I was at your store recently, passing through to Oklahoma, and stopped for my morning coffee, Aug. 14th. The guy working the drive through that morning was quite the character! He was so super friendly and had a play of words! It was so refreshing to have someone that actually wanted to interact and let me have a great morning! 99% of customer service at food/drink establishments today are not friendly and have a don’t care attitude. THIS GUY WAS SO REFRESHING! He’s a keeper! I would love to thank him for giving me a great start to my day! I never write reviews, but this warranted recognition!! Great job!!

Some days I’m so forgetful, as a post menopausal woman! 🤦🏼♀️ Today I forgot to order my hot brewed Chi Tea with 4 Sugar in the Raw packets in it. As I sat in Starbucks waiting on my drink, the Sweetest Barista, Madison, looked at me with a puzzled look on her face & said “No Sugar?” I said, “Oh! I forgot! Yes, please add my usual 4 SitR!” She smiled and so did I! She proceeded on making my drink the way she knows I LOVE IT❣️ It felt like an episode of “Cheers!” because, 🎶Sometimes You want go where Every Body Knows Your naaaame 🎶 AAAANNNDDD Your Drink Order!!! 🙋🏼♀️🥰🤗☕️🫖 Thanks for saving the day & my drink, Madison❣️🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Service is always great, the food thats supposed to be warmed up always is, the staff is always super friendly too. I'm a frequent guest here (i live 2 minutes away) and have never had a single complaint.
Behind the hustle and bustle of a busy Starbucks, is a quiet setting of a niche coffee shop. Steven and Crew really rise above to make this Starbucks better than others. I enjoy coffee anywhere I can get, but I find myself returning to THIS Starbucks more than any other coffee place in the local area because the people behind the counter display care and thoughtfulness, along with speedy service, and a good brew. Sometimes I come early at 5am from the baby waking us up. Sometimes I get a late start, occasionally I show up in the afternoon. No matter when I come there is a friendly face who might know my name or looks beyond me as a customer and observes that I've had a tough day and need the pick-me-up. Numerous occasions I've asked what they would recommend. I like to try new things. The best suggestions I've received have been for the Christmas Dark blend and the Thanksgiving roast. My normal order is a drip coffee with some whole milk which is readily available.
They were incredibly busy when we stopped in. They were handling it like rockstars.

Every time I pull up to place my order, he brings an amazing energy that instantly brightens my day. Just moved to Melissa and so very thankful for how kind the people at this Starbucks are every time I come through. They always ask how I’m doing and seem to genuinely care. Today for the first time I mentioned it’s been a rough day so I was there for a pick-me-up and the sweet barista gave me a treat to brighten my day even more. So thankful for their kindness and for how they go above and beyond!
Decided to go inside to help my friend set up her Starbucks app. Couldn’t figure out why I receive 2 stars and she just gets 1 per $1 sale, so Kelsea the barista was super kind and offered us to help. Kelsea was so knowledgeable about the app, which was very impressive because most Starbucks associates have very small knowledge of how it works. Even when we were taking longer than most orders Kelsea was still very kind, it stood out to me and made me want to express the exceptional customer service. Thank you!!!
Drive thru is quick, especially if you order ahead in app. (Do order ahead in app 😉). I also avoid the early rush when possible.

Kennedy at Starbucks is absolutely amazing. She always goes out of her way to smile, speak, and make every visit feel welcoming. Her customer service is excellent—she’s so personable and truly remembers people, even asking about my dogs each time I come in. It’s employees like Kennedy who make Starbucks a place I enjoy coming back to.

As someone who really enjoys good coffee, Starbucks has always been a reliable go-to for me. The quality of the drinks is consistently great, and I’ve had many good experiences there over time. However, during my last two visits my orders weren’t quite right and a couple of drinks were missing. I understand that things can get busy, especially during peak hours, but it was a little frustrating since accuracy is just as important as quality. That said, I still appreciate the great coffee and the overall experience Starbucks usually provides. I’m hoping future visits will reflect the same attention to detail that keeps coffee lovers like me coming back.

