For a first time customer...the girl at the cashier was patient and helpful! The 6 piece chicken tender meal was perfect for 2! The girl that delivered my food was attentive to the ppl in the dining area, (great job "table touching") and in general just a friendly atmosphere! I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area! Awesome food and amazing customer service!

The staff was immature and gossiping. Serving size was small but food was great!! Especially the milkshakes. Little cheap on the serving sizes again even with the whipped cream it was a dot onto of the shake 😂🤷‍♀️ all in all food was worth it. 👍

DQ has become a solid fast food option in a town without that many. The food (that's supposed to be) is hot and the service is quick. I usually do the drive through, but the interior has been "recently" remodeled.

The food was great. Nice and fresh and quickly prepared and served. I was happy with the meal and the service. I am confused on why the prices I paid seemed like I was overcharged and I wasn't given or offered my receipt. I ordered a $6 bacon cheeseburger meal and a small blizzard and was charged over $15 .

We have stopped here several times on trips with kids on field trips and the staff and management are always incredibly accommodating and friendly. Food is good. Quick service. Clean. No complainants about the service at all.

I do love me my Dairy Queen marshmallow milkshakes. Dropped by this location while out road trip through New York. The milkshake was good, but lacked the normal amount of whipped cream. The girls working at this location seemed to be more interested in the slumber party they was having instead of taking my order.

The food has a great menu at first. The major attraction is their ice cream and shakes. But their food is just frozen patties and French fries have doubts it’s anything fresh was almost always disappointed.

Service was very poor, the girl taking the order was not very friendly and acted as if we were bothering her. The girl at the pick up window was not very friendly, did not greet us or really speak at all. Just gave us the drinks and proceeded to talk to her co-worker about shopping and something to do with venmo. Then proceeds to hand us our bag of food that was covered in grease. The toast in the chicken tenders basket was hard and burnt. The onion rings were tiny and overcooked. Everything was very greasy. The fries were ice cold. Terrible experience.

My food was cold and chicken strips dry. My husband ordered the fish burger so they waited to bring my order with his, which is why mine was cold. However, my husband said the strawberry shake was real good!! When I went back to get my sundae, no one around then they forgot my ticket so had to show my receipt. They were not busy at this time.

I gave it 1 star for effort. I go in to get a large chocolate ice cream cone and on 5 occasions get 5 different sizes and it's obvious. That's why I go to sweet treats in hogansburg. The blizzards here at this dairy queen are excellent though. I also am never given napkins in the drive through ever. I had to ask and shouldn't have had to. Why is that? I'm not mad, just frustrated.
