Highly recommend the Lone Star. The smoked brisket goes well with cilantro. Gordo essentially is a cheese burger + fries in a quesadilla. Good choice for kids. Founder is a little like a supreme pizza with mushroom, green pepper and onion. Regular size comes with 2 pieces and Gorilla size comes with 4 pieces. Once you figure out your favorite, Mega Dillas are the best deal. Enough to feed 4-6, but only costs 2 quesadilla’s price.

Decent options for quesadillas! I had the steak but chicken bacon ranch & spinach mushroom others in my party had were even better. Customer service was top notch. Only disappointed they charged for salsa and guacamole which we did not receive.

Dillas has patio seating, indoor seating, take out and delivery of all things quesadillas and more We got the plain o (chicken)and the blue bonnet (Vegetarian) They were passable.

I had been wanting to try this place out because they had gluten free options. The young man at the register was very kind. The food was pretty quick and hot. I ordered bacon chicken ranch. My daughter just a cheese quesadilla. We also had chips and queso. It was very good. The only negative I had was the cleanliness. All the tables looked greasy and the place just seemed dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. It didn’t seem as though it had been cleaned in awhile, the whole place that is. There was no other patrons when we were there. That makes you wonder how clean the prep/kitchen area is. Not sure if I will go back.

My old review was 5 stars. I'll leave it below so I don't forget. It's like 745pm on a Tuesday this salsa can't be fresh. If it is what are y'all doing. Inedible. And the guac is definitely not fresh. Guac is not supposed to be bitter. Literally wasn't going to have dinner here anyway but I couldn't snack here and I really wanted to. Sprite sprayed on my kids sweater and I showed the workers and they said nothing lol. Thanks y'all My cashier was excellent, very sweet and helpful and my food was ready after not too long of a wait, and the presentation was pretty good. Me not liking Pico much is a me thing, but the Lonestar Quesadilla is my go to. I also love that they have kids meals available WITH fries. Will keep coming back 🤗

Ok. So we stopped in because we had not tried this place before and the Drive Thru appeared busy. We entered and the selections all sounded good. After ordering, we went to sit down, but several spots were dirty and the entire dining area was freezing (think AC was on because vents were blowing cold air right at some if the tables). So the order came out in pieces, with some of our family getting theirs quesadillas but not sides right away. The lady explained there was an error and the wrong quesadilla was made (she gave it to us for free because "...they didn't want to waste it.") The last quesadilla came out shortly after the sides. The sides were mixed up and every quesadilla came with the same dip (1 was supposed to have buttermilk ranch, one jalapeno ranch, and 1 churry dip). The proportional size and cost for a "Gorilla" size seemed like they were over priced (pics show what I was expect a regular quesadilla would look like, not an "overstuffed" one as described on menu for Gorilla size). The smoke brisket in the Lonestar was great. The Black and Bleu was just ok and the Gordo, my son was not a fan of (I tried it and it was kind of bland). The queso for the chips side was extremely salty and the toppings on the Gorilla Fries were slim. We may try again, but not to eat in for sure due to cleanliness, freezing temps inside, and the level of service (was 630 on a Wednesday night). Am unsure if they would get a large order right in drive thru but if by myself I may try again because the Lonestar and Gorilla Fries were pretty good in flavor...

Haven’t had Dillas in awhile. My excitement was quickly cut short. Not a fan of onion but can deal with them. Ordered my monster with no onion. It had onion. But the most disappointing part was the portions. You can see the lack of brisket in the photo. Barely any meat in this 17 dollar quesadilla.. tons of cilantro and onions and cheese.

This is my second or third time here since they opened. It has been just long enough since my last visit to forget that a regular size quesadilla is $16 and the service is blah, and the fries are always served cold, even after asking for fresh fries. If you want to spend $20 for a quesadilla with cold fries, this is the place to go.

Marginal at best. The staff was okay, but my expectations for Gen Z and millennials are low. The restaurant was clean. The food had good flavor but was light on meat—$37 feels steep for what’s basically a flavored tortilla with a pinch of filling. I’d return if there were no other options, but otherwise, I’d keep driving. Take it for what it’s worth.

I am very disappointed when it comes to this location. They had me waiting in my car for 20 minutes to receive a kids chicken quesadilla meal. I finally went back around the drive-through and told them either. They are going to have to give it to me another day or give me the food now, but I have to leave as I had my children in the backseat. It had to get them pumped. They then had the food ready for me and gave it to me through the window. I said to myself surely this is very very fresh since I waited this long for the food and to my surprise it was not the fries were cold and the quesadilla tasted disgusting. I’m not sure how you mess up a chicken quesadilla when you are quesadilla place but it was not good at all. On top of that, the staff acted like I was not supposed to ask for the food to come earlier than it took. Their attitudes are unbelievable. They weren’t even apologetic for the way. If I could give it a zero star I would, but I’m gonna be generous today and give them one.

Yesterday I had a food delivery order that was a combination of another restaurant and DILLAS. I had already picked up the first order. When I arrived at DILLAS I presented my food order to the young black girl. She told me they were working on it. While i waited, I saw the staff processing food orders that were made after I arrived and that they were completing through the drive-thru. The staff that was doing this included the young lady that told me my order was being worked on. Finally, after 19 minutes went by. I asked one of the employees that came close to where I was standing. Could I speak with the manager. She went back to the kitchen and got an employee that came up and I tried to explain to her that my time is valuable here and I'm working on an order that's a combination order in which the first order had been picked up and the second order was not being done in a reasonable manner by this staff at DILLAS. That employee went back and says up into another employee and that employee instructor her to look where they keep finished orders or something to that effect because she went to a food wedding error and the order I was there for was already done. She handed me the order and I left the store. The problem is that the first young lady was not trained or purposefully gave me wrong information about my order being worked on and I waited 20 plus minutes before somebody came back over so that I can ask what was going on with my order. They have been slow before this business so I haven't had this particular problem before but the whole vibe of the people working. The people that talk to me was that it was no big deal. I didn't get any feedback from the staff at the restaurant. I asked for that restaurant to be removed from my choices of business to fuel orders from because I just don't like the negativity and the unprofessionalism.

I went there yesterday. 18 dollars for two triangle quesadillas with fries and a drink. I decided to go thru drive thru and sit in my car and eat(glad I did) when I opened the container i literally had 10 fries.. TEN. So I walked in there and told the girl at the front.. she then I’m assuming went to the person in the back(female) who seemed very aggravated and yelled at her quietly.. she then returned with my order and I returned to my car.. no reason to check it again right.. WRONG.. they literally added like 5 more fries… disgusted!! When I was in there even another lady looked at her order and was surprisingly shocked at how little fries she received. I come here often and have never felt so wronged in my life… I also called and spoke to the manager Kim and told her I was the one who came in about my fries.. she had nothing to say and I’m also assuming she was the one who was upset that I was mad I wanted more fries with my 18 dollar combo. I will never return
