Oh My Curry

Oh My Goodness! I just discovered “Oh My Curry”!!! And it was Oh So Good!!!! I ordered for 3 but easily could have fed 6 or more. It’s kinda like the Pei Wei of Indian cuisine. Family owned and operated with humble pride and appreciation. I’ll definitely be going back for more. These dishes also go great at work place functions and pot lucks - I notice there are hardly any left overs!

The man upfront was very courteous and the food is plentiful for its price. I found it affordable and good, I ordered the tikka masala curry and it was delicious. Making the food does take them long but this isn't fast food now is it? It's authentic food and as my first time trying Indian cuisine I can confidently say that I would eat there again. They definitely deserve more customers for their curry alone. 5/5 Would go again.

The food I ordered was DELICIOUS. The chicken tikka masala fries were great! This is my first time trying Oh My Curry, and I will definitely be going back to try their rice bowls. Get the mango lassi, you will not be disappointed!

The food here is fresh and delicious, I'm definitely coming back. I got the mutton biryani and my husband got the goat curry, both of which were awesome. I also loved the mango lassi, they were very refreshing.

A truly authentic experience! My husband and I love flavors from southwest Asia and we were delighted with finding this hidden gem so close to home. I had the Chicken tika masala and it was the best one I’ve ever had! I think I’ve tried every curry restaurant in the DFW and no other can top the flavors in these dishes.

Fantastic food! First time in I went with the chicken tikka masala, because that is one of those basics that you can usually judge a curry place by. It was pretty darn good. Came back again a couple of days later and did the chili chicken, and the chana masala. The chili chicken was okay, but the chana masala was outstanding. I'm not a vegetarian, but that is the best food I have had at Oh My Curry. Personal recommendation, pay the extra dollar for the curry rice instead of the plain basmati. The extra buck for the seasoning is well worth it.

Delicious food freshly made, I loved the chicken tikka masala! Samosas and garlic naan made this a great meal and I still had some to take home. Small homey place, definitely recommend.

Food was cooked to order, super fresh and tasty! The service was also awesome. We had the tikka masala chicken and rice, mango lassi, and a sweet puff and it was so good! Totally recommend and will be back!

The place smells amazing from the moment you walk in. The food is always so delicious but be prepared for some serious spice! They might take a little while to finish making your food, but that's how you know it's fresh. Love it love it love it!!!

My bf and I stopped on our way back home to Houston and stopped by and wow. The food is tasty! And the guy that seems to be the owner is very friendly! Recommend if you are feeling Indian food.

I tried out Oh My Curry for the first time after driving by it for years. I wanted some biryani and the chicken biryani doesn’t disappoint, the flavors are amazing, the curry puts it over the top! Also had the mango lassi, the flavor is good and strong. Cannot wait to try some of the other offerings here.

An order of the fries (shown) are also portioned large enough to fill you up by themselves, vs other places where a similar order will leave you wanting more. Definitely recommend.

Butter chicken was loved. I liked samosas and mixed pakoras. To top it, per head cost was really towards value. Looking forward to next round. Finally, the owner is a gem.

You get a large portion of incredibly flavorful dishes that go beyond what the photos show. The biriyani bowls are exceptional, and the chicken tikka loaded fries are a standout. I appreciate their use of jasmine rice and the well balanced spices add both flavor and a healthy element. I’m so glad to have a curry spot nearby for those weekday takeouts offering a welcome change from Chinese food and unhealthy fast food.

I stopped by here today and decided to order the cheapest item they had which was the samosa chaat. When the owner brought the food out he wanted me to try it in front of him which was cute and sweet and it was very delicious so I was satisfied with my decision of coming here. I will be back because of the delicious food and the great service. Definitely well worth the wait since they make everything to order.

I ordered chana masala with rice. The preparation was fresh, tasty and fulfilling. The service was prompt. You may not want to call this fine dine but it is worth every penny. The options are not many for you to choose, but it's ok if they do a good job with whatever is served

First time trying Indian food. I saw a family of Indians taking out a bunch of food to go so I knew this place had to be good. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chili Chicken. They are both delicious! My favorite from the two would be the Chicken Tikka Masala as I love the taste of the sauce and the chicken from both was very tender. I tried my friend’s Biriyani Bowl and it was delicious as well! I recommend this place if you want authentic Indian food.

