I've been going to this subway for years and the staff has always been very friendly.

Of all the Subway's my family and I have been to in the Capital District, this one is the best, specifically this one on Broadway in Menands. The freshest veggies, freshest bread, the most choices, fastest service and service with a smile. And, of course, gloves and a mask we worn by our server at all times.

Owners take great care of shop. It's always very clean. They greet you when you walk in, take pride in running their business.

I know its subway and what can you write, but i was extremely happy. I got more then what i paid for, it was a very well made sandwhich with plenty of food. The staff was amazing, everyone was so kind, you could tell they loved what they did. They were super precious with his regulars acting as if they had seen an old friend

Raj the owner is a SUPER nice guy, if you're in the area stop by and get a sub! He's very nice to everyone over at News 13 also!

I ordered through the app. The sub was ready on time, made correctly, and the person at the register thanked me when I picked the sub up from the pickup shelf.

Always good the owner is usually there making sure things run smooth. I'd say its the best shop in the albany area.

Raj is the absolute best. I drive here from Clifton Park just because his Subway is the best one in the area.

Like Subway, the owners are usually behind the counter. They are friendly and provide great service. Good place to stop for quick take out.

The staff is very courteous but my husband wasnt happy with his order. My husband ordered from this Subway before through Grubhub and his sandwiches were made correctly but through the Subway his sandwich wasnt what he ordered. The sandwich hasn't been coming out right. The sandwich was DRY. What's going on at this location? He work at McColister, at this point he should receive a sandwich on your guys or some kind of credit He's a hard working man and HE DESERVE FOR HIS FOOD TO BE PREPARED CORRECTLY.

*Update*: Place was sold to new owner and is now TERRIBLE. The store is always closed during business hours. Door reads "closes at 9 every night," but will often close at random times long before 9. For example, closed down at 7:45 tonight. Went from 5 stars to 1 star. *Previous ownership*: The best Subway in the country, hands down. Immaculate, food prep by the book, attention to detail. Everything is perfect. The same two people have been running the store for over a decade, day in and day out, and they are amazing.

I've been frequenting this Subway shop since about 1997. Raj and Mita sold the place suddenly, about two months ago, after almost 40 years. It's gone from being the best Subway shop to the worst in that time. Familiar, competent employees have been replaced with incompetent ones and grumpy management. Today was the last straw. They refused to toast a sub with spinach on it, even though I've been getting that done since Subway introduced the air ovens. The sub was a foot long but had only half a sub's worth of chicken. The soda fountain has been down for over a week, so I had to get a bottle, which meant an upcharge. The total came to $11.33, which I paid with $20.35. What's my change? $8.70...??? Sorry, Subway, but that's it—I'm never going there or to any Subway ever again!
