Our only real corral with the entire night was trying to find somewhere to park, with easy access for a pregnant woman. Aside from that the night was top tier!

There was nothing left undone during our visit to Flemings. Everything was top notch, from the service upon entry, to the food, to the atmosphere and experience!!! The service was impeccable... spoke with Dominic, who was a huge help and shared great conversation with us. Ambrose, our waiter, is superb, as he paid extreme attention to the utmost detailed. We ordered the filet mignon Trio which was unbelievable. We had Caesar salad, which was the best salad I've ever tasted, followed by an 8 oz filet mignon with a mushroom ragout that literally melted in our mouths, even as a medium-well steak. And then to seal the deal, I had the molten lava cake and my husband had the cheesecake. Can I say so good? Thank you Fleming's for excellent service, an atmosphere that feels clean, super delicious food and an experience out-of-this-world. You made our Anniversary, (even though it was delayed), the Most memorable one yet!!!

I requested a table on 09/25/20 via reservation. I stated in the reservation that I wanted a table in the corner and I was going to propose to my girlfriend. The staff did everything in their power to make the event unforgettable. I was greeted by the head manager, the head chef as well as several members of staff during the evening. The staff offered to record it for me and we were treated with champagne and a rose after it was done. The night was simply beautiful. The food was amazing. It cost an arm and a leg but was worth the experience.

I made reservations to eat there for my wife's birthday celebration. When were seated at our table, there was a rose and a card signed by the wait staff. The service was great and while we were there she was greeted with Happy Birthdays from additional staff members throughout our visit. It was a genuine experience that I will definitely revisit. 5 STARS

I truly enjoyed my experience here! I booked a reservation for a bday dinner for my partner and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The chef even came to the table. The steak was melt in your mouth delicious and I recommend the pork belly as an appetizer.

Always amazing! My brother in law works there and I love that I don't even have to order. I just let him order for me and it always comes out amazing. Sous Chef Brandon is amazing and always checks on us to make sure we enjoyed the food.

Fleming's keeps their standards high. The quality of the food and service is always excellent. We especially love the Filet and Lobster. The sides, fresh bread, delicious butters, bearnaise sauce and all the desserts we've had there are fabulous.

It was my first time coming to Fleming's, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff was really nice and the waiters were really attentive. I HIGHLY recommend the 16 ounce sirloin ribeye 🤤. You will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing service. There is a $135 dollar Tomahawk steak special on Tuesdays that comes with two salads, two sides and two desserts. The steak alone is usually $100 dollars so you save a little on the lagniappe. Lots of free hot fresh bread paired with two kinds of butter. Not a fan of the fancy pink champagne and bre butter. Butter is just overpowered and the combo creates a sweet, funky, slightly sour taste. Highlights for me is the caesar salad. The bacon and fried capers elevated the salad and it was absolutely delicious. The lobster mash potato and the ooey goey cake is also a must.

This was my first time dining at Fleming’s and I decided to commemorate the experience by celebrating my cousin’s birthday at this wonderful establishment. I will be the first to say that I love a good steakhouse and I have very high expectations when dining at them and Flemings did not disappoint. I made a reservation (which I always encourage) and arrived about 15 minutes before. I was immediately greeted by the hostess and was told that my table would be ready shortly. Five minutes later, I was brought to our table where I was greeted with a lovely birthday card for my cousin (she was late so I got the pleasure of experiencing the WOW factor) and our server for the evening, Victor. Victor provided excellent service and was not only patient with us (two women who never know what they want to eat), but very knowledgeable of the menu. As you can see from the photos, everything looked just as good as it tasted. The crab cakes were literally made to perfection. There was more crab than breeding and it was at that moment, I knew this these would be my appetizer of choice any time I come to this restaurant. The drinks were not only gorgeous, but delicious as well. The first dink I tried was the blueberry lemon drop. It was tart, but very good. The steaks - oh my God! They were prepared by the hands of angels. Cooked to perfection. Mouthwatering and devastatingly delicious. I always opt for the 8 oz. petite filet when dining out, but after this out of body experience, I think I need to upgrade to the 11 oz. The jumbo lump crab meat was the icing on the cake and the perfect addition to an already perfect t piece of meat. My opted for the Fleming’s potatoes, which she enjoyed, but later discovered she prefers her potatoes loaded and baked and not au gratin. She still ate them, so all was well on the potato front. I decided to go for the chipotle cheddar Mac & cheese and it was really good. Although, I didn’t get the spice of the chipotle. The Mac & cheese wasn’t overly cheesy (which is never a bad thing for me) and was the perfect partner for my steak. To wrap up the night, my cousin revived some decadent dark chocolate truffles for her birthday that were brought out by the Service Manager, Montana. She was so pleasant. She stayed and talked with us for a while and truly took the time to connect with us. I would go back just to be in her and Victor’s company again. Coming from the service industry, I am always fond of people who truly take the time to create memorable experiences and that’s just what these two did! It was the perfect end to my experience. *please excuse any typos; this review was composed on my iPhone.