Found this restaurant thru doordash and became a regular. Food is good and depending on how you eat but I’d say the biryani can be good for 2 people. I really love their beef biryani and chicken tikka masala🫶🏼

First time trying Indian food. I saw a family of Indians taking out a bunch of food to go so I knew this place had to be good. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chili Chicken. They are both delicious! My favorite from the two would be the Chicken Tikka Masala as I love the taste of the sauce and the chicken from both was very tender. I tried my friend’s Biriyani Bowl and it was delicious as well! I recommend this place if you want authentic Indian food.

This place exceeded my expectations! Every dish was full of flavor and tasted authentic. The spices were perfectly balanced and you can tell the food is made fresh. You get the normal service just like you typically would on all other mom and pop operated restaurants in this area. 👌🙂👌 The atmosphere is more like a bistro style. Family friendly and unpretentious. This type of atmosphere is also a common setting in this area. You don't come for the atmosphere, you come for good food. 👌😎👌

Everything we ate tasted great! Ordered 2 Biriyani Bowls-chicken and lamb, Beef Curry, Spicy Kerala Beef Fry, Cabbage Thoran, and Paneer & Veg Korma. I love the Mango Lassi so much, I bought 2🤭We'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Personally, I prefer my Indian food quite spicy. Oh My Curry's spice level is PERFECT for newbies and well balanced in flavor. The owners are incredibly sincere & generous people. It's more a take away place than somewhere to take a date, so I can't give 5 stars for atmosphere, but it's clean. Portions are great. You should definitely give this place a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered take out. Mango Lassi was the best I have tasted so far in DFW. Chicken briyani was really good too but I wish there were more chicken meat than bone.

This is a Kerala style restaurant. I got the samosa, chicken biriyani, and goat curry. The samosa was made fresh and was delicious. The biriyani and curry were decent but not great. Prices are very affordable and not expensive. If you are really looking for Hyderabadi style dum biriyanis and items which I was, go to Irving, Plano, or Richardson.

So let me start by saying I drive past this all the time. If you don't know about it you would to. I stopped in for the Curry Mutten. And it was not bad. The spice level was on point. The meat was fall apart tender. The one thing bad is it was a lot of rice. And the plates don't include Nann. I guess you have to order it separately. If your craving some Curry. It will fill the void.

Ordered 2 chicken masala and 2 samosas and 2 beef pastries. Flavor was not good and super soupy..the samosas were overly refried i could see the oil on them. The beef puffs were okay. Also the portion of actual chicken masala is super small. Yeah you get a lot rice but the ratio is horrible! Well just stick to India Garden from now on.

I’ve tried twice now to give this place a chance. They are always out of chutney. They never have the sumbar for the idles. If you’re expecting to dip your somasa in some chutney don’t waste your time going here. They speak perfect English when you’re ordering, but when you’re asking about the sauces all If a sudden they can’t understand you. I will not be going back.

For 24 dollars I was not impressed. I don’t eat Indian food often and didn’t feel like driving across town to where I normally go for my food. Well I came here and the butter chicken was very watery I mean very there was no Type of spice to it like it normally should be . They give you so much rice for so little side of chicken. The one thing I can say is good is that the food is fresh. Other than that I will not cheat on my Indian food spot again because this one wasn’t what o expected.

I try to be very careful with unfavorable reviews, as I know businesses rely on word of mouth. I regret having had a bad enough experience to warrant one. I had a butter paneer and tikka masala chicken combo. I love, love Indian food. I’ve had it in many states all over the country. This needs serious work. It tastes like a can of tomato soup with chunks of something in it. Other things were wrong and/or missing from my order but really wouldn’t have made a difference in how this turned out. This feels like a complete bait and switch with zero intention to produce anything close to Indian food. No spices or aromatics, just soupy, bland tomato sauce. So disappointing. I hope this establishment reads these reviews and seeks a revamp, or at least adds a grilled cheese to the menu to make it make sense.

This was my 2nd time ordering from here! The first time the food was good. This time I was disgusted… first let me stress this… I ORDERED THE BUTTER CHICKEN, THIS WAS NOT CHICKEN!!! It was watery, pink, half done, meat of some kind but it was not chicken!!! The veg korma was watery and tasteless and vegetables were hard! I will never go back to this establishment. Please do better!