Great service. Everybody is always respectful and kind. We use the drive-thru often. I removed one star only because lately they are taking more then 40 min to have my order. Management should make something.
The most polite employees and great leadership. I really appreciate the friendliness and being acknowledged by the core staff; they greet me by name and all know my order. Literally the most welcoming Starbucks I've ever been to and always clean. There used to be this powerhouse who made the online orders and would always call out what was on her docket which I really appreciated but I don't think she's at this location anymore. In the last month the wait times have extended significantly (cold weather season, makes sense) so if you're on a schedule like me, do yourself a favor and try to order 30-40 minutes in advance to cut your wait time down and save yourself any time related stress. Be kind as you wait, these people are BUSY and do it with a smile and a lot of grace. John and Stephen do a great job with their team and hire well

**I was hesitant to go to this store tonight because of their inconsistency. I got Elphaba’s cold brew and they left off the sugar sprinkles. It will be my last time here Although this Starbucks is less than a mile from my house I’m not too sure I will make a point of stopping here anymore. Service isn’t consistent. One time recently they didn’t fill my drink to the brim like I like it and like how all other Starbucks fill it. Tuesday was my birthday so I asked to use my birthday reward and the barista didn’t wish me a happy birthday when other Starbucks I go to normally do. Plus I had to tell her twice I’m using my birthday reward.
I have ordered the peppermint cocoa several times. It seems they are making the cocoa in the same pot as the coffee. The cocoa has a coffee taste. This is the only location with this issue.
The drink is literally printed on the label and they still get it wrong 8 out of 10 times. Yes you can distinctly tell between espresso and blonde espresso. Hence why I order it blonde.
The drive thru has been taking way too long the last 2-3 months. Not sure what changed but it never used to be this bad but now I dread having to use this location even though it’s closest to my house. As an example. I have currently been in the drive through for exactly 13 minutes and I just placed my actual order. There are four cars ahead of me to the pick up window. I have been coming here for a couple of years and it had never been this bad until the last 2-3 months so something changed

Slowest drive-thru known to man. I'm desperately waiting for a Dunkin' to finally open in Melissa. Bigger food portions, better deals/rewards and no expectations of tips for painfully slow service. Dunkin please save us! Update: If someone orders food, why do you not provide at least 3 napkins. It's bad enough they are made of dust. I guess customers are expected to wipe themselves with their shirts like savages? Please provide napkins with food
So disappointed with the service at this location today. I made a mobile order which wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after the estimated time and that was because I finally asked about it. Then it was completely wrong. How hard is an English breakfast tea latte with some honey? Apparently so difficult it came out (very late) as a mixed earl grey and English breakfast tea, no latte. Fairly sure there’s no honey. Waste of money and time here today.
This location is terrible. The customer service is horrendous. The line for drive through was long so I decided to go inside which ended up being a big mistake. The girl taking my order was nice then I went to wait and ended up waiting 15 minutes for a cold brew. There were 3 people who ordered after me that came and left. I finally was asked what I was waiting for and was told the cold bar was backed up and they just got to my ticket. When I asked for a manager I was told the women I was dealing with was the manager and I explained the situation she just said they were busy and backed up with mobile orders. I said it’s not right that it took 15 minutes she offered no resolution and condescendingly wished me a a “great day”.
The drive-thru is unbelievably slow and congested and doesn’t flow as well as other stores I’ve been to. Unsure if it’s poor management or poor service, but it’s definitely sub par. Please fix and thanks!
The first few times I started coming to this Starbucks I loved it! Store is clean, Staff is usually very friendly and upbeat. Especially staff in the drive thru. However, I don’t know if it’s new staff or what but the service inside the store has been ridiculous the last two months. The most recent time I waited for over 30 minutes for 1 drink and 1 sandwich and never received my drink. I finally went up to the counter to ask the barista about it and she told me they had at least 20 orders ahead of mine and she would get to it when she could get to it. I knew they were busy so I just said okay, went back to sit down and wait. I waited as long as I could before I absolutely had to leave. I asked the barista to just not make my drink because I couldn’t wait any longer and I assumed she would just refund it to me but she immediately got offended and told me to call the corporate number and ask the store for a refund. The few times before this the service was slow.
This is a horrid location, despite it being closest to me, I drive further out solely because my drink is almost always incorrectly made. Super slow service. Workers look like they despise their lives. Y’all need to scrap this entire staff and have a complete redo.
Stop being sheisty with condiments on DoorDash/Uber Eats orders. I just spent $70 on a delivery with an ask for 2 truffle and 1jalapeno sauce. Received nothing.