Our filet was cooked perfectly, the blueberry lemon drop is amazing and the service is always great! It can get a little loud in the main seating area and we enjoy the extra space, quietness and attentiveness of staff in the bar area.

We had our NFLPA local New Orleans chapter Christmas party and the service was impeccable, we had about 45 folks show up with their wives or significant others, and even had a beautiful little girl running around the place; it was all family and also a blessing to gather with some old teammates and alumni. Fleming did a fabulous job and they have always Been huge when it comes to hospitality and great food. Ya heard me!!! ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️🍷🍷🍷🍷

Fantastic steakhouse. The service was phenomenal 👌 The servers answered our questions and were very professional. When we asked about how the lobster mash potatoes were made, the owner came out and explained the process to us. For the entrée we ordered the Tomahawk steak, which was cooked perfectly, and for a side, we chose the shareable lobster mash potatoes. The live piano player was a nice touch as well. Great experience 👍

My wife and I went here for our 7 year wedding anniversary. We had the privilege of being taken excellent care of by Brooke! Upon finding out we were celebrating our anniversary she excused herself right away and immediately returned with a card and a rose for us. She was very friendly and attentive the whole night. After hearing the specials I ordered the Surf & Turf and my wife got the Double Breasted Chicken on Brooke's recommendation. Neither of us were disappointed! My filet mignon was amazingly tender and nicely crusted! The lobster tail was perfectly sweet! My wife's chicken was blackened on the outside and very juicy inside. Our sides of mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus had amazing flavor to them. At the end of dinner we enjoyed a Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake and Dark Chocolate Truffles which bared more well wishes of a happy anniversary to us. Other staff members also stopped by to hear our "love story" and give their well wishes for many more happy years. It was an amazing experience we will not soon forget. Thank you again Brooke and everyone at Fleming's!

Just went back for our anniversary, service and food was so so amazing!!! We always order the Lobster tempura!! It isn't on the menu but the chef always goes out of his way to make it for us!!! First time I had the Salmon..that was so good. Thank you for making our anniversary so special..We've had some people say they had a bad experience!! But as long as we've been going, we have never ever had bad service or food!! Its been a year since I did another review.. They always go above and beyond with food and service. As always, Lobster Tempura isn't on the menu..if they're not busy, they'll make it for you. Thank you so much to the chef for that amazing food. Service was amazing. We come to this location a lot, we love eating in the bar area, well tonight our food took a lot longer than usual to come out but we patiently waited, once the Manager Andrew and Waiter Rocko realized we had never received our meals, they were on it, food came out extra fresh and as good as usual. Andrew (his attitude is so outgoing and vibe is everything) was very apologetic and made it a point to take care of us, we’ll definitely be back…

We went here for our anniversary and got the Two for Tuesday special. It's an excellent deal for the amount of food that you get. The owners and managers will make sure to visit every table just to check in and see that you're enjoying your experience with them. If you're on a budget, I highly recommend the Tuesday special. It's an economical way to enjoy a truly 5-star restaurant.

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Fleming’s and it was so special from the very start. Our table was decorated with confetti and a rose. We had a card signed by all of the staff working that night. The food was incredible! Highly recommend the lobster bisque, the filet and the lava cake is a must! We were even given some chocolates to go home with. Very pleased and looking forward to going back.

I can't say enough good things about my recent visit to Fleming's. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—our server was attentive and so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding; every dish was prepared to perfection. What made the evening truly special was the staff's personal touch. They made a point to encourage our celebration, and I was so touched to receive a beautiful rose and a card signed by the whole team. It's clear they care about their guests, and it made for an unforgettable night.

