Great all around. They have every other booth and table closed off to maintain safe distances and the wait staff all wore masks, fast, and friendly (especially Lilly). We had the burger and fried chicken which are so good I could make a meal from just them. Also had the fried catfish which was delicious - hot and crispy. Very generous portions, too. I recommend this place for friends and family, great and professional customer service, good prices with great food 🥘. I love this experience and I’ll definitely come back here again.

Food is good tasted, but I didn’t feel very Healthy. Margaritas of the day are super sweeet, lot more than usual sweetness. I had to ask for a different drink after tasting. But decent happy hour drinks . Prices are very reasonable for a restaurant style fast food. Staff is pretty nice as well. Atmosphere can be updated to newer style but for now it looks like old self.

Edit three years later: the food is delicious! Quite surprising for a franchise restaurant. The steak was cooked well, and the mashed potatoes were Devine. I find it interesting how it's easier to buy the 3 for 3 than individually. The server was attentive and gave us two drinks to go. I'm certain we'll be back. _________________________________________ At first I was going to give them 3 stars off the bat. Because the baby changing table was horrendously dirty. It either had mold on it or someone smoked something on it. But 4 stars for the sweet waiter. The one with the short blond bob haircut. We came because I called ahead of time and the lady on the phone said they sing happy birthday to kids. Well..... Sadly she lied. My 1 year old came with us. But at the end of the meal, she happily announced it to the entire place and everyone clapped. Worked just as well ! I'd like to personally thank her for that because we could not have an expensive party this year due to covid. The food itself was great ! I will say, the steak had just a little too much seasoning on it. A little too salty for my taste. If you don't eat pork like me, ask for no bacon bits on top of the mashed potatoes, or you'll have to sit there and rip them off with a fork. It's a topping with the melted cheese. I should have mentioned that. The mashed potatoes were good. My baby ate almost the entire plate along with some avocado pieces. My other son ordered a pizza and mashed potatoes. These are really meant for kids, as they were soft with little to no crispiness. The fries can be a little salty too so we opted for adding no seasoning. They tasted great ! The blooming onion was delicious too. The seasoning on it made it a tad bit sweet as well. Finally the lava cakes were amazing ! Like probably the best cake I've had in awhile. We didn't leave any left over. Our total came out to 57+ dollars today. Each entree was from 10-16 dollars.

We always have a good experience here. We were sat immediately and had a very friendly waitress. The food was relatively good, husband got brisket and ribs he loved the ribs brisket not so much said it was over done and dry. I ordered mango chicken with shrimp, loved it. Kids got pizza, burger bites and quesadillas for the youngest. The quesadilla was a lil hard on the edges but he didnt seem to mind. Will definitely return.

They need to mostly work on improving their food which is the main reason for me to go out restaurant. Chicken crispers werr way to hard. Boneless wings wetr unevenly cooked, some were very hard and some very soft.

November 16, 2024 ⭐️⭐️ The service was so slow 😤. We had to constantly ask for things because our waiter didn’t think to check on us 🙄. When we did ask, she kept forgetting! It was beyond frustrating—I was about ready to go into the kitchen myself and get what I needed 😠. On the bright side, the food and drinks were good 🥩🍹, but that didn’t make up for the poor service. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re constantly waiting or chasing down your server. Definitely not the best experience.

I genuinely do not feel bad for writing this review whatsoever. The atmosphere in this Chili’s is utterly disgusting. The seating areas are gross, you can literally see built up grease or some type of grime on the booths. The tables and chairs feel sticky, the air feels sticky. DO NOT get me started on the air, either the air quality is just low or that place genuinely smells so funky. I cannot describe the smell, I was getting nauseous sitting down, and even on my way to the bathroom I had to hold my breath. I was fighting back the urge to puke in those bathrooms. I wouldn’t even consider throwing up in those bathrooms, that’s how bad they were. The drains on the floors had water coming out of them and the stall doors had built up dirt on them. I was in and out of them in the time I was seated to 10 mins after getting my food. I know I probably sound like an uncredible source right now, but I promise you, step foot in this restaurant and you’ll know exactly what I am talking about.

We were planning to go to Blue Goose, but my daughter wanted to try 3Dipper instead — worst decision ever. We dropped almost $90 on what can only be described as absolute garbage. We ordered the fajitas, and they came out cold. I didn’t want to make a scene, but they were completely inedible. When I told the waitress, she reheated them — which made it worse. Fajitas should come out sizzling hot, not microwaved. The table next to us got theirs fresh and steaming while we sat there with a sad, reheated plate. To top it off, the food made us both sick. And in this economy, who can afford to throw away nearly $100 on food that makes you feel worse after eating it? Total waste of time and money. Never again.

I should have read the reviews on this location prior to placing an order. It was late and was on the way home and had decided to grab food for take away and placed an order on the app. Needless to say I won’t be doing that ever again! When I arrived at the restaurant to pickup order, no one was there at the pickup counter and I stood there for awhile waiting all while an employee is fixing people’s hair at the bar. Seriously, what the hell is wrong with you people?! Are you a restaurant or a beauty salon with 0 customer service? Pretty sure there is no standard or code anymore and your establishment has fallen. Definitely will not be returning or ordering food anymore and will warn others of the lack of quality at your restaurant. Plus employees are too busy talking about what they want to buy, which appeared to be some exotic clothing but hey I guess it’s ok to just ignore customers and talk amongst each other like this is the parking lot. As for my crappy order, I had ordered a Cajun chicken Parmesan that had barely any sauce on it, noodles were still hot properly cooked and barely any chicken with the meal. We had also ordered a Steak was not cooked properly and did not taste well that ended up throwing it away. In a nutshell, don’t bother with this franchise anymore.

Last Sunday night, around 9:20 p.m., I arrived at this Chili’s location after driving approximately 30 minutes from Princeton. Upon arrival, the host tech informed us there would be a 45-minute wait. I kindly responded that it was not a problem and that I was willing to wait. After such a long drive, I was ready to wait as long as necessary. However, after about 20 minutes, another server came out and told us they would not be able to seat us because the restaurant would be closing soon. Despite the restaurant appearing almost empty, with very few guests inside, we were asked to leave. Not only did I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed, but I also felt that my time was disrespected and wasted, which I find completely unacceptable. I want to make it clear that this review is directed specifically at this location and not at the Chili’s brand overall, as I am a frequent customer and have never encountered a situation like this before. On this occasion, I felt ignored, discriminated against, and deeply undervalued as a customer. This location should seriously reconsider how it handles customer service and ensure that posted business hours are respected. No customer should ever feel dismissed, rejected, or have their valuable time wasted after placing their trust in a brand that usually offers excellent service.

I spent almost $20 on my order. I wanted the Cajun Pasta with no meat, onions or tomato. So basically the noodles, Alfredo, Parmesan and Cajun seasoning. Well when I got my food I barely had any pasta. And it was very poorly made. It didn’t have Parmesan or Cajun season. It was just noodles and sauce. On top of that the garlic bread was very soggy and gross. Overall I’m very upset and disappointed.
