Love this place!! Their limited timed Dubai Chocolate Drink is awesome. It is personally my favorite burger location. Of all the places, their burgers are just wow!! But, the size of the burger and cost is not efficient. The cost of food items here are way above any other!!

No one! I repeat. No one does burgers better than Shake Shack. From New York to Istanbul to Cambridge, now to Dallas, the consistency of taste and service is commendable. My wife now covers my head with a cloth if she sees a Shake Shack location coming up.

We visited Shake Shack McKinney on a stormy Monday night. The burger, chicken Sandwich, and fries were all hot and tasty. The wife had a shake she enjoyed, too. Counter service was excellent with courteous employees. We will definitely visit this shake shack again in the near future.

Tried the Korean bbq chicken sandwich and burger. Liked the flavors.

Came here to eat with my family. They have kiosk’s inside that you can order from with limited customization. There are no kids menu items at all so we had to order large adult size portions for our two small children. Otherwise the food and shakes are really good. more on the pricey side, if you’re coming here with a family.

We went to this place for a quick bite. They had a good selection of burgers. I ordered a French onion burger and my husband ordered a gluten free one. He also ordered an ice tea. Food was good but not extraordinary. Ambiance was good and it wasn’t that crowded when we went. The restroom wasn’t well maintained. I would recommend this place only if you want fast food on the go.

The restaurant was clean and we had no problem seating our large family of 7. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Our order was not correct the first round. They missed a drink and someone's burger. Which, not too big of a deal. We weren't in a rush, and they quickly corrected it for us and apologized. The food was delicious. There is a wine menu, which to me the atmosphere and menu options don't pair well with having wine, so that was a little confusing. But, to each there own.

7/14/2025 - First visit to Shake Shack. The restaurant wasn't really busy when we arrived. We looked over the posted menu on the wall and decided what we were going to get. Im not a big fan of the self-help registers or order takers, but we still placed our order on the automated device. My wife ordered a Double Cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce and Fried Pickles. I ordered the Smoke Shack burger, Cheesy Fries, and a Cherry Lemonade. After placing and paying for our order, we waited approximately (10) ten minutes before our to go order was brought to us. A short time later we arrived at home and ate our food. We both agree our food was delicious. All in all, the restaurant was clean and quiet, our food was delicious. However, the price of food is a little spendy for what you get. Lastly, as I mentioned above, im not a fan of the automated self-service registers. We will most likely return to Shake Shack again.

This was my first time ever to try Shake Shack. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! You are extremely limited on how you can order your burger, and the sparse burger meat literally had no flavor whatsoever. When I received my bagged order, I thought I had the wrong order. It looked like I had two children's meals in my bag!! Their burgers are so small (and my order was for double-patties) and so are their portions for fries. I paid over $35 for awful food and small portions. NEVER buying from this place again! The only positive experience was their staff--so very polite and professional for being so young! They were a pleasure to speak with!! Since I went through the drive-through, I did not rate their atmosphere.

BEWARE!!! 11/8/25 at 5pm…..What I ordered vs what I received. $13.00 for a mediocre burger! I’m so sick and tired of spending my hard earned money on food and not getting what’s advertised. A penny worth of avocado??? really!?! I’ll never return.

These patties are so thin there’s zero excuse for them to be raw. My man was halfway through before realizing it was basically still mooing. Looks like it got rolled out of a tube and waved over the grill for 60 seconds.

76$ for 4 people. The prices are definitely way too high for the quality food that they are handing out. Hardly and good options on the menu and the options they do have are just the same burger multiple times. Was highly disappointed in the cheese and bacon fries as the fries was simply covered in hard processed cheese (hard gas station nacho cheese) and it seemed almost store bought.The cheese on the burgers was almost the same and the only positive thing I’d say is that the fries were above average. The drinks are about as poor as the food, their lemonade is horrible and tastes like dishwater with lemon added, would not recommend anything here . Chicken tenders were so greasy that not even the one year old would eat them, out of the whole party, 2 of the 4 left sick. Had to pay 3.99 to get a ginger ale and refills are not free. Water tastes like tap water and they don’t have a drink machine. On the plus side the one person that was on the side cleaning and refilling drinks was very sweet and attentive and made sure we had what we needed.

Warning ⚠️ Do not let the photos fool you! I had previously tried shake shack and was highly disappointed. I decided to give them another chance thinking maybe it was the previous location. They did not fail to disappoint. After spending almost 20 dollars in a meal, the pictures attached to this post was what was given to us to eat. The fries were just the most basic crinkle cut fries you could get at any grocery store. No special seasoning or sauce to set them apart. The size of the burger is comparable to a 2 dollar McDonald's cheeseburger. Completely not worth the money for the poor quality, non uniqueness of the food, and the lack of presentation of the final product. There are much better options available.