Had a fantastic lunch at Fleming’s in Metairie. The food was excellent, but the highlight was the service at the bar. My wife and I went in celebration of our anniversary. I noted the occasion on our reservation, and Flemings added some special touches to make our dining with them more memorable. The special touches included a congratulatory card, a rose, table sparkles, some champagne for toasting, a small box of chocolates, and a chocolate stenciled message of Happy Anniversary on the plate the chocolates were delivered on. Crystal waited on us; she was charming and extremely personable, and Nick assisted. The two of them were quite pleasant and attentive to us while we were there. The assistant GM greeted us and guaranteed to make anything right if needed. Our meals were prepared and served expeditiously, and plated well. Our servings were more than sufficient and were very delectable. Crystal was concerned that my wife's steak was not prepared to her liking. She brought it to the attention of the Assistant GM who quickly came and offered to do the steak over, but my wife was satisfied and accepted the steak as it was. We were later greeted by the GM who thanked us for making Flemings our choice for the evening. I admit that there were other options I strongly considered, and I actually attempted to make a reservation elsewhere, but it didn't work out. I'm glad I chose Flemings; my wife and I were both well pleased with the choice.

The ambiance is a classic of it's own seriously. The food was cooked exactly how it was ordered. I had the crab cakes for starters and a drink called Field of Strawberries. Don't underestimate that drink it has a slight sweetness but a powerful punch. I ordered their tomahawk and it was mouth watering tender and delicious. The steak was so tender you could cut it with just your fork. My waitress was very attentive and mindful she made sure we didn't need anything and even packed the food we couldn't eat. The prices are a little steep but on average for some items. If you plan on going to eat here they do a 2 for 1 on Tuesday. You get 1 tomahawk steak to split 2 sides and 2 desserts for $150. That's a steal of a deal for a meal. Hope this helps wish I would have taken pics.

The food was delicious. We ordered the 20 Oz steak and it was cook3d to perfection! That steak actually melts in your mouth. The atmosphere was extremely loud.... We dove an hour to get there and then we couldn't even here ourselves talk . The food was good though. I highly recommend. The one one in Batin Rouge didnt have that music when my husband and I went. If I decide to go I will most definitely call first and ask about the music!

We walked in on time and our reservations were promptly honored. Valet handled the car. The text system for vehicular valet is a good idea. We were seated by the hostess and introduced to our server, Jamie. He was knowledgeable and outstanding in performing his duties. He was attentive without being overbearing. Our wine came quickly, as did some warm bread choices in a basket with butter. My wife enjoyed the large shrimp cocktail, and I had the lobster bisque. While the bowl of bisque was tasty without being salty, they choose to float a small scoop of lobster meat in the center. At $15 a bowl, I had hoped for a few chunks, rather than a diced scoop; nevertheless, still very good. We both ordered filets, which were perfectly cooked to order, mine topped with a 4oz lobster tail, caviar, and a béarnaise sauce. Filets were pleasingly peppery. We ordered a creamed spinach side to share, served with shaved parmesan in the pan, which may have contributed to a slight saltiness. Rather than stuff ourselves with a dessert, we called it a night. The car was ready and waiting for us. One surprise was the valet handing me my key to whom I handed a 5, then a second gentleman being on the other side I did not originally notice, who seemed he was waiting as well. I do not know the protocol on that, but be prepared to have extra singles to split if you valet there. There seemed to be electronic dance music under the moderate general noise, which was strange, that a pounding drumbeat was used as background other than perhaps either classical or easy listening. We were in and out in about an hour. The kitchen is efficient, although if you are seated close to the back, the language from there is a little salty. I am not sure that if a server is doing a good job- which he was - why two different managers need to have a convo with us at the table. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Steaks and sides were all pretty good. Calamari was not chewy at all and excellent. Caesar salad was probably the best I’ve ever had. 4 stars because the prices are just nuts (which I knew going in). 50 USD a steak. 12 USD for salad. Sides were about 11-15 USD. So for two steaks, two salads, four sides, calamari, and two iced teas it was 230 USD. Of course, the service was impeccable. I’m just not a bourgeois person. For 230 USD I can buy two-three weeks of groceries.

R
Rochelle Garcia

It was our Anniversary and everything was amazing from the staff to the food. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the steak was a little on the salty side. There was a rose along with a card on the table saying Happy Anniversary. The Tomahawk Ribeye was so juicy and tender. At the end we were given 2 glasses of champagne along with some chocolate truffles. A little pricy but worth it, I will definitely go back! The waiter was amazing I’m mad at myself because I cannot remember his name!

