This is how it's done folks! We walked on the lot and Chuck greeted us in the lobby. We have Spoken to Chuck on 3 occasions to buy 3 cars. Today was the day we found my unicorn and made a deal. Chuck was awesome from start to finish. Of course I wanted more for my trade but they were fair, they were fair on the price of their car as well. Once we hit the business office Chuck #2 had us signed and gone in 6 minutes. I wasted 2 trips to other dealerships today and it was horrible. I expect to be treated with the same respect I give. Infiniti of Shawnee long forgot that without customers there is no business. Aristocrat has earned my business time and time again from service to now sales. Thanks again guys

I’ve had my XFR serviced here multiple times and had both minor and major services. I think the best compliment I could offer is that whether it is -30f or 110f my car runs well and that’s in no small part to the quality services I’ve gotten from Jaguar Kansas City. The advisors have been great to learn from (as far as components etc), and as a person who is very enthusiastic about my pre facelift X250 with the AJ V8 TVS straight outta Castle Bromwich(!) I appreciate the care shown to my car.
This review is long overdue, I recently moved to KC from Florida and I have a 2015 XF Jag, its my baby. The Jaguar service center in Florida was not so great. So when I had an issue recently I had to find a new Jaguar service center this one is the closest to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Joshua Roach my service advisor is the Best! So professional and efficient. He put me a gorgeous loaner car while my car was being serviced. I felt very spoiled. Don't want my car to break down however this is the only service center I will take it to now.
Dealership is beautiful, definitely high class. I took my Evoque in for repair due to a check engine light. Chase from service was very helpful and did everything he could to assist me. He was very easy to get a hold of and sent text updates as they made progress. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend.
What a cool place to shop for a buy cars. Loads of options to choose from with the wide variety of manufactures they have on their lots. We're working with Denise Steel, what a great guy. Not your pushy kind of car salesperson. Very helpful and straight forward. Stop by and visit with him if your in the market for a new car at a great price.
Land Rover dealership was very nice and courteous. I had a couple of questions and we took a test drive. the sales lady was not pressuring and instead she was just super helpful.
Really loved the new envoque and the test drive. Car rode smoothly and a lot of bells and whistles. I had the salesperson do the self park so i could see it but i would never use it. Old school .. park manually. Great looking car.
Live in Nashville, was traveling to KC and check engine light came on. Was at dealership Monday before Thanksgiving when it opened. Chase worked us in and we were back on the road before 9. Appreciate the great service.

Told to pick up my car between 10 30 and 11am. Show up at 10 40. It's not even ready they tell me they want to drive it some more but if I want to take it there is a chance the check engine light will come on again and if it does I have to bring it back. Such poor service. Would not recommend
I recently took my 2019 EPace with 58000 miles to Jaguar because the check engine light was on. I never received updates unless my husband or I called multiple times over days. I was also not issued a loaner because there weren't any loaners available but there would be in a few days. My very expensive repairs were not covered even though it was under the miles; it was one month older than five. I was't even offered to split the cost since I could prove the maintenance was kept up. When I was finally so frustrated (after them having my car for nearly three weeks) we decided to simply pick up the car, there was a row full of loaners. I would never recommend anyone buy a Jaguar; the product does not hold up to the name, and Aristocrat plus Jaguar Corporate made ZERO effort in an attempt to keep my family as a customer. In my 20 years of owning cars, this has been by far the worst experience.
Do not get your service done by these crooks! They charged us $2500 for front brakes and the 80k service check up. Unfortunately my girlfriend took our Range Rover in instead of me and agreed to let them do the service before I knew how bad they were ripping us off. I called a different Range Rover dealership and they were $850 cheaper but it was too late to take it to them because they already started our service they said. They also added $100 tire rotation when it’s supposed to be included in the 80k service. You would think when you buy 100k cars they would want to be reasonable and keep customers happy but this place is a joke!
This place is a complete joke. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! To start it took them 4 hours to do a tire change. Second they have no communication what so ever. We called twice and made an appt because we were getting towed 2 hours in the opposite direction. When we got there they said they were unable to see us until tomorrow so we had to spend more money on a hotel and take a day out of our already short Christmas trip. I feel if we are spending this money we should get treated with good service. I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever. Absolutely horrible service I have so many complaints my list could go on and on.
I stopped by Land Rover today to ask some questions about minor issues with my 2006 HSE. I was greeted by a service advisor that's was with a customer in the very first office near the entrance of the service department, so i understand he was busy, but there was another advisor to the rear right office who never said a word to me and had no one in front of him. He was just on his computer. I waited 10 minutes before i got back in my truck and left..
Horrible experience that cost me thousands of dollars. I was told I needed two main computer boards... All I needed was an alternator. Chase handled my situation. I even spoke to a mechanic personally. They strongly advised me to sell my car and not fix it. I ended up selling my car, when all I needed was an alternator. They are money hungry and they don't care about people.
I tried to order a part and they told me that they would refuse to sell me a programmable part. I have a 11 year old Land Rover and wouldn’t allow to sell me the part I needed. I found another dealer and would not recommend this place for your parts. Dean that works in this department was very rude and wouldn’t accept my business.
i want to buy a land rover sport, they tell me rangrover is better and bigger, its full size, after i compare both, when i decided to buy the v6 rangrover, the manager ask me extra $2,5000 for it, they told me lots of reason, also this is the store rule for it, i never see any dealer did this before.
They claimed the new XE I purchased had features it did not, I bought a new car and they repaired it with bondo. They outsourced repairs and misplaced the badging. They try to manipulate you to let them do the cheapest repair possible. Try to pass off low quality work.
