I love yall and crave canes so much now that im pregnant. I go especially for the sweet tea.. Today I received root beer and it was so disgusting. Wasn’t worth it for me to turn around, I still love yall but please double check the drive through orders 😓 - a sad pregnant girl

I normally go for the kids meal—it comes with fries, two chicken fingers, and a kid-sized drink. But today, I decided to get the three-piece combo because I wanted a little more food, plus the Texas toast and a larger drink. Naturally, I assumed that upgrading to a full combo would also come with more fries—not just an extra chicken tender and bigger drink. But when I got my order, I was surprised to see the same size fries that I usually get with the kids meal. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. A young lady answered and said she was the manager, but when I asked whether the combo should come with more fries, her response was vague: “Um, yeah... I think so? I guess you might get a little more?” I didn’t press the issue or go back to get more fries, but now I know—next time, I’ll probably just stick with the kids meal. Better portion control, same fries, and it saves a little money too. 12/01/2025 stopped by at approximately 12:05 a.m. I intentionally got out to order so that I could use the restroom. After ordering my kids meal I asked for the code to the restroom. I was told they’re closed. When I asked why I was told they had already cleaned them for the night, but the store doesn’t close until 130 and they still have customers coming in and out of the restaurant. I politely ask for a refund when the manager came you explained that they were closed because they had already been cleaned He gave me the code eventually to use the restroom. And after he gave me the code, he asked me to please make sure that I kept it clean and didn’t dirty it up, which I was offended. When I went to use the restroom both restroom doors had closed for cleaning on it. Ironically when I went it the restroom, it was not clean. The second toilet closeet to the sink had dried human waist on it. Once I came out, there were 3-4 employees playing around. This review is not about the food or the taste. It’s about poor customer service.

One of my beloved fast food joints, but as time goes by, the tenders have shrunk and the cost has increased! The larger the order of chicken tenders, the tinier they seem to be. It's like they're more tendon than chicken! It feels like performing surgery while eating, always having to remove gristle! I DESPISE GRISTLE AND TENDONS IN MY MEAT! I threw some away before taking this photo, but it just kept appearing, so here we go. William's Chicken might be the better choice! I would recommend giving William's a try since they are more affordable and without Tendons.

The food was ok. I’m making this review because I paid for my extra canes sauce, and only received one. I should’ve gotten it for free but I didn't want to give a hard time today. Don’t let it happen again Jessica. I’ll expect my extra sauce next time I go.

I’m here today on Saturday morning 9/27 so I wait till the cashier speaks instead of what would you like to order I was greeted with WHAT DO YOU WANT? You know if my granddaughter wasn’t with me! Customer service is everything, please educate these young folks.

This is my first time ordering with this location and...I ordered a three piece, and I get these three small pieces of chicken. I came close to ordering my normal order the maniac combo, but since this was my first time ordering here, I figured I'd test it first...glad I did because this is ridiculous...most locations never give you all pieces this small.

Sparkling cleaning Service

I ordered the box of 4 Chicken Fingers and I changed the salad for bread through the drive-thru. Surprise! When I got home, the chicken didn't come. I've been coming here for a long time. I'm very disappointed.

DrPepper was out of gas guy who took the order said he'd check the back if there was some went back and played with lines instead of getting me some from the drive thru line. The passive ignorance on this guy is off the chart how did someone think hmm lets put him in customer service was a good idea?

I wasn't going to write a review, but... Ordered delivery thru DoorDash and only received a partial Caniac combo and drinks. My order was missing one additional Caniac combo, 2 Canes sauce, and 2 tenders (from the one combo I received). I initially started the dispute thru DoorDash, but called the restaurant once the Dasher confirmed that's all they gave him. I spoke to "Jose" who confirmed my check number and asked what was missing, which I confirmed. He stated that he would fix it and also provide additional sides, which I didn't ask for nor do I want. When I mentioned the 2 tenders that were missing, Jose asked if I ate them. Sir, I have a whole meal and sauces missing. My entire order is practically messed up aside from my drinks and you ask me if I'm basically being dishonest, please don't piss me off. As expensive as it is to order takeout and then order thru DoorDash at that, the insult was unnecessary and unprofessional. Did YOU eat them, Jose?? The Dasher was able to go back for the rest of my order. Everything is cold but at this point, at least I got it, I guess. This is the third time in a year I've had issues at this specific RC...like throw the whole team away and hire new people. I'll never eat Raising Cane's again. We're in DFW, there's better restaurants with better service, for sure.

Just ordered from here and the last two times have been a disappointment, I order the box combo and honestly, the fries didn't have salt on them over cooked and crunchy. The chicken wasn't even moist like it used to be the chicken was over crunchy and lacking flavor only good that was good was the lemonade. Raising Canes used to be the spot but now its not