Clean, great atmosphere, it being near the busiest mall makes it super busy so make sure you call for a reservation. The prime filet was great, no extras toppings needed. The chilean sea bass had great flavor was not expecting it. The felming patatos are a must, can not even taste jalapenos so no worries there of it being spicy. The carrot cake was fantastic but I was disappointed in the whiskey selection they had but overall great experience.

Great place! Great food! Great service! The greeter was on top of our reservation and we were seated immediately. Mr. Bobby our server was very attentive, personable and engaging, he gave us many good recommendations that turned out to be some our favorites. The management staff checked in on us periodically to ensure our experience was going well. They provided my wife a great little birthday gift & rose! The environment and restrooms were neat and very orderly. The only disappointment to our entire experience here, the entire staff was wearing face covering. This takes away from our ability to properly engage and communicate. The mask makes trying to talk with the staff a bit awkward. Also there was a bit of some kind of buildup around some of the ceiling A/C registers & returns. Overall we were very pleased and will be returning soon. Thanks guys!!

K

My goodness Flemings, our food was delicious from appetizers to entrées to dessert! The portions were plentiful and seasoned to perfection! I enjoyed my leftovers for 2 days! First time eating calamari, and it was just so good with the sauce. My only complaint is that the sweet heat sauce should have been on the side for dipping so that the calamari stayed crispy. Steak...perfect! Stuffed shrimp....perfect!

For the prices, I expected more. My steak was overcooked. I’m sure the issue would’ve been corrected if I had brought it to someone’s attention. The service was just okay. Music a little loud and out of place. Everything was delicious though. The manager did go out of her way to check on us, which is great.

D
Danielle Peters

Very thought of our anniversary. We got to share the soup and salad. Ambrose went out of his way sprinkling rose petals and more. Kayla was sweet as well. The filets had to go back for a little more attention, but they were tender and tasty. I was treated to a rose, card and chocolates. The chocolate ooey gooey toffee desert topped it off. I will say my biggest disappointment for every visit is my cocktail. It seems to be specific to my crown royal orders. Either it is way too strong or I don't know what recipe is being used for a whiskey sour. A tart pucker with BLACK cherries shouldn't be what I remember from this visit. Service was outstanding. Be specific on what kind of cherries you ask for if you want them.

someone had recently gone to Flemings and enjoyed their burger so we decided to check it out for lunch. When we arrived there wasn’t many people in the restaurant still it took a while to get seated and the silverware was dirty; not a great start but the service was good and the food decent. we ordered the hamburger which came with fries or salad and we got the fries, a wedge salad, and cauliflower steak with potatoes and tomatoes. the hamburger was decent, not the best we’ve had but decent. the fries were thick and good, they were advertised as truffle fries but didn’t taste the truffle at all. the wedge salad was alright and the cauliflower steak wasn’t a steak but just three pieces of cauliflower plus asparagus, potatoes snd tomatoes. the sauce was good but the advertisement didn’t match the product. we started off with complimentary bread and butter which were both really good overall - an average experience. i expected a little better and what we got was a restaurant with average food, decent service, and needs improvement on the ambiance

I was here for an industry luncheon, so we probably don't get the same quality steaks as other diners. My 6 oz steak was 2/3 the size of everyone else's, but it was good. The asparagus and potatoes were good. Servers are always excellent here.

it's expensive for sure, but the food is incredible. in THIS economy 😅 I'll go for special occasions. the Social Hour could be a moment so I want to go back. shout out to our server, Jacob - he was unbelievably efficient and friendly. The ambience is contemporary and charming but not memorable, but it's a chain so I understand.

The restaurant was well designed, creating a very nice atmosphere. It was surprisingly quiet! The service was very good. Our waiter and manager were always checking on us. Our ribeye was cooked as ordered, but it lacked some flavor. The asparagus and broccoli were delicious. Our cocktails were perfect. Not someplace I would go every week or month to, but I'll go back and try something different.

J
John Anderson

Got the filet and scallops. The filet was cooked to order but was over-salted. The scallops came out black and tough on one side and I had to send them back. Also, they serve the scallops on the oven hot plate with the steak so they continue to cook well past time. Scallops should be removed from heat once perfectly cooked. The chipotle mac and cheese was good but did not taste anything of chipotle. My server was great and ensured I got a batch of nicely cooked scallops once I complained. This was a Christmas dinner so we were not very happy with paying the price we did for "it was okay". We will not come back.

