Vicente is a spacious and modern place, with a lounge area and a terrace. The lighting is adequate and the furniture comfortable. The music volume can be bothersome while eating; perhaps it would be fine for drinks. The service is excellent; there are plenty of staff, and everyone is attentive to your needs. We started with an appetizer of fresh cheese and mushrooms, accompanied by toast with the house rub and three salsas. Simple, but very good. I continued with a tuna tostada with wakame. It was good, and the tuna was fresh, but the layer of cheese overpowered the tuna flavor, and, in my opinion, it had too many fried vegetables on top, which made it a bit difficult to eat. The clam chowder is delicious. The texture and the notes (I think of nutmeg) make all the difference. Afterward, we had some Rockefeller oysters, which were flawless. The quality of the ingredients is evident. For our main course, we ordered a 400g ribeye steak, which they sliced on a hot griddle. It's a substantial dish. The rosemary adds an incredible touch; it doesn't need anything else, although you can order roasted chiles and accompany it with chimichurri. It was a pleasant surprise, and I'll be back to try more dishes, their cocktails, and the desserts, which look spectacular.
This is a steakhouse with a good quality meat, a little above price average but worth the cost, take care of wine price list, there is some wines overpriced, good service, attentive staff, Brian and Gerardo are super team please ask for them!
An excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and very friendly from Erick and Martin. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy, with a modern touch that makes everything feel special. The food was delicious, each dish well presented, with excellent seasoning and generous portions. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients are evident. The service was fast, attentive, and always with a smile. In short, everything was excellent: food, service, and atmosphere. Without a doubt, a place I would return to again and again!
Excellent service, all the recommendations Juan Carlos gave us; he helped us with the cold weather, lent us blankets, and turned on the heater. In fact, it was Juan Carlos's service that made us stay much longer because he was so good!!! Thank you so much!!! We would always come back, especially because of Juan Carlos's excellent service! Thank you!!!
Bernardo was the most attentive and patient waiter speaking English Toni’s was an asset and we enjoyed every moment in the new beautiful elegant restaurant

First time visiting “Vicente”. We came very early and the full staff was very attentive and kind. Special thanks to Jose, Alberto and Fernando for being our hosts. Daniel prepared such fresh beverages that we enjoyed them too much. Andres was also very nice. The Iberic Ham Is out of this world. Very delicious we all enjoyed it with a delicious “pan-tomate”. We will definitely come back.
The service is excellent; we were greeted with a delicious appetizer of fresh cheese. The place is a good size, with seating both inside and on the terrace. My favorite dish was the hummus and tuna tartare; they make the tostadas right there. And they explain the different cuts of meat they offer.
The food is generally delicious. I give it a 4 because some dishes are above the average price for a restaurant. The meat is delicious, but I've had better elsewhere. However, it's not bad; it's delicious and enjoyable. The service is good, and the food is served quickly. This is a recommended place to spend time with friends, family, or your partner.
The place is nice… I guess. It's new, and it has that "fancy" feel that tries to be sophisticated, although I'm not sure it quite pulls it off. The music is another matter: it seems like they're trying to recreate a dive bar with "modern music" at medium-high volume. To me, it's loud, but not to the point where you can't speak; you can chat without feeling like you're shouting… which is almost an achievement. The view isn't exactly inspiring. You're basically eating right in front of the mall's kids' area, which gives off a very un-fancy vibe, considering the decor tries to be. And yes, there are quite a few people passing by, which makes it even more glamorous. The good: the service. Everyone is friendly, and the servers are even quite nice, which isn't always the case. The food tastes good, and the prices aren't that aggressive, which is also rare. The bad: my son's plate was brought out half an hour before ours, so he basically ate alone, like he was being punished or something. Nothing kills the idea of “going out to eat as a family” faster than that kind of timing.
A good grill restaurant, it's a bit out of the norm for how to cook a rib-eye chicharrón or grilled sweetbreads. This way, if people are knowledgeable and don't let them know, it might not be what they expected. However, if they want to try something spicy and creamy, those two dishes are a good choice. The cuts are their strong suit: good meat, good seasoning, and presentation. Some things are a bit high in price compared to the average restaurant of its level, but it's up to you whether you order them or not. Overall, very good, very tasty. I recommend it, and I would return. The service is their thing; let's hope they don't change over time. I would return.
Today I'll review this restaurant. On Friday, my first impression was that there were only 5 tables, 14 percent occupied, and the atmosphere was good. The sax was very good. Now to taste and evaluate. After the experience, I'll rate it based on the following: The atmosphere started off well with a good sax player and appropriate music, then it changed. The sound was too loud for a restaurant, and it became uncomfortable. It seemed like you were in a bar (a dive bar). It was uncomfortable because it was impossible to chat without shouting. The waiters should be trained and more cautious, as they exert too much pressure when removing plates of food and delivering the next ones. It's uncomfortable and unpleasant. In their rush to remove plates, they threw my cell phone at me. They didn't place the napkin gently; they just threw it at you and didn't ask your permission. The dishes The porterhouse meat was very salty, with no hint of rosemary flavor that the oil supposedly had. The tuna salad with truffle and arugula had no truffle, just pieces of toasted tortilla. The oysters Rockefeller had good cheese but no seasoning. We ordered a dozen and only 8 arrived. Four oysters were missing because they only put cheese on the shell and they were poorly shaved and had bits of shell. A bad dish, obviously. They charged for 12 pieces. The clam chowder was overly salty and terrible. The escamiles tasted good, but had an excessive amount of butter and were drowned in fat—this is not how they should be served. These dishes were prepared excessively. Based on what was explained, I decided to leave less than a 10 percent tip, and they attacked me, demanding more. Obviously, that shouldn't be done. They should remember that tips in Mexico are NOT mandatory. I will definitely not return. There are better places with better style and class. I spent up to 6,000 and was not satisfied.
The service was very good; they try hard, but sometimes they overdo it, and it can be annoying to be interrupted so much. The food was bad. They want to be revolutionary with their dishes, but the effect is the opposite because the balance of flavors is off. The flavors are strong and unbalanced. We didn't finish any of our dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the music volume can be annoying when eating in the afternoon. Perhaps it's more fitting in a nightclub-style setting at night, but not in the afternoon. When you ask for the dessert menu, they bring you a tray of desserts, and instead of whetting your appetite, it kills it. I think they aspire too much to be a restaurant, but they look more like a dive bar serving snacks.
The food looks flashy, but it's bad. It's basically a bar.
1. The service. 40 minutes to wait for two desserts. We were here for 3 hours and 40 minutes, not because we enjoyed it, but because the service was SLOW. 2. The presentation. The mixology leaves much to be desired; their drinks have the quality of a low-class all-inclusive hotel. 3. Food. Dry and cold. My octopus didn't even arrive warm, and the meat wasn't cooked properly. The best thing about a place that specializes in meat was their salad. Ironic. Everything that could be described was bad.
