During a recent visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Robin, a standout team member whose service elevated the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Robin greeted me warmly and offered insightful recommendations based on my dietary preferences. She explained the differences between the “Fitness Blends” and “Wellness Blends,” helping me choose a smoothie that suited both my taste and fitness goals. Robin’s attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and clear knowledge of the menu made the visit not only smooth but also enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine and personalized service in a fast-paced chain setting, and Robin’s professionalism truly made an impression. Overall, Smoothie King consistently lives up to its promise of providing healthy, delicious drinks in a fast-casual format. The variety of menu options allows customers to tailor their smoothies to meet specific health goals, and the stores are generally clean and well-maintained. But what really sets a visit apart is the customer service—and employees like Robin are a testament to that. Lovely workers! Everyone there is so sweet and they always get my orders out on time to the best of their ability (I usually come in during a rush). They always greet me when I come in the door and make my order perfect. Best smoothie king store I’ve been to!

Kie demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude this morning, even when faced with challenging customer interactions. She went above and beyond by assisting a delivery driver in promptly resolving an order issue, ensuring a smooth and efficient outcome.

The service at this location is stellar, especially Keishla. She goes above and beyond to make my experience great. Dada is another exceptional worker.

Had a great experience today with your staff. Couldn’t make my mind up and needed a little help. They were able to take what I had a taste for and suggest the prefect smoothie. Angel food cake my new favorite smoothie. Add yogurt of course.

I have always had a great experience here but something stood out to me today. The young man who was working at 7:45 am on 1/8/26, had a customer that was honestly extremely rude to him after a smoothie came out that was not filled completely to the top. She demanded him to remake it, which clearly he didn’t mind doing so but she was extremely ugly and rude to him in asking. He handled that very professionally and even told her to have a good day as she left and she said” Yeah well hopefully next time I don’t have to ask for a refill!”. I guess she didn’t hear him say have a good day a second time after that and came back in aggressively saying “do what?” And again, like the commendable person he is, he again told her to have a good day in a very neutral tone. He is truly a great example of an employee for handling that so calmly!

They are closing early due to no AC and still let me come get my order. This is the location I always prefer. Great service.... unless u get molly she is rude and doesnt know how to do her job when I asked how long it will take I was told as long as it takes. she also refused to tale my phone order because "she wasn't told they do that now" when I do it all the time and now my husband is late to work because I had to go in and wait for someone to take my order because of molly refusing to help me on the phone and in person. Pretty sad the way 1 bad apple can ruin things for the rest. I had a 5 star review here before having to deal with molly. Im sure they will be happy she is running off customers that come multiple times a day

Was promised a refund for items not received on an online order. They apologized and moved onto the next guest. I had to wait to speak with an employee to have my name and number written down “so the owner could refund my card”. She said it would take at least a few business days and it’s been 4. I knew when I left I would not be getting a refund. Next time I’ll wait in line so I can pay for what I get

Visited on 2/23/26 at 3:30pm and was extremely disappointed and somewhat alarmed by the behavior of the young man behind the counter. Idk what was going on with him but he was visibly upset, slamming fridge doors shut, slamming items down on the counter, throwing things in the sink. I get life is hard, things can happen, but when I’m asking myself if I should leave the store or stay and order, the behavior has probably went too far. It was honestly a very bad and embarrassing look for Smoothie King.

Customer wait time is terrible! They'll make your smoothie and have you wait almost ten minutes while they problem solve someone else's order who came in after your order has been taken. Just to put a lid on the cup and hand it to you!

Never get a smoothie from here with add ons. They will put a minimal to a negligent amount in your smoothie. I got peanut butter and acai add ons, which i could not taste within my smoothie. This experience was firmly disappointing and I will be making my own smoothies from here on out.