Our experience here was just ok. Overall, for the higher prices, I expected better tasting food. I don’t have any desire to return. My wife and I went to Fleming’s on Causeway in Metairie for my Father’s Day dinner. I got the surf and turf, and my wife got the veggie entree. Her veggie dish was decent. My filet was just ok. I asked for medium rare and it came out rare, which I’ll eat, but it wasn’t the temp I ordered. The side salad was basically just lettuce with maybe 1/4 teaspoon of dressing. I took one bite and pushed it away. The calamari app was actually pretty good. The brussel sprouts app was nothing to write home about. The brownie dessert was meh. The server was attentive at the beginning but passed us without checking on us for the last half. We sat for a good bit, obviously done eating, but he never came over. I eventually had to ask someone else for a box and the check. I would have overlooked the end of the service if the food was great, but sadly it was just ok.

My family's experience was just ok for it to be a first at the world renowned Flemings. To start, we had a 7:30pm reservation where we arrived at 7:27pm. Once we got in, I got the hostess attention to inform them that our reservation should be decreased from 9 to 8 guests. Seconds later, the last two guests walked in and we were told to give "them" about 5-10min. The waitress to be seated may have taken the entire 10min. I wouldn't think decreasing the guests size by one would make the wait time be as such. This brings to mind the all but common question, what's the purpose of a reservation. The location was not packed at all and we were the only people waiting to be seated. This experience to start wasn't very bad but it was a little alarming, especially with this occasion being my wife's birthday which always falls during father's day weekend but with her losing her father recently, it had her somewhat emotional. With the wait aside, the service from everyone was pretty good. Mr. Joseph did well attending to our needs but some orders were wrong. I received a lobster Mac when I ordered lobster mash. Once I made Mr Joseph aware, it didn't take long to come out but the plate was still warm so I know it was just sitting. The cheese looked as if it was just dumped on the plate. It tasted very good but part of a "steakhouse" experience is the presentation so I was definitely expecting more. My mushrooms gave a very dry look and taste. We all walked away not super happy with the experience and food but at the same time not overly disappointed.

Took my Godchild who requested to eat here for his 24th birthday this evening. Waiter was very short when ordering. Food was OK checkout was horrible. My card with a couple of thousands limit declined twice. Asked Waiter to use tap to pay with another card, brings the machine chose his own tip, and when I questioned him about it suddenly the tap machine stopped working. Called my credit card they had no idea why my card was declining. Horrible first visit .

Service was slow. Kitchen put out sides 6 min after entree was served. Sat with an empty glass twice. Could have drank more. Ribeye cooked medium came out with very little pink.75.00 wow. Took original drink order over 10 min. Restaurant was not full. For Morton prices go to Mortons.

Fleming's had become a "go to" place for our family celebrations. We dined there recently for our anniversary. I was mildly disappointed. The decorations are usally personalized for the occasion but this time more generic. The food quality was excellent as usual but the quantity was noticeably reduced. The shareable sides (although tasty) were not up to par for the price. It was as stated, a noticeable difference by almost half. I suppose this is really a reflection of today's economy being passed on to the consumer. Nevertheless, we will continue to patronize this establishment but will explore new venues.

There were no bone in rib eye steaks at all. Got the NY Strip had to ask for steak sauce. Crabcakes were Mid. Lobster bisque was tough bc they give you knuckle and claw meat and the sauce had a distinct taste. The wedge salad was a 9/10. I’ve been to Mastro’s Desi’s and various other steak places and for the price of what was given the taste could have been better. The waiter was nice and attentive. The atmosphere was nice but definitely overpriced steak house. I will stick with my other steak places.

Fleming's San Antonio was an absolutely amazing experience and I want to say the Louisiana location was going to the same, or even better, however the food was very disappointing. The steak lacked flavor and was very bland, the mac n cheese was very rudimentary. The au gratin potatoes were good but still paled in comparison to the San Antonio location. Service was great, our waiter was very sweet but overall not a restaurant I would return to.

Steaks and sides were excellent. Service was OK except for having to get attention of someone to remove used plates, etc. When I ordered a soft drink, I received two. My feeling was that the waiter did not want to come back around and give me a fresh one when my first was finished. When I ordered another soft drink after I finished those two, I was then given three to which the ice started to melt, and they got watery.

