a lot of sauce on it, but was definitely good. Highly recommend if you're looking for a BBQ joint in the Massapequa area.

It was overall a great place. I’ve been once before and got the smoked chicken-which is what I recommend. This is first time trying their grilled chicken and I didn’t too care for it since it was pretty bland and I had to add a lot of black pepper and salt when it came to the table. However, the drinks were great and so were the ribs. I definitely recommend going here, the atmosphere and service is great.

Smoking Al’s was great all around. The food and service were both excellent. Portions were big enough to share. I highly recommend the nachos, brisket, and ribs. The garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. The collard greens were a little too vinegary for my taste, but still well made. It’s a great family spot and my kids loved it. Service was friendly and attentive. Great place and I would definitely come back.

The portions are huge, so you're definitely getting your money's worth! I got a 2 meat platter, and I got 3 meals out of it. My boyfriend and I shared my leftovers the next night. Be prepared if you get the haystack to not finish it. It's quite a mountain of onion straws. All of the food was good, except the sliced brisket. It was too overcooked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked the chili dip appetizer; it had a good amount of meat and I can't complain about the cheese on top. Sweet potato fries and the garlic mash potatoes were absolutely delicious sides. I enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork, but the ribs were very disappointing as they were tough and the seasoning didn't penetrate very deep.

As always, the food was very good and the service was friendly. They know how to make ribs. If you want bbq this is the place for you.

This was NOT the place to celebrate Valentine’s Day. No happy Valentine’s Day greeting from the greeter, not a single decoration for the occasion, not a special menu item for your palate, zip zero-nada! It was just another day at Mangia. The food was average at best which was very disappointing after reading so many great reviews. On a positive note our waiter was amazing and the drinks 🍷 were decent. The ladies room is immaculate. Unfortunately one and done for this spot for me. Simply over rated. Cheers to our next adventure 🥂

We ordered 3 sandwiches and an appetizer. The appetizer fried pickles was very good and the sauce was excellent. The sandwiches were pulled pork and beef brisket. Both were fine and the portions were huge. We had regular fries and sweet potatoe fries. They both were bland and boring. Another problem was 2 out of the 3 forks were dirty. One had dried food stuck to it and the other was sticky. Overall I was a little disappointed.

You hear stories about PTSD and you think to yourself how could something so horrible happen to such a good person.... Then you eat at Mangia E Bevi.... Then you understand.... We showed up at Mangia E Bevi for a 7pm reservation and were promptly seated. After a short wait of only 30 minutes and exhausting all our bread baskets, our waitress finally found the time to come over to introduce herself. After ordering our drinks they promptly brought them over another 30 minutes later, this gave us plenty of time to reflect on all the bad decisions we've made in our lives up to this point. After another short wait of ONLY 45 more minutes, they were kind enough to give us the opportunity to put in our dinner and appetizer orders. Thankfully during this brief intermission, we were rewarded with some of the best Disco instrumentals from the 70's from a DJ you wouldn't let work your grandmothers 80th Birthday.... It's hilarious that two members of our party and the owner asked the DJ to change the playlist and he refused. The management and the waitstaff all agreed the music was horrendous. Fast forward another hour and to our surprise 1/2 our appetizers showed up. Thankfully the DJ set the mood by playing the best Disco Elevator music of the late 70's while we waited for the other 1/2 of our appetizers. On a positive note the owner made sure to apologize repeatedly and offered us a bottle of wine... I know he was trying to make a gesture but this didn't make up for the 2 1/2 hours of waiting we've already endured. Finally the big moment came, the entrees. In case anyone at is keeping track, we ordered one veal dish.... How many did they try to bring us? Yes you guessed it... 3. It's amazing when your friend orders a pasta dish and they proceed to offer him anything but... after offering him veal for the 3rd time they came to the realization maybe he didn't order veal, so of course they offered him chicken... 1/2 of the dishes were either incorrect or had to be reordered because they never came to the table until much later. The owner handled this nightmare of a dinner amazingly well.... Then it got progressively worse. First he offered wine, then he said we shouldn't have booked a 12 top at 7pm because it's too much for the kitchen staff, to finally "Why can't you women be more happy like the men"... Keep in mind it was 10:45 and 3 of our women hadn't even been served their dinner yet. Just when we thought waiting 3 hours to be fed was the breaking point, our waitress went full savage and threw a cocktail in one of our faces. Refreshing! It's sad because we had such high hopes but the place failed in so many ways....

We have been going to this place for years, yesterday was the second visit this month. This was the first ever bad experience, but the way it was handled was poor! We Ordered pulled chicken and a sliced brisket. My mother in laws brisket was tough with bits of something hard in she picked from her teeth, she ate two slices max. My chicken tasted bland and unseasoned and the sauce tasted sour and just looked weird. It was inedible and the taste actually put us off. We didn’t even touch the sides. Between us we didn’t eat even eat a tablespoon of my meal and sent it back. Asked for the cheque. After almost ten minutes the girl came back, told us the manager tried it and “said it was fine, maybe we got a bad batch” so clearly didn’t try what we did. Took 50% off the bill to apologise. We paid it and left - and wish we hadn’t! Why were we charged for disgusting inedible food? the sauce was clearly off - it looks like it has split!
