Great food! Good promotion deals. Ralleys & Checkers is predominately a double drive thru, limited dining room kind of place, like Sonic, so there isn't really a "dining room" but several tables and chairs in a smaller area. Still great food, not a destination to bring the kids to, but a great place for take-out to bring home to the kids.

Pretty nice place to go get food. Servers are chill and respectful. Fries there are the best! Highly recommend to try the fries they're great!

Service was great. Food was good but not as I remember it in Minnesota. Prices are a bit high get the app going so we can get the deals!!

We ordered three double cheeseburgers. All of the burgers were room temperature. They tasted like they were leftovers from a previous order. Terrible. The buns were just plain buns with no sesame seeds despite the pictures showing sesame seeds. The buns were dry and tasted stale. The dining room has no pictures or art or decoration of any kind. Just plain white walls. This place does not feel like a restaurant at all. The positive was the hot fries. They were fresh out of the frier. Too bad the burgers and buns weren't like that. Oh, and the banana shake and apple pie were good. Those burgers though...ugh...much to be desired.

This was the worse Rally’s burger I have ever had! They have cut corners by using shredded lettuce instead of whole! The taste was terrible! Every burger I have gotten from Madera, Fresno, Los Banos has been great! The fries were not cooked all the was! Had boxes where you can see them in the waiting area! I was so excited that we finally got a Rally’s and now so disappointed in the quality of food! They will not get my business again and hopefully people read this and save your money! My chicken sandwich has no lettuce our mushroom burger had no mushroom or mushroom sauce and the patties were small as hell.

Horrible food. Got a mother cruncher chicken sandwich and the chicken was old stale and tough. Probably never going back.

Lady at window was rude and short with me, waited 20 min for food, and order was completely wrong. No sauce on wings, chicken sandwich came with cheese when explained no cheese. And sodas were water downed. Don’t recommend.

I usually get Rally’s in Fresno Because it’s so delicious especially their french fries are my favorite. Sadly, whoever is running the one here in MERCED gives stale food. The french fries were hot, but they weren’t fresh. Luckily, they have flavor so I was able to still eat them. I went through the drive-through. Check your food before you drive away and take a bite. Make sure it’s fresh. That’s my warning.. They also give you a hard time if you have to switch out the food. You’ll need to Explain why you want fresh food instead of them just saying “, Sorry , we’ll get you a fresh order. “

Cashier messed up my order then tells me I have to keep it because I already paid for it. In what world does it make sense to get someones order wrong then tell the customer they're stuck with it. Then have the nerve to ask if I wanna pay AGAIN for my correct item!! Smdh NEVER AGAIN!! Terrible service!!

Called and asked to speak to a manager and the person who answered said she wasn’t there. I told them I wanted a refund and they said no they have to remake the order. I don’t want it remade if they can’t even do a basic order that was submitted online. 0/10 would not recommend.

The hamburger was cold the fries tasted like the. Been there for a while nasty place first time there and last I DON’T recommend this place at all the drink was flat so go eat somewhere else trust me this place SUCKS