Insanely overpriced, but the food is good. Say you order a sprite, and it comes in a small glass just like the water this is always a bizarre mistake that restaurants make. It's extremely unlikely waiters and waitresses are going to keep those glasses full. The cheapest thing on the menu is the $34 pasta. This is a restaurant to break the bank, although you won't get the service level that comes with that kind of price with other restaurants.

Atmosphere and service was great. Our first time there celebrating our daughters birthday and we both wanted to try the tomahawk steak. I order mines medium rare and his medium well. Both came out at the same time and it was awful. Our steaks were both cold, like it had been sitting for a minute before coming out. I requested mines to be warmed up because I can’t eat medium rare cold but it didn’t taste the same after it came out. It was an awful first time and spending so much money on a tomahawk!!

First time there I found that drinks were overpriced, bartenders acted like they were at a frat party. Not very attentive to new comers. Calamari was good.

Ordered through DoorDash. First time trying here. California burger is seasoned well BUT it was very skimpy. barely had bacon on it and a small avocado still in the skin. Only had about 15 fries. Disappointed. Very disappointed.

Too many pnats flying around to be fine dining. Food was good, quality for price is reasonable. Just don’t wanna fight insects throughout the experience.

I couldn’t review this on OpenTable because our reservation was not accepted when we checked in. From the start when we first got there, the host was running around like he didn’t know where to sit us. He didn’t greet us until he had left the stand two or three times before leading us to our seat. It took us five minutes to be waited on the first time, and the next time the server came back, she came back to tell us that the kitchen was about to close. The food was mediocre. The Diablo shrimp on top of the steak was terrible. The onion rings had no flavor. The Flemming’s potatoes were too rich. The prices were expensive. The service was below par for a place that’s been established for years. Most likely won’t be back.

The steak was so small as a door nod, but it was my husband's birthday and we decided to try Fleming’s and I had the Salmon BBQ it good 😋 We usually go to Ruth Chris where the staff are more friendly. This month I'm going to treat him again to make up for the poor decision I made. It was revealed that they couldn't handle a big crowd and they had a big dinner group going on at the time we went. But the size of the steak we could've went to Outback.

I don’t know if it was an off night but we had a horrible experience the waiter was so nonchalant about his service and the kitchen was off food for a party of 6 all came out at random times our drinks took 30 min to arrive mind you it was a slow night around 8 pm only two people got the appetizers the rest of us got them when out entrees arrived. Two of us ordered lobster bisque they came out at random times both were cold how do you let that leave the kitchen steaks were over cooked. The manger did try and make things right comped some meals and offered drinks. I won’t say I won’t be back but it will be a while

We sat down and it began with them giving us 3 wine menus, instead of food menus. Our waitress seemed off from the beginning. We ordered drinks which took to long to get to us. As we were finally getting the food menus the waitress hit my Prosecco and it went all over me and the table. She went and got another! We needed new set ups which we had to ask for. We had an appetizer for the table and then ordered our entrees. When the entrees came they put down two and then a few minutes later the other two came. I had to remind her to bring drawn butter for the lobster. Also I ate with a salad fork since they picked up our silverware without replacing from the appetizers. After finishing the entrees, she brought us dessert menus with out even picking up the entree dishes, which sat for longer than should have been. So to sum this dining experience up, I feel that there was no attention to detail from beginning to end. In a restaurant of this caliber and $$$ the customer should be totally pampered with every course. No stone left un-turned!!!!

Ive dine in here twice before and it was great, i got there summer menu that came with a salad and filet for 50$ and my salad would look like its overflowing my plate. I ordered to go for the first time and I will never order to go again i spent 40$ including tip for a “flemmings salad” and a french onion soup and it was the saddest looking salad and my soup was barely half full. I honestly dont even wanna eat the salad because of how it looks ive only had the seasonal salad which is what I wanted but they didnt have it no more so I got there flemmings salad. absolutely disappointing..

Great atmosphere. They ran out of baked potatoes and served me cold mashed potatoes the butter never melted. Waiter was horrible. 1st and last time. Very disappointed on our 1st Anniversary!

Ordered take out tonight and it definitely isn’t what it used to be. Fleming’s was so good years ago , but the quality has since gone down. The salad was scarce and sparse and wasn’t even really a salad. Nothing exciting about it… the double breast of chicken truly lost its flavor as well. It was great when I was a regular in 2020 but what I experienced today was not that.

