My wife and I had an unexpected late night craving for our favorite classic spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries. We also tried the Philly cheesesteak bites, which were delicious. The manager, Laura, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure that all our food was hot and fresh. She mentioned that she’s training the new employees here at this location while also trying to manage the Los Baños location, which we originally visited but was closed at the time we went. While the Google Times are outdated, our overall experience at this rally’s location was excellent. I’m puzzled by the negative reviews.

2 for 8 is a steal The 2 double chicken sandwiches are my husband's favorite they are always fresh. Wings were hands down fire🔥 sauce was perfect and easy to pull off the bone !! I think the 1/2 pound chicken bite box is my addiction right now I get a whole half pound of fries and chicken nuggets for 6$ wayyyybetter then McDonald's 10 piece nugget meal for 15$ I'll definitely keep coming here and the ladies are always super nice who ever was the manager in the morning during the week your so nice to us everytime we come in ! Thank you !!
Great food! Good promotion deals. Ralleys & Checkers is predominately a double drive thru, limited dining room kind of place, like Sonic, so there isn't really a "dining room" but several tables and chairs in a smaller area. Still great food, not a destination to bring the kids to, but a great place for take-out to bring home to the kids.

Pretty nice place to go get food. Servers are chill and respectful. Fries there are the best! Highly recommend to try the fries they're great!

We ordered three double cheeseburgers. All of the burgers were room temperature. They tasted like they were leftovers from a previous order. Terrible. The buns were just plain buns with no sesame seeds despite the pictures showing sesame seeds. The buns were dry and tasted stale. The dining room has no pictures or art or decoration of any kind. Just plain white walls. This place does not feel like a restaurant at all. The positive was the hot fries. They were fresh out of the frier. Too bad the burgers and buns weren't like that. Oh, and the banana shake and apple pie were good. Those burgers though...ugh...much to be desired.

Every burger I have gotten from Madera, Fresno, Los Banos has been great! The fries were not cooked all the was! Had boxes where you can see them in the waiting area! I was so excited that we finally got a Rally’s and now so disappointed in the quality of food! They will not get my business again and hopefully people read this and save your money! Maybe the owner will read this and correct the lack of quality! Can contact me! After reading the other low scored reviews, they are telling the truth about the quality! So sad I have to enjoy Rally’s in another city!

My chicken sandwich has no lettuce our mushroom burger had no mushroom or mushroom sauce and the patties were small as hell.

I usually get Rally’s in Fresno Because it’s so delicious especially their french fries are my favorite. Sadly, whoever is running the one here in MERCED gives stale food. The french fries were hot, but they weren’t fresh. Luckily, they have flavor so I was able to still eat them. I went through the drive-through. Check your food before you drive away and take a bite. Make sure it’s fresh. That’s my warning.. They also give you a hard time if you have to switch out the food. You’ll need to Explain why you want fresh food instead of them just saying “, Sorry , we’ll get you a fresh order. “
The workers need to step up there game and need better management 100 percent and just a reminder if I want at least one ketchup packet or ranch I shouldn’t be charged 30 cents just to have one sauce
Doesn't feel like it was designed to be a restaurant. Seems like it's mainly a drive thru. Food was only okay and it was really pricey. There's zero atmosphere to speak of. Not worth it and will not be back.
Cashier messed up my order then tells me I have to keep it because I already paid for it. In what world does it make sense to get someones order wrong then tell the customer they're stuck with it. Then have the nerve to ask if I wanna pay AGAIN for my correct item!! Smdh NEVER AGAIN!! Terrible service!!
My order was missing items and they also gave me the wrong food and I ordered no mayo with extra pickles and got extra mayo with 1 pickle. Called and asked to speak to a manager and the person who answered said she wasn’t there. I told them I wanted a refund and they said no they have to remake the order. I don’t want it remade if they can’t even do a basic order that was submitted online. 0/10 would not recommend.
The hamburger was cold the fries tasted like the. Been there for a while nasty place first time there and last I DON’T recommend this place at all the drink was flat so go eat somewhere else trust me this place SUCKS
