I go there often. They recently (I imagine given the smell and the construction) installed separate men's and women's restrooms, and they're clean. The menu is varied, I really like the seasoning, and it's never made me sick. It's cool that they have a separate line for takeout orders. The only thing I don't like is that the flavored water is artificial, not natural. Other than that, I really like it overall.

Good food at a good price. If you order takeout, you can ask them to serve it in your own plastic containers. The staff is very friendly. They offer takeout, but only to areas near the restaurant.

A simple homey & flavorful Comida Corrida Delicious potato patties, with a number of mostly mexican dishes to chose from. Great salsa! They do a lot of takeout as well.

Mexican diner with a three-course meal. Classic menu of soup, rice, and a stew that varies daily, plus water and dessert (which is a sweet treat). Main courses always include plantain fritters, battered vegetables, and breaded cutlets. They accept takeout orders. The food is decent, nothing exceptional, and the portions are small. Wow, I'm a big fan of the food, but the service is just as bad; everywhere. So that's why I'm giving it 3 stars, and I wouldn't go back unless there was nowhere else to go. I imagine it's one of the few places serving home-style food in the area, and although it's a relaxed atmosphere, I had to keep an eye on them to make sure they were coming to my table. I never saw the dessert, even though they mentioned it. I didn't leave a tip, and the food ended up being only 2/3 of what I expected.

I didn't like it. There was space during peak hours, but the table was filthy and they barely cleaned it. The service was incredibly slow. The food wasn't very good. I won't be back. 😔

Fast food, lots of stews. Good flavor. The flavored water is always really bad, it should be natural. The bathroom makes me cringe; it's a mixed-use bathroom, and I don't like seeing the urinal nearby!

The food was bland. The prices were high for the quality of the ingredients: dry tortillas, a main course with a meager side dish, Tang water, and for dessert a Montes ice cream bar! To cut costs, they sacrifice flavor. It's a shame, because the place is cozy.

The service is incredibly slow. All three times I've been here, the stew runs out before I'm even served, leaving me with just rice and soup. The last options available are greasy and cheap (Mexican-style sausages, for example). The soup is tasty, though a bit salty.