My husband and I had a reservation for us and his brother while we are in town visiting. My husband, a decorated Special Forces veteran, has a service animal (dog) and when we arrived at the restaurant an older hostess wearing a jacket (we think her name is Sammi) opened the door for us, as is the practice; BUT, upon seeing our service animal told us “we aren’t allowed to bring an animal in the restaurant.” I told her politely that she is a service animal. The woman asked to see documentation and said she is required to be “wearing her outfit.” As our service animal sat calmly next to my husband, I explained to her that there is no paperwork for service animals and they are not legally required to wear vests. She was very rude and asked again to see paperwork/documentation. Our animal does have a tag on her collar that says “service animal,” which isn’t required by law but we showed her and she put her glasses on, stayed upright (didn’t lean down to look at the tag) and gruffly said “I can’t see that. I’m not dealing with this. I’m Getting a manager.” I calmly explained to her that under ADA they are allowed ask 2 questions: 1) is she a trained service animal; and 2) what service does she provide/perform. She just frowned at me and coldly walked away. A manager, Eric, was retrieved and they had a sidebar conversation before he came over rudely and said something to the effect of “she can’t come in.” Again, I calmly explained to him that 2 ADA there are 2 questions they can ask. He asked me those questions and I provided the answer- “yes. She is a trained service animal and she provides mobility support and medical alert.” He frowned at me, very displeased and then walked off. The whole time, our service animal was sitting calmly next to my husband in the entryway. The manager and hosts had a whispered conversation and then we were taken to an area off the dining room, just behind the host area/entry, where no one else was being seated and we would not have to walk thru the restaurant. It felt intentional, though it would be hard to “prove.” That said, during the entirety of our time at the restaurant, on a Saturday evening, not a single additional table was seated in our section. The hostess that seated us- different from the rude one when we arrived, said to us “I remember from our training that we aren’t allowed to ask for documentation.” So, at a corporate level Fleming’s seems to be trying but this location seems to be falling short. We often receive questions about his service animal but usually with friendliness first. Here, however, it was very clear that they did not want us here from the moment they saw his service animal and wanted every reason they could find to deny us entry/service. Ironically, the hostess that was so rude to us seemed to have at least a partially amputated arm, possibly and had an affected walk, indicating she has some physical limitations of her own. I believe the reason she was so gruff and declined to look at the tag on our service animals collar is because she was physically unable to but rather than acknowledge that, was rude and dismissive before walking off to get a manager. Our server was great but most of our meal was spent in discussion about the terrible experience. We almost left but really had wanted to treat my husband’s brother to a nice dinner while we were in town. Our animal remained silently under the table for the entirety of our meal- as she has been trained to do and has down for the entirety 8+ years she has been with my husband. At the end of the meal, our server, Joseph, (again, who was fantastic), saw our service animal and exclaimed- “has she been under there the whole time?!! I had no idea!”

Let me begin with the food and atmosphere was great. The reason for the 1 star is due to service. From the start my fiancé and I both did not get cocktails, she is allergic to most alcohols, and I usually like to stick to water with my meals. We also did not order any appetizers as well, we were more in the mood for just a good steak. From us not getting appetizers and cocktails I could tell our server was not thrilled. You could just tell his demeanor changed. This was also made obvious when he asked us again if we would like appetizers after we had already put in our meals. We had ordered the 20oz (I think) Prime Bone in Ribeye, one each and two shareable sides, the Fleming potatoes and mashed potatoes. The tables around us were also getting served by our waiter. We couldn’t help but notice that they were being treated better by ordering more items instead of just an entree. When we would say things like “thank you” for filling up our waters or just checking up on us, it was met with absolutely no response or anything. It was just felt as if we weren’t welcome. Even the food runner was more kind. We also opted out on dessert, this time it was just because we were ready to leave. Our ticket came out to $209. He brought the check and when dropping of my paid ticket, he didn’t say anything. Not a “have a good night. Thanks for dining with us.” Nothing. The only reason he got a $40 tip is because my family and I had worked in the restaurant industry and 20% is standard. Daniel B. You would have gotten a better tip if you would have been a little more kind. Maybe more like $100 tip. This isn’t being written to get something. This is written so you can understand, it’s not okay to treat customers differently due to what they order. That’s just not a way to not only maximize tips but to also retain customer retention. Thank you for at least taking our order and may God bless you in future endeavors.
