The people here are super nice but the restaurant itself could use some work. It seems clean but there's hardly any food on the bar, and sometimes it looks a little undesirable. For the price it should be more and better. If you could grade them on friendliness alone they would be top notch

My family and I haven't been here to eat for a while. We came in and at 12:30 on a Saturday we were the only ones in there. We decided to give it a try anyways. There was very little selection. Only one side of buffet had lunch food the other side had desserts only. Not to mention they had cat videos playing on the TV. Lol so we'd hear random cat " meows" 😳 we called before we went and were told the wrong price per person they wouldn't honor the price when we said we called. We will NOT be returning.

This place is pretty rough. Stopped after a sports game and we were in a rush. The Food was old. Place was dirty. The glass above the food area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade. Floor had food all over it. Selection is limited. Can’t believe we didn’t get sick to be honest with you. Won’t be back again.

Place is a dump run down not a good selection of food I sat and drank a bottle so soda never ate will never go here again place needs to be shut down

Food was absolutely horrendous didn’t even eat one bite put it in our mouths and instantly spit it out and left service was great though… don’t recommend the food

Out of ogdensburg, Potsdam, or massena........ Massena is by far the worst. What little food available was dried out and crunchy. A romantic dinner for 2 was horrible. TV blaring kids songs, I swore we were gonna here baby shark. Ogdensburg is the best in my opinion, and I'm far from a fan of ogdensburg.

Horrible! Just horrible food. Hot foods were just as warm as the desert table. Place is grungy and dark. Serving utensils are dirty. The white spoon for the white rice had black dirty all in the grooves. Very minimal choices. Definitely not worth the $15/person. Save your coin and hit Burger King in front of it!!

The food was disgusting...barely warm and dried out, like it had been sitting for hours. We were each only able to eat a few bites, and nobody came to check on us and see if everything was okay...we sat under a large fake tree that had dust and cobwebs all through it. Prices are very high for such poor quality food, service, and atmosphere. I do not recommend this place.

Idk what happened to this place in the last 5 years but " what a dump" . Used to be an awesome place to go eat. Now By far the most depressing restaurant I've ever been to. I didn't dare eat much in fear of food poisoning. At 6 o'clock your getting whatever garbage is left from the day that hasn't sold and no more. Not that you would want to ,but you don't have to worry about not being able to try everything cause there isn't anything to speak of on the buffet. No fountain soda, your getting a 16oz bottle when you arrive. At a price tag of $35 for 2 people to eat it holds up poorly against every Chinese buffet within 60 miles. If you ever get a chance to eat here... DONT.

Food was barely warm and very limited. it was cold inside and I had to wear my coat to eat. One buffet was covered with wood, and only one Section of food and one of desert. Food had to be paid for before eating. I recommend a trip to Potsdam avoiding Massena. Even the food reminding me of leftovers!

The food was really oily. I did not like the texture of the beef.This version of sponge cake is nasty and sad. It taste like it has been in the freezer for over a week. NEVER TO RETURN
