Stopped by on New Years eve at about 9:45pm with the our family of 5. We quickly saw it was a skeleton crew of maybe 3 people plus whomever was in the back. We were greated quickly and taken to our booth. Took about 5 min to get drink order taken . Wasn't asked if our party wanted an appetizer, so I had to call the waiter as he got ready to leave with our drink order. Drinks took some time to get to our table but the appetizer got there shortly after. Took our meal order, which then took some time to arrive, considering there was only 2 other families and a couple of people at the bar. When the food arrived it was hot BUT they forgot my son's burger. We had to wait about another 5-7 min for the burger to arrive. Meanwhile our (wife and I) food cooled down as we waited for our son's meal. The other 2 meals for my children were good and almost gone. Even with the inconveniences the food was good and we enjoyed it as we got ready to continue with our New Years's Eve celebrations.

Very disappointed in our dining experience. We ordered wine, we received one in a wine glass and one in an on the rocks glass. Our server told us they were out of wine glasses although there were only 14 patrons in the restaurant. We ordered the house cab when we received the bill we were charged for the Josh which is not the house cab. We ordered a 1/2 order of ribs and the oriental chicken salad. We requested extra plates so we could share, The server provided bread and butter plates stating the kitchen was using the larger plates. Keep in mind there were only. 12-14 patrons in the restaurant. We spent more on our meal here than at Texas Roadhouse where the food is much better and less expensive. I will say our server did a good job. Our lousy experience was not his fault.

food was decent but I had placed a simple order through the phone 30 minutes in advance. I show up and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. it wasn't until I brought it up to a manager that they sped things up but then what's the point of ordering in advance if they're just gonna take their sweet time? what frustrated me more is that it wasn't even packed that night.

Our server, Amanda M., provided very poor service during our visit. Not once did she check in with our table or ask if we needed refills. When our food arrived, she had us grab the hot plates with our hands instead of placing them on the table, even though she was holding them with a mitten herself. Throughout the meal she was mostly gone in the back and only came to our table three times, once to drop off drinks, once to deliver the food, and once to bring the check. There was no effort to check on how the meal was or whether we needed anything. When it came time to pay, instead of taking our payment at the table, she asked me to stand up and go pay at the server kiosk. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unprofessional, and it was clear she didn’t want to be there. Customer service at this place used to be much better, but unfortunately this experience was very disappointing. Based on this visit, we won’t be returning.

Absolutely horrible experience, went there and nobody serviced me no sat me down at all, I was standing at the front for 10 minutes seeing waiters and employees pass by with no care at all to sit us down, will never show up here again and making sure no party does either, horrible place to be in

I just wanted a nice dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We started with a dirty table covered in crumbs; they only removed the plates and didn't even clean the table before seating my family. When the drinks were served, my son's lemonade had a small fly in his glass. The bathrooms were dirty, and the restaurant itself was dirty, unpleasant, and smelled bad.

Sat for 15 minutes and had to approach the hostess for service. Do not order any pasta! Was very crunchy and not fully cooked unfortunately 🤢. Make sure you ask for silverware and straws because they won't provide any unless you ask. Paid $40 for 2 people for the food to not be fully cooked. Very disappointed...

Horrible service from bar manager. We had ordered a beer on draft when the waiter brought it out he said that it was the last of what was left, we took a sip anyways and realized the beer tasted horrible, it was flat, and it was warm. We decided to send it back and order something else we didn’t see how it could be a problem, a few minutes later the bar manager approached us and had an attitude asking us why we sent the beer back, we told her and she said “well just because it was the last of it doesn’t mean it’s bad” and then proceed to question why we didn’t want it and had it sent back then told us we would still have to pay for it anyway being that it’s their policy they can’t discount any alcohol sent back. We said that’s not a problem we don’t care about having to pay it but we didn’t want to drink it since it tasted bad? Instead of being understanding and apologizing for the situation she approached it wrong and poorly, it made us feel as if we were in the wrong when all we did was ask if we could have our beer replaced. She needs to be taught how to handle situations with customers better she should not be a bar manger if she’s going to act poorly and rude towards customers. Very unprofessional will not be going back because of her.

I’m not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but I feel like my experience was so horrible that I needed to share. I went with my family for a birthday dinner , our server was JULIUS B. From the moment we got there he looked annoyed and was very hostile towards us the whole night. He ignored several guests in our table when they ordered, would often leave for long periods of time to sit at a table next to the bar with other employees, to a point that we had to stand up and go look for him. To what he would looked bother to provide us any service. He was very upset that in one point he even told us “another one??”. It was the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had, ever. There was a table that came after us, young ladies, and he was very attentive towards them and was happy to serve them. You can notice he will change his attitude as soon as we called him over to our table. He would literally turn around and change his demeanor towards us and showing that he was annoyed to serve us. To top it all off, the A/C didn’t work, the carpet close to our table was soaking wet and they set up a fan to cool off that section. At the end of the night when we paid, he charged us and kept the change. We waited for him and he never came back, then we saw him serving the table of girls and we felt uncomfortable even approaching him for the change so we just left. Honestly this is one our fav places to go and unwind, we have been going to this place for several years now. We usually have a server named ANDREW that goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. But this time we really regret going there to celebrate something so special like a birthday. It was a very disappointing experience and I am sharing this in hopes that it doesn’t happen to someone else, because it was very belittling. It was honestly the worst feeling ever.

As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, it smelled like old dirty water, it was like they used old dirty water to clean everything, the dishes had dried food and the atmosphere was just not it. All the employees were sitting around not doing anything, our waiter never came to check on us, he just took our orders and never came back until we asked for the check. Employees were talking about wanting to go home in front of customers. All in all worst Applebees I’ve ever gone to.

Thanks to the ads about the $14.99 Buffet All You Can Eat (Mix & Match) deal between Boneless Wings, Riblets, and Fried Shrimps. To be honest, it sounded interesting and tempting enough that I took my family to come and try it out! But what we got was disappointment. The Riblets were so dry and we dont even know if it is really ribs! Then we have portion of how it was served! The moment we entered the restaurant, we already feel that we weren’t welcome from the host to the waitress! Asking for additional sauce and utensils would take up to 20 minutes when the restaurant wasnt even busy at all. And Hygiene! Fork and spoons were both stained and dirty, we not talking about water marks, we can still saw the fat that was still on it. So if it is worth it to get this deal and dining here, I would say a big NO!
