Very good tea, lots and lots of options, friendly service, decent prices, easy parking, I have no complaints. I got a mango tea with mango popping boba for myself, and a dongola (I think) coffee latte with onyx boba and a peach tea with golden boba for my friends and they loved it. A small is a little expensive but it's only 0.75 cents more for a regular, so get a regular if you want more bang for your buck. I'm interested to try the rest of their flavors and I'll be coming back!

Just had one of the best boba teas in a while! It was a simple mix of strawberry and milk — no added sugar, but still perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Loved the freshness and how customizable it was — so many boba options to choose from. Definitely a go-to spot for quality boba!

Took the fam out for some Boba before afternoon baseball games. This place was very nice; delicious drinks, clean and cozy place to sit. Staff was friendly and helpful, a good value, well recommended.

I love ding tea! From the people, to the atmosphere, to the boba, it’s all perfection! I love the taro milk tea, jasmine green milk tea, and the kiwi honey sweet, but there are so many amazing options to choose from! The staff is so kind and helpful and the drinks are always ready quickly. Best boba in DFW!! Highly recommend.

I recently moved to McKinney and I never tried Ding Tea anywhere before. I am a fan of Gong cha and felt bad it was far away. I went to target and saw this place besides. I wanted to give it a try and went inside. It is decorated beautifully and the staff were friendly. I tried their tiramisu foam monster boba and it was delicious… And now I don’t miss gong cha anymore I found my new go to boba place.

This place has a wide variety of options. They also put rotating seasonal drinks on the menu. You order on 1 of 2 kiosks, which is cool, because you can learn all your options and may find new things to try that you didn't know they had. I love that!!! This was my 1st visit on 3/10/25. The place is very clean and they have a nice atmosphere. They even have plush toys for kids to play with! I ordered the signature milk tea with aloe vera and crystal boba. You can choose your sugar level. I did 30% and it's absolutely delicious! However, the aloe and crystal boba are sweet and the tea would have also been delicious without any sugar. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back!

5 STARS! This place is amazing, and much better than other places in the area, their staff are also impeccable and so polite. However their posters around the store are a little odd. They have multiple with items that aren’t even available! Like the sea salt cream or cre’me bru’lee. Even some drinks like the Sea Monster (which is on their big sign outside) or the Strawberry Frostie. They also have label stickers covering the unavailable items on those posters. Lovely place but it’s a little unprofessional.

Oh my word this drink is amazing ! I have never even heard of this place until I passed by it to get to Target. I went in with no expectations. I came out loving my drink completely. Definitely coming back. My drink is a mixture of the honey milk tea and the vanilla milk tea with a little bit of sea cream. It's sweet and creamy obviously, but there's just a whole new level to The Taste adding the honey and the vanilla. If you love Boba Tea definitely try this place. They have so many different things you could put inside of it.

I love Ding Tea! They have a wide variety of beverages, from Milk Teas, to Yakults, to Coffees, and on! I and my daughters especially love their latest food item addition, the Mochinut. It combines the elements of mochi and a cake donut, in a wonderful way! The flavors are out of this world also! The few we tried were Tiger Churro, Thai Tea, Earl Gray Tea, Matcha, Taro, and Choco-Nana. Definitely worth the stop in, if you're close by. The service is neat, polite, they keep a tidy store, and very comfortable atmosphere.

So happy to find this place in the McKinney area. Definitely the best boba shop in the area. I had their Signature Milk Tea with Golden Boba and my wife had the Green tea Yakult. Both very very good! Definitely gonna come back.

First time!! The vibe in the room! It was very calming and quiet. the music was a good volume and the Christmas choice was great! I got the strawberry milk tea with added boba! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

What a great place, the mood is nice and i got the matchcand wow iv had alot of match drinks and this takes the cake, my friend got a milk tea with 50% sugar and i personally thought they got the sweetness just right on her drink. Definitely would reccomand this place to try!

Only good boba place in McKinney with consistent drinks and toppings but not flexible for redeeming a free drink on your birthday. It has to be on your birthday, can't be the day after if you happen to be busy on your actual birthday. 🤷‍♀️

This was my first time here, the boba and milk tea was pretty good, not the best I've had but still tasty. Very disappointed to see the low quality ai flyer by the pick up counter, though. It made the slightly above mediocre experience much worse.

Not sure what’s going on but I’m gonna have to stop coming here. It was my favorite but that monster boba ain’t the same nomo:( hate the new cups too lol

Came with my 3 kids on a whim. We had never been before. I ordered the Hazelnut Milk Tea with coconut jelly’s. It was pretty good. My teenage kids found their drinks to be too sweet. I did notice that you can adjust the sweetness of your drink, which is a nice feature, but we didn’t know ahead of time that the sweetness level would be too high for them. My only gripe is, how expensive this place is and the boba isn’t even included in the drink. You have to have it added for $.75. So your small drink that consists mostly of ice, is about $7. Wow! They’re making a killing! We won’t be back here. We get more boba for the same price at other boba tea places.

I ordered off of uber eats and the pictures show boba in the drinks. There isn’t an option to add regular boba when choosing your drink, so I assumed it already came with it. Update your information and clarify what the drink comes with. Why would someone order from a boba place and get a drink without boba?

Visited twice, and will not be returning. The milk teas were very diluted and lacking in flavors, but what was more concerning my last visit was the lack of hygiene. When I stated that the tea was not good, and requested if it would be possible for either a remake (wanted to give the benefit it was a one time mistake) , they said it can be done. But after I had ordered, one of the baristas after taking my payment did not use a sponge to clean the container where the milk tea is prepared. Instead, she used her own hand to rinse it out. I have never seen such behavior and without gloves either it was frankly, disgusting. Lastly after cleaning the container, she went to the backroom behind the close curtains, , and with the other young employee started laughing and then came out . The curtains unfortunately somewhat censored but through the slip, I could only see it was close to the trash can. Looking back, I was foolish to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I took one sip and I was done. Growing up from Cali, I have NEVER had a bad Ding Tea drink as it's all measured with pre-made formulas until coming to this location. I wanted to support a local milk tea place in the area since there weren't many but with this type of behavior, improper hygiene and lack of flavors in unacceptable. Just overall very disappointed. I'm not sure why others give this place good reviews when the drinks aren't good but I guess if they just get anything BUT the milk teas, I can see that. Looking at past reviews, like Sushma's and a few others, I really agree that customer service and flavors here are truly lacking.

The staff accidentally spilled nearly half of my drink while sealing it, and instead of remaking it, they just added more ice and milk to fill it up. To make matters worse, the cup was sticky on the outside, and I had to clean it myself. I asked another staff member for a new drink and explained what had happened, hoping for a better experience. However, she rudely dismissed my concern, saying the flavor wouldn't change since it was just "milk and ice." That's not the point.., when I pay for a drink, I expect it to be made properly, with a clean cup and full attention to detail. I won’t be returning here. If customer service and drink quality matter to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
