I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff at this Dutch Bros was! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain my drink options, including which milk would be the best for a sugar-free choice. Their recommendation was super helpful, and I absolutely loved my sugar-free Golden Eagle! Great service, great drinks, I highly recommend stopping by!

My love for Dutch bros is endless. They got me through college, was part of every high school football game, and we always went before cleaning up day at home. I guess it was our motivation. Try a rebel! The James Dean is great—strawberry, peach, coconut. Or try blue raspberry, orange, and almond and it tastes like a fruit roll up. You could also try a frost with dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate mac, and caramel.

We decided to try Dutch Bros after this was opened for sometime. Dutch Bros Coffee shop is a vibrant and energetic place with friendly staff, offering a variety of delicious coffee and beverage options. The enthusiastic atmosphere and quick service make it a great spot for a caffeine and decaffeinated drinks. We had Picture Perfect and Dutch freeze which tasted extremely good and very high quality.

Incredible coffee. I am so happy we have on in North Dallas. Here's hoping for another one in Melissa/Anna. :) The workers are always pleasant and the drinks are always top notch.

I saw that Dutch Bros in McKinney opened and decided to check it out. Despite the long line, it was managed very well and took less than 10 minutes to order and receive our drinks. Even with how busy it was, the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Tried the kicker cold brew (Irish Cream) which was delicious and not overly sweet.

Update: came back in the afternoon and learned that my level of sweetness is 1/2 what their norm is. Ordered a Nutty Irishman and very much enjoyed it! Updating to 5stars! The line was so long that they had a sheriff's department directing it around the shopping plaza. Today was the opening day and we went to give them a try since never had their coffee before. The energy was hyped up this morning from everyone we interacted with. They definitely keep their uniqueness. Coffee was good, but a bit too sweet for my 5am morning. I'll probably be back at some point, but later in the day.

Apparently this place is popular there was a 20 min car line being directed by the local Sheriff. There were greeters handing out menus to the cars, and they took our order and offered suggestions. Our drinks were made quickly and well. We ordered a Caramelizer caramel mocha blended with whipped cream and a Tiger's blood strawberry and coconut lemonade blended. Wow the Caramelizer was delicious. It was well balanced not too sweet and the coffee flavor was present but not overpowering. The Tiger's blood was like a snow one slushy. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I'm sure kids would love it. The menu has lots of options I look forward to trying a tea on my next visit!

it was great wasn't aware you could go in the second or right hand lane and scoot in. in front of the inside lane. a big advantage when there are a dozen in the inside lane. I asked at the window and they told me that is what you do and they had a sign but a large truck knocked it down and no replacement.

Espresso can’t actually “burn” once it’s brewed, but pouring boiling water directly on top can make it taste harsh and bitter. The better way? Pour the espresso into the hot water instead. This keeps the flavor smooth and balanced without that burnt edge. Next time, flip the pour order and taste the difference! 11:35AM CST SEPT 6, 2025

Came through the line and once I came up to the window to receive my drink, I was brutally rushed out by the manager. I believe they said her name was angel. I didn’t even have my drink in hand when I kept hearing her tell me bye and pointed as if wanting me to leave immediately. It wasn’t even busy mind you. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a paying customer. I will not be returning due to seeing how the manager of this shop treats customers. The other staff was very sweet.

I always come here for my coffee and its usually good but today staff was different and manager was extremely rude, got my latte cold and when i asked to get it hot, she told me to go back of the line and kept arguing that it was hot and not cold, like i was lying. I like coming here so hope they fix it.

Careful pulling in here… they don’t run their lines like other locations so you’ll be waiting. They are rarely outside managing the loves to speed things up. You’ll have to order at the window cause they don’t want to come outside to do orders, so you’ll be waiting a while. Not the location to go to if you’re in a hurry.

I love coffee, and was dying to try a new place. I saw so many people with the cups, I thought it must be amazing. ...I was SO disappointed. I found it to be nothing but frustration and disappointment. I ordered a pumkin-something that the drive through girl suggested - it was so overpriced- close to 9 dollars! It wasn't even a very large cup, it looked less than 20oz. And the cup was so filled with ice, I feel like I got about four sips before it was gone! I wish I could comment on the flavor, but there was so little product, it's not memorable enough...but I DO remember feeling ripped off....and grossed out - the girl in the drive through line had her long hair down, and I remember hoping she wouldn't be the one going in and making drinks. I know this place is very popular, and my review will matter very little, but maybe it will save someone else from wasting their money. I didn't call to get a refund because I also did not receive a receipt, so I had no proof of purchase to refer to.
