Went to Waffle House around 1am and had an awesome experience! Even though it was bumping and super busy, the staff was incredibly friendly and completely on top of everything. Our food came out so fast and was hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. The energy was great, the service was amazing, and it honestly made for such a fun late-night stop. Huge shoutout to the team for keeping things running smoothly — definitely a 5-star visit! 🧇✨
Dropped in for breakfast, it had been a minute since I visited Waffle House. Waitress acknowledged me, they were busy. Less than a minute I was greeted and offered coffee. She took my order, food came out, one plate behind another. The eggs were cooked perfect, the pecan Waffle was delicious, bacon crispy with smothered & covered hash browns. Everyone seemed happy, everything I heard was positive, no complaints. Glad I stopped!
Usually I would give this location five stars on all of it! Even though our waitress was very friendly...She was not very observant. However, this location usually has excellent service And we love the weekend morning crew!
I come eat at this location a lot and the service and food are always on point! Today I was disappointed because there was a regular guy there that was completely heckling a server named April and she did a great job at composing herself. Joe, you should be ashamed of yourself and the morning crew that laughed at their coworkers expense should be ashamed as well. This is the best location and I absolutely love Sandy! The is the best!
Love love Waffle House and they were open on Christmas so love em even more!! This location in particular was cool, food was good, service was perfect. Them bathrooms tho, not cool. I ended up using men's cuz womens was beyond disgusting to say the least. Yeah the men's wasn't clean but I can work around piss, not piss and everything else tho. If I wasn't pregnant I'd of rather gone behind a bush outside but I barely made it from one to the other without peeing on floor. 🤦♀️ Sorry if tmi 😇
Staff was super friendly! The server went out of her way to ask my my 12-year-old nephew if he would like to hear a song off the jukebox and she played it for him!
We stopped by here over the weekend later in the evening for some food after our daughter had her cheer comp. It was a rougher one and her spirits were down - the staff didn't know this but they 100% helped end our evening on a wonderful note. The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and all of the staff was beyond kind and inviting. I want to specifically thank our waitress, April for her kindness and attentiveness to us and my daughter. She really made my our night!
Cassandra is amazing she is so welcoming and made us feel right at home. BEST customer service in the whole USA!!! She made sure everything was perfect and food was delicious. Lord please bless this lady even more than u already have .
Hands down the best Waffle House in America! This place runs like absolute clockwork — the whole team moves in sync, and the food comes out fast, hot, and perfectly cooked every single time. You can tell everyone here takes pride in what they do. Mary is the best waitress we’ve ever had! She’s friendly, quick, and attentive. She makes the entire experience feel like home. If every Waffle House was run like this one, they’d all be packed 24/7. 10/10 — worth the drive, worth the wait, worth every bite. 🧇☕️🔥
Keith and crew were amazing, never had as great of service as I did tonight in this Waffle House. I sat at the bar with wife and son, and the entire staff was ultra friendly and made us felt like we have known them for years. Food was so great as well cooks were amazing. I wish we had a place like this in Sherman.
Easy-going place where if you don’t give attitude, you don’t get attitude. Every time I go there I truly enjoy having a quick good meal that’s fair on price. It’s always great though when you can control the music and they have a live jukebox there.
By far the best Waffle House I’ve been too. The whole staff was great and Sandy and Keith were by far the best servers I’ve had. Their kindness and attention to detail was noted and appreciate. It had been a long day of travel and they put a smile on our faces. Will be stopping here again!
Went here on a Friday night. Me and my husband were craving waffle house since I am from Georgia and was raised around it. The service and servers were great and friendly. So happy to go here anytime! 🥰

Special shout out to Monica, who took care of me made sure my coffee was full and hot and the cook making the food wonderful! I love passing through and stopping at this location. It’s never a dull moment. wonderful people always make it worthwhile.
Very good food, made as I asked. Server was very friendly, competent, and professional. This place has a very friendly, positive vibe! Not the easiest thing to carry off at 1:30 in the morning. Next time I need a quick bite in McKinney, I'll be sure to stop by!
My wife just loves Waffle House. Scattered smothered and covered is her jam. She can eat that any day every day. Even though I have eaten at Waffle House for as far back as I can remember, I have grown to love it more and more thanks to my wife. Even though I like to give her a hard time about it, I do love it. We don’t have a lot of actual free time for just the two of us. And our seven year old is not exactly a traditional breakfast person. So we had the opportunity recently to visit this location for breakfast. As always, we were greeted with a smile by one of the wonderful workers. She said give me just a sec and I will get that table wiped down for you. She cleaned it, took our drink order, and gave us our menu. You can’t go wrong with the All Star Breakfast. Eggs over easy, toast, hash browns (covered, chunked and peppered), sausage, and waffle with pecans. BOOM!!! Heaven on a plate. The waitress checked on us frequently even though she had many tables. Kept our drinks full and made sure everything was golden. So I highly recommend the Waffle House and this location.
This is a great location! The team that works around lunchtime on Friday’s is great! They’re an entertaining group! The food has been hot and fresh and tastes great! Looking forward to eating here again soon.

Long wait on a Saturday morning. The waiting area smelled like a wet mop. We waited approx 25-30 min. Food was delicious as always and speed of service was appreciated. Too much chatter behind the counter caused order mix ups.

Totally disorganized. Waited 20 minutes for a seat. Get seated while other people came in to place to go orders, and 3 orders went out and we were still waiting for our food after 30 minutes of sitting waiting for our order. So nearly an hour being in there we left with empty bellys. Never got our food and never an explanation or apologize. Last time ever at this location. Even the manager had no idea how to run the cook line. Slow to clean tables, and way over spraying to the point of choking your breath. Super slow service obviously. Total waste of time! Never again for this location!