When I order a coffee "no room" that means my cup should be full of coffee. I waited 20 min for 2 coffees, and if I am paying for a coffee that is $7 a drink you need to make it correctly.
Chai Tea is horrible after the recent recipe change. It's extremely watered down now.
Last 3 visits have been terrible at this location. Ordered Matcha Latte (light ice) both times it was 40% ice and rest of it drink. Today went and ordered cake pop for my daughter, took them 8 minutes in getting one in a not so busy time.
Visited this location and ordered a drink I've ordered for months with no one questioning me. My order was 3 shots of expresso over ice, 3 raw sugars, half and half in Grande Cup. I asked if I could get a little more half and half added. I was approached by the manager who said ma'am I'll only do this for you this time. Because that is considered a Iced Latte. Well, excuse me, Mr. Manager. Next time, if there is ever a next time. Which I doubt it. I'll order the 3 shots of expresso in a grande cup with ice and add my own 3 raw sugars, and pour my own half and half provided for the guests in the lobby.

I ordered a london fog tea latte which is a steam hot milk with tea bag but they gave me a tea only with water. When I asked to fix it, they just poured milk in the old cup tea bag that I got before. It's terrible experience, I pay for $7 for that shit drink

This is not the only time we have had issues. My husband has had his drinks come out the same way and they never get our order right. Practically nobody here, mobile orders aren't popping up, but like 4 people in the store, already with drinks, and it took 10 minutes to get my drink, and it came out before my friends drink that ordered minutes prior to me. The service here is terribly slow considering nobody's in here. And when I got my drink,not said extra cinnamon on top, you couldn't even tell there was any. I also had to go get my own straw... I ended up having to have it remade as they also forgot the extra pumps.
The barista was rude, singing about he wanted to go home and how people will just have to wait till he got around to it. He got my drink wrong and then made others before mine, making wait. Truly bad experience.
This starbucks will likely get your order wrong. I've been to many starbucks and this particular location has messed my order up 70% of the time. I order the same thing. Grande Americano with steamed half and half and 6 raw sugar. The steamed half and half keeps the coffee hot when adding cream. I've been given cold coffee from here once but didn't realize it until I already left. I suggest going inside and making sure they understand what you want. I've seen them mess up other people's orders as well. Let's get some training to this location 💡
I frequent different Starbucks as I’m a student and regularly get ice coffees and their refills. Today I went for a refill for my ice coffee with cream and vanilla and the barista wanted to charge me for the vanilla and not honor their refill policy. Never had this issue at any other location.
Ugh I did not even want to do this but this Starbucks has gone so downhill. Even during non-peak hours it takes forever and you just sit in a line; even if it’s only 4 cars. I don’t understand what the point of mobile ordering is if every-time I get to the window everything is melted from waiting so long.
This place has gradually got worse and I am someone who frequents this location often. This starbucks is one of thee slowest in a 100 mile radius and I am 99% certain of it. It has been instances where it would be 2 other in line plus myself and i would be in the drive through for 15 minutes minimum. For instance I visited two days ago and sat in line for 15 mins. When i got to the window sean who i assumes works the window left me sitting there for an additional 5 while he meddled on the computer trying to process a refund and was running back and forth chatting with the barista. Mind you at this time my drink was sitting by the window where he would pick my drink up by the lid while putting his hands around the part you put your lips on. He tried to offer me this exact drink … To add onto this , this location was out of the sugar cookie syrup for majority of the winter season while other locations , including the kroger up the street had the flavor. This location hires a plethora of new workers who never stay so your drink is always hit or miss and it’s overall gotten really poor compared to this time last year.
