Had a cheap chicken sandwich after complaining I didn't want to go there. It was better than McDonald's.. I mean it wasn't as petrified.. it was actually moist. Loved it. Just had a sausage egg biscuit. $1 each. 5 limit. Even at regular price it is so much better then the other fast food places. The egg doesn't look processed. It's an actual fried egg. And the sausage was good and the biscuit just great and the whole thing looks attractive and colorful. Pictures attached

Went there & got the limited time breakfast biscuits for a dollar they were good. Got 11 of them for 4 people for $11.93 . We all got full. It was fresh and warm. Went there for a second time now because we saw their Junior cheeseburger 444 meal. It was actually $5 we had to download the app make account and buy on app in the store for pickup to get the deal we did that we got two of these meals through the app it came out to $10 and some change Because some of the choices on the app that don't tell you upgrading the Frosty & pre sauced nuggets would add $1.50. food came out fries were hot the nuggets were warm and the hamburgers were room temperature a little bit disappointing but it was good. The portion size of the nuggets and hamburger and fries were small butt probably some of the cheapest fass food for 2 people I've seen for a while. Hopefully they keep the deals going with their dollar biscuits and their meal deals. In the store looks good has a bunch of options for different sizes of groups and has a lounge area it was cool 😎.

I'm not sure what happened to Wendy's and maybe it was just a lack of fresh inventory, but I used to get a full slice of onion, a full slice of tomato and leafs of lettuce and now I'm getting something closer to Pico de gallo. I guess I would call it. It's gross. I'm hoping this was a one-off but yuck. The burger was fine after I scraped off the Pico with lettuce

Place wasn't kept very clean. Went in on a very slow day where there was no one in the restaurant or in the drive-thru, so I didn't understand why most of the tables and floor were filthy. Was not comfortable eating inside at all and made me question the overall cleanliness behind the counter where they make and prepare the food, if they couldn't even keep the dining area clean. Wendy's has definitely gone down hill.

This location has usually been decent, but the last few times were just bad. I love Wendy’s since it’s one of the last fast food places that serves real food. Depending on who is working, you will get pleasant, attentive customer service or you will get workers who don’t care in the slightest. Sometimes I don’t get napkins with a 6 bag order. Sometimes my fries are undercooked and soggy, but I understand you’re busy and I’m not the only order. This location always forgets the straws and Frosty spoons which isn’t a big deal. Today they forgot the chicken in my sandwich, which is the only other ingredient beside honey butter. I work in customer service and try to be understanding, but this is a level of carelessness I’ve never experienced. I don’t know what else to say but you’ll have better luck somewhere else. I was going to give 3 stars, but the response I received on the phone to this complaint is what gave them 2.

Service was slow and poor. When the food arrived all 3 meals were cold and not fresh. Bathroom doorhandle broken and employees not interested in assisting. Compared to other Wendy's performance and quality of food is very poor!

Got there on wendneday and I was in the front register and waited there for a good 10 minutes and no one helped us i keep calling someone and no one answered even when I could see them.

Ordering was fine on the Kiosk but I was not allowed to use my coupon from the app. Then when I tried to order at the desk to use the coupon but they didn't offer the same menu as at the kiosk. With almost nobody else in the restaurant, we waited for about 10 minutes for the food. Then when we got the food it did not taste fresh at all. The buns were cold. The jr bacon cheese burgers were tiny and very plain looking. I ordered a bacon double stack and literally had to check each burger twice before finally finding the second patty on one of them. Definitely not worth the extra price. Worst burger I have had in a very long time. This was the first time I have eaten at wendys in years and will definitely be the last. This restaurant chain has really changed for the worse.

Went to get their promo chicken breakfast biscuit but was told at the drive thru order mic that the selection was $3.99 and not $.99 as was on tv marketing commercials. She was a little rude and didn't care that it was still being advertised on local television. I was shocked at her $25 an hour job behavior.

I’ve been wanting a jr cheese burger deluxe for a while now so we went to the Wendy’s in Merced Ca. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food and the long wait just to get cold burgers. The burgers were cold and the buns were hard. The fries were not very good either and we were so disappointed. You would think you would get better quality because of the experience prices you are paying for these burgers. So disappointed!!!!

Definitely disappointed in the food. Ordered $50 worth of food the chicken was raw and rubbery had to throw it away. The baconator had two pieces of bacon. Soda machine was not working had to wait for them to fill my cup up with hardly any ice.
