Five Guys is a pretty tried and true option for a good burger customizable for gluten free. My burger was lettuce wrapped but not as good as it could be and some of the options were wrong but not unpleasantly. The restaurant was clean and the layout was friendly to kids, a large party and the music was good. The order taker was a tiny bit impatient but I was also managing a toddler so maybe we were both not so good. All in all it was a win.

I got a Bacon Cheese Burger with fries . The burger was great, but the fries were kinda greasy and a little soggy, but they give you way more than the fry containers can hold, so thats a plus. Good atmosphere, clean building. The food was a little pricey. The 3 of us cost $58. Food is way better than in-&-out burger in my opinion.

First time back in months and it hasn’t gotten any better. It is obvious that the food preparers don’t really care as they slap together a mess between two bums. Taste was good, but I had to take my burger apart and re-build it so that my few toppings were spread across the burger and not slopped on one side and falling off. Also, I’m sick of being asked for a tip when I pay at the register. I walk up to order my meal and I pick it up when it’s ready. Why the heck should I tip a cashier and food preparers before I get any food. I don’t tip food preparers anyway. Tips are for servers who do a good job of making my dining experience good. Nobody here did anything warranting a tip, so don’t ask for one! Will go somewhere else the next time I want a burger.

This has turned into a disappointment burger chain. They charge a premium price for a less than average burger. Also, take a look at their drink cups and they boast about all the awards they have received...a decade ago! Five guys, what awards have you received recently? Nothing. With too many grwat burger places around, you are not on the list for further consideration. I hope you guys get back in the game.

Nothing special. The burger had absolutely no seasoning at all. A little salt can really help the meat taste good. Not worth $11 for a tasteless burger.

Ordered from this location using doordash for delivery so can't comment on interior atmosphere I get a call from the store manager saying they are out of hamburger buns which is fine and they asked if we wanted to sub that for lettuce wraps or bowls we subbed that for bowls for the 2 burgers which comes in little tin pans the cajun fries were excellent but the most ridiculous and infuriating part was that we also had a plain grilled cheese on the order with no toppings and when that portion arrived it was in a tin pan as well but it is just 2 pieces of lettuce with slightly melted cheese in between which cost us almost $8 the manager never mentioned they were out of bread as well while talking as five guys has products like hot dogs as well if we would have known that they were out of bread we would have canceled that portion of the order immediately. If the restaurant was aware of lack of bread on top of burger buns they should have communicated that while on the phone to either me or the dasher that was they in person it would have been slightly better if lettuce was even on that portion of the order but it was not it was supposed to be just grilled chesse

I ordered a hot dog with mustard, bbq sauce, relish, jalapeños, and grilled onions. However, what I received was just meat and bread.

5 guys is always my go-to when I don't want to cook. I moved from OR and tried this location twice, both times were a huge disappointment. Ordered a regular fry and got a kids serving. Both times the fries were cold and stale. Even the burgers don't hit the same. I gave this place a 2nd try but it also sucked. Wouldn't recommend this location. Unfortunate as its the only one near me but I'll just have to find somewhere else to spend my money

Took too long to complete an online order. Staff is always mad for no reason and act like they don’t want to work. Food was bad.

I will continue to prefer mooyah! It was more convenient today to go to five guys for a burger but I truly regret it. Walking through the door I was happily greeted by the young men at the grill, but as I read the menu a young lady stepped up to the register with her hat pulled down where I could not see her face, and she spoke in a voice I could barely hear "what can I get you" ? I said I'd like a double cheeseburger with... And she asked if I wanted that in a combo with fries and drink and I said no thank you. She had an annoyed look on her face when I did see her face and I asked if she was having a bad day... She just glared at me and asked if I wanted onions... I was shocked to be treated so poorly with no context. I asked if they had raw onions and instead of answering she just tapped on the order screen. Ask her how big the different sizes of fries are and she just raised her hands and turned around towards the manager after giving me another glare. Then I asked to the group of five guys if I can speak to the manager. George came up and introduced himself as the manager. I said I don't know what's going on with the young lady, but she should not be treating customers with glares and looks of disgust. George showed me the container for the fries and I finished my order. I encouraged him to look at the cameras to get some clue but I have a feeling all they will see is her hat covering her face. Go to mooyah. The burger today was excellent, but I won't return when they have people that mistreat customers. I should probably alert the area manager. They should know what's going on in their stores.

Everytime I come to do a delivery order here they don't start making it till I show up and it wastes my time and can cause me to lose other orders. It should be ready when I arrive not getting started when they hear the name for the order. There's never anyone here why am I waiting. Milkshake is more like milk.

Come get your Corona with this dine in order. There's one hand sanitizing station but it no where near the serve yourself drinks, condiments, and trash bin. Close the dine in area! You clearly aren't ready for people to dine inside the restaurant!
